Be itknown that I, HORACE T. ROBBINS, of Boston, county of Suffolk, and State of Massachnsetts,have invented a new and useful Improvement in Umbrellal Frames; and I do hereby declare that the following tion and 4operation ot' the same, reference being had to the annexed drawings, making a part of this speci?
