UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COAL RANGE Ambrose R. Pierce, St. Louis, Mo., assignor to American Stove Company, St. Louis, Mo., a corporation of New Jersey Application September 8, 1938, Serial No. 79,793 Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Ambrose R. Pierce, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of St. Louis and State of Missouri, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Coal Ranges, of which the following is a specification, reference being had therein to the accompanying drawing.

In the accompanying drawing,

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a coal range embodying my new design with the front doors in closed position, and

Figure 2 is a perspective view thereof on a slightly enlarged scale, showing said front doors in open position.

The ends of the range are like the end shown in Figure 1.

This application is a. continuation-in-part of my application Serial No. 72,705, filed November 8, 1937.

The dominant features of the design consist of acoal range having the interior contour or pattern of the parts when the range is open as shown in Fig. 2.

The ornamental design for a coal range, as shown and described.
