Be it known that I, Anne Yandell, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Sock or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein the figure is a, perspective view of a sock showing my new design.

The design is characterized by the upper point of th front of the sock being materially higher than the upper point of the heel portion thereof,

and the line between said points defining an L, I

the branches of which are convexly curved and of materially different length.
