Be it known that I, Elie Meltzer, a citizen of Russia, and a resident of Plainfield, in the county of Union and State of New Jersey, have invented the new, original and ornamental Design for a Bag or the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a side elevational view of a bag or the like showing my design with the bag illustrated in open position;

Fig. 2 is an end elevational view of the bag;

Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the bag; and

Fig. 4 is a side elevational view of the bag showing it in closed position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a bag or the like, substantially as shown.
