The present: invention relates to an electrom netic driving system especially-for hair cut tingmachines, safety razors or the like; and which is so shaped that it may be mounted within the handle of such apparatus.

10. A driving system as claimed in claim 9, said poles of said magnets having faces being parts of cylinders having their axes coinciding with the ivotal axis of said swingable'magnet.
