Be it known that I, Garfield L. Beckstrom, a citizen of the United States, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Telephone-Address Index or Similar Article, of Which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing:

Figure 1 is a top plan view of a telephone-address index or similar article, embodying my new design;

Fig. 2 is a view in side elevation of the same;

Fig. 3 is a view in front elevation of the same; and

Fig. 4 is a view in rear elevation thereof.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a telephone-address index or similar article, substantially as shown.
