PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A BOTTLE Hyman C. Berkowitz, Boston, Mass assignor to Ben-Burk, Inc., Boston, Mass, a corporation of Massachusetts Application April 2, 1937, Serial No. 68,534

Term of patent 14 years To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Hyman C. Berkowitz, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Boston, in the county of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Bottle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing,

Fig. 1 is a front view of a bottle showing my new design;

Fig. 2 is a rear view of said bottle; and

Fig. 3 is a fragmentary end view of the bottom portion of said bottle looking to the left of Fig. 1.

The dominant features of the design comprise the representation of a ships wheel, on the front of the bottle; and the rope-like design extending around the front and back of the bottle, and around the bottom of the bottle.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a bottle, substantially as shown and described.
