Cl. 40-1241 Claims ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A greeting card formed from a sheet folded in half with one half being behind the other, with the front half sheet having one large picture and the rear sheet having a plurality of small pictures, there being a correlation between these half sheets and their pictures. The sheet instead of being folded in half can be formed of two separate sheets one disposed behind the other.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In accordance with the principles of my invention, the front half sheet is provided with a plurality of spaced apart removable tabs which can differ in size and shape, the front surface of each tab forming a portion of the large picture. Each small picture on the rear half sheet is in registration with a corresponding tab. As a result, when a tab is removed or swung away from the front half sheet, the small picture in registration with this tab is exposed in the large picture on the front surface of the front half sheet.

It should be understood that the term picture is to be taken in a broad sense. For example the large picture can be a map, and each small picture can represent an enlargement of a selected portion of this map.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT Referring now to FIGS. 1-3, a sheet has first and second half sections and 12, one half being disposed adjacent and behind the other. These half sections can be separate sheets or can be one sheet folded in half.

The first section 10 has a large picture 14 on its front surface and is also provided with a plurality of spaced apart tabs 16. Each tab has a front portion forming part of the large picture and is removable or can be swung away from the main body of the section 10 because of its "ice perforated edge connection 18 with the main body. Each tab can bear a separate number for example from one to twenty-four.

The second section 12 is provided with a like plurality of small pictures 20, each small picture being in registration with a corresponding tab. If desired each small picture can bear a separate number from one to twenty-four which can differ from or be the same as the number on the corresponding tab. These pictures can be different from each other or for example when the large picture is a map, the small pictures can be enlargements of regions centered on or located in the front surface of each tab which constitutes portions of the large picture.

While I have described my invention with particular reference to the drawings, my protection is to be limited only by the terms of the claims which follow. 7

Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent:

1. A greeting card device comprising .a greeting card having a sheet with two half sections, one half being disposed adjacent and behind the other, the front surface of one half having a large picture thereon, said one half having a plurality of spaced apart removable tabs therein, the surface of the other half adjacent the rear surface of the one half having a like plurality of small pictures therein, each small picture being in registration with a corresponding tab whereby when a tab is removed, the small picture in registration therewith is exposed in the large picture on the front surface of the: said one half.

2. A device as set forth in claim 1 wherein each tab has a front surface forming a portion of the large picture.

3. A device as set forth in claim 2 wherein each t-ab has a perforated edge secured to the main body of said one half of the sheet.

4. A device as set forth in claim 3 wherein said tabs vary in shape and size.

5. A device as set forth in claim 4 wherein each small picture represents an enlargement of a selected portion of the large picture.
