PATENT GFFICE DESIGN FOR A CHAIR Frank T. Parrish, Gardner, Mass., assignor to Heywood-Wakefield Company, Boston, Mass., a corporation of Massachusetts To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Frank T. Parrish, a citizen of the United States, residing at Gardner, in the county of Worcester and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Chair, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a chair showing my design. f

Fig. 2 is a larger scale sectional View on the lines 2-2 of Fig. 1.

As shown in the drawing, the front legs of the chair are of quarter-round section, and their outwardly faced convex surfaces are on substantally the same radius as and, therefore, flush with the rounded lower front corners of the chair seat; the latters rounded-over edges merge at said corners with said convex front leg surfaces, and along the front and sides with the flat boxing surfaces which in turn are ush with said convex front leg surfaces in their zones of junc' ture with said front legs.
