Be it known that I, David Kahn, a citizen of the United States, residing at Englewood Cliffs, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Pen Desk Stand, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is an assembled side elevation of a pen desk stand showing the essential features of my new design in full lines.

Fig. 2 is a rear elevation of the mounting member for the pen receptacle, a part of the base section being broken away to show more clearly a detailed design feature;

Fig. 3 is a top plan View thereof;

Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view; and

Fig. 5 is a side view.

The mounting member is shown on an enlarged scale in Figs. 2 to 5 inclusive.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a pen desk stand, substantially as shown and described.
