ulcrurn thetool is depressed as shown in dotted lines (Fig. 2) and the cover levered over the rim. When it is desired to replace the cover the other end 7 of the tool .is used as shown in Fig. 3. y This end consists of a hooked shaped member having shoulders 8 and 9 and is constructed of such ay size as to embrace the rim of the Wheel.
In operation the hooked end 7 of the tool is passed over Ithe cover'so that the shoulder 8 rests on that edge of the rim opposite to the displaced edge of the cover, and the shoulder 9 under the saiddisplaced edge.
'The blade @which is now-used as a handle is then lifted as shown in dotted lines Fig. 3 and the shoulder 8 on che rim 13 of the Wheel acting as a fulcrum the cover is levered up into position.
