UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON Will A. Foster, Scarsdale, N. Y., assignor to The Borden Company, New York, N. Y., a corporation of New Jersey Application March 20, 1941, Serial No. 99,742

Be it known that I, Will A. Foster, a citizen of the United States, residing at Scarsdale, in the county of Westchester and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Spoons, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

In the drawing,

Figure 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon embodying my new design.

Figure 2 is a side elevational view of said spoon.

Figure 3 is a cross sectional view through the blade of said spoon, along the line 33 of Figure 1.
