PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BEACH COAT OR SIMILAR ARTICLE of South Carolina Application August 2, 1938, Serial No. 79,044

Be it known that I, Leonard C. Asch, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Beach Coat or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.

Figure 1 is an elevation of the front of the beach coat or similar article embodying my deslgn,

Figure 2 is an elevation of the back thereof,

Figure 3 is an enlarged section taken on line 33 of Figure 2, and, v

Figure 4 is a similar sectional view taken on line 4-4 of Figure 2.

The design is characterized by the specific arrangement of the rows of tufting on the body of the beach coat or similar article and the tufted border around the edges of the specific'beach coat or similar article shown,

This application is a continuation in part of my application for House coat or similar article, filed April 7, 1938, Serial No. 13-76362.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a beach coat or similar article, as shown and described.
