Be it known that I, Albert W. Happel, a citizen of the United States and resident of Toledo, in the county of kLunas and State of Ohio, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a. Highway Marker, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a front view of a highway marker, showing my new design, and Fig. 2 is a side elevation thereof. The reverse face of the marker (not shown) corresponds to Fig. 1, and that side of the marker which is not shown in the drawing corresponds to the side shown in Fig. 2.

The members inserted in both faces of the marker are light reecting glass buttons.

The dominant feature of the design resides in the portions shown in solid lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a highway marker, substantially as shown and described.
