Be it known that I, Nellis S. Varin, a citizen of the United States, residing at the Borough of Brookyln, county of Kings, city and'State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Lipstick Holder, of which the following is a specification; reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof,

Fig. 1 is a-perspective view of a lipstick holder in closed position showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is an elevational view of one end thereof;

Fig. 3 is an elevational view of the other end thereof; and

Fig. 4 is a perspective view thereof with the cap removed.
