Abstract

This invention relates to an innovative recyclable hair clip, which includes at least a clip body and a twisted plastic elastic sheet. Said clip body 1 is provided with a first body 10 and a second body 11, said first body 10 is provided with a first clamping portion 100 and a first pressing portion 101, and said second body 11 is provided with a second clamping portion 110 and a second pressing portion 111; a pivoting fastening mechanism 12 is arranged between said first body 10 and said second body 11, through which said first body 10 and said second body 11 can be pivotally opened and clamped to each other. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet is inserted inside said clip body, so the recyclable hair clip can be assembled quickly to effectively reduce the manufacturing cost, and the whole used hair clip can be recycled and reused.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

This invention relates to a recyclable hair clip, particularly to an innovative hair clip structure made of all-plastic, which can be directly recycled and can hold the hair stably.

2. Description of the Prior Art

Traditional all-plastic hair clips, such as U.S. patent application Ser. No. 09/232,841 “Hair clip with elastic fastener” and U.S. patent application Ser. No. 06/035,863 “Hair clip device”, this kind of traditional hair clip is provided with symmetrical left and right clip bodies, a C-shaped elastic fastener is covered on the outside of the pressing part of the left and right clip bodies. When the user presses the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the C-shaped elastic fastener will be stretched to cover the hair, and when the user releases the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the C-shaped elastic fastener will elastically return, so that the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip will clamp the hair. In this way, the hair clip using the C-shaped elastic fastener can make the hair clip have the same function as the general clamp without using the traditional metal torsion spring and rotating shaft.
However, when this kind of hair clip with C-shaped elastic fastener is used, since the C-shaped elastic fastener is used to replace the shaft and the torsion spring of the traditional clamp, and the outside of the rotation fulcrum of the hair clip using the C-shaped elastic fastener is covered by the entire C-shaped elastic fastener, the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hairpin are affected by the C-shaped elastic fastener and become smaller and more difficult to use. When the user is using the hair clip, because the size of the pressing parts of the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip becomes smaller, it is difficult for the user to hold the pressing part stably, so as to the hair clip is very easy to loosen and bounce or fly out, causing inconvenience in use.
Furthermore, since the C-shaped elastic fastener is placed outside the left and right clip bodies of the hair clip, the shaft position of the hair clip will have the appearance of a protruding ring body, which affects the overall shape and aesthetics of the hair clip.
Therefore, the inventor having much experience in designing and manufacturing various hair clip and its related products, understands and researches the problem of the foregoing hair clip and hence devised this invention.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The objective of this invention is to offer an innovative recyclable hair clip, which can quickly complete the assembly of the hair clip by inserting an innovative twisted plastic elastic sheet into a clip body, so as to effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the hair clip. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet does not need to be used with a rotating shaft, and it will not be exposed outside the hair clip to affect the appearance, and the twisted plastic elastic sheet will protrude inward when the hair clip is pressed to open, which is convenient for the fitting the hair clip and the user's hair.
The recyclable hair clip in the present invention includes at least a clip body and a twisted plastic elastic sheet as main components combined together. Said clip body is provided with a first body and a second body, said first body is provided with a first clamping portion and a first pressing portion, and said second body is provided with a second clamping portion and a second pressing portion 111. A pivoting fastening mechanism is arranged between said first body and said second body, through which said first body and said second body are pivotally opened and clamped to each other. A space is provided in the middle position of said pivoting mechanism, the inner side of the first clamping portion of said first body is provided with a first fitting groove, and the inner side of the second clamping portion of said second body is provided with a second fitting groove. Said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with an annular portion, two ends of said annular portion are respectively provided with a first support arm and a second support arm, the end of said first support arm is provided with a first fitting portion, and the end of said second support arm is provided with a second fitting portion. The annular portion of said twisted plastic elastic sheet is placed in the space of said clip body, and said first fitting portion and said second fitting portion are respectively inserted into the first fitting groove of said first body and the second fitting groove of said second body to prevent said twisting plastic elastic sheet is ejected from said clip body.
At the time the recyclable hair clip clamps the user's hair, if the amount of clamping hair is larger, the more part of said twisted plastic elastic sheet protrude inward, the effect of fixing the hair is better; if the amount of clamping hair is smaller, the less part of said twisted plastic elastic sheet protrude inward, this results in a completely new mode of use for hair clip and the whole used hair clip can be recycled and reused. Furthermore, the recyclable hair clip of the present invention can use the twisted plastic elastic sheet to fasten various hair pieces, hair bundles and Jewelry, so that the recyclable hair clip can be used as a hair extension tool, and the application of the recyclable hair clip is more diversified.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

A preferred embodiment of the recyclable hair clip in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 11 includes at least a clip body 1 and a twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 as main components combined together.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 , said clip body 1 is provided with a first body and a second body 11, said first body 10 is provided with a first clamping portion 100 and a first pressing portion 101, and said second body 11 is provided with a second clamping portion 110 and a second pressing portion 111. A pivoting fastening mechanism 12 is arranged between said first body 10 and said second body 11, through which said first body 10 and said second body 11 can be pivotally opened and clamped to each other.
A space 13 is provided in the middle position of said pivoting mechanism 12, the inner side of the first clamping portion 100 of said first body 10 is provided with a first fitting groove 102, and the inner side of the second clamping portion 110 of said second body 11 is provided with a second fitting groove 112.
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 10 , said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 may be made of various plastic materials with high elasticity and high toughness such as Polyoxymethylene (POM), polysulfone, etc. said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 is provided with an annular portion 20, and two ends of said annular portion 20 are respectively provided with a first support arm 21 and a second support arm 22. The end of said first support arm 21 is provided with a first fitting portion 210, and the end of said second support arm 22 is provided with a second fitting portion 220. The annular portion 20 of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 is placed in the space 13 of said clip body 1, said first fitting portion 210 and said second fitting portion 220 are respectively inserted into the first fitting groove 102 of said first body 10 and the second fitting groove 112 of said second body 11 to prevent said twisting plastic elastic sheet 2 is ejected from said clip body 1. Various types of rough surfaces (such as granular rough surface, line rough surface, three-dimensional texture rough surface, etc.) may be provided on the surface of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2, so that said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 can be stably positioned on said clip body 1, and the anti-slip function of said twisted plastic shrapnel 2 can assist the positioning of the hair.
A first protruding portion 211 may be provided at the end of said first fitting portion 210, a second protruding portion 221 may be provided at the end of said second fitting portion 220, said first fitting groove 102 may be provided with a first notch 103 corresponding to said first protruding portion 211, and said second fitting groove 112 may be provided with a second notch 113 corresponding to said second protruding portion 221. In this way, by combining said first protruding portion 211 and said second protruding portion 221 with said first notch 103 and said second notch 113 respectively, the combination of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 and said clip body 1 has the effect of preventing separation, and can ensure that said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 will not bounce out when the user uses the hair clip.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 , the recyclable hair clip of the present invention is very simple and fast to assemble. The user only needs to combine said pivoting fastening mechanism 12 between said first body 10 and said second body 11 to each other to complete the assembly of said clip body 1 (as shown in FIG. 4 ). Then, said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 is directly inserted into the space 13 of said clip body 1, and said first fitting portion 210 and said second fitting portion 220 are respectively inserted into said first fitting groove 102 and second fitting groove 112, so as to complete the assembly of the recyclable hair clip. It is worth mentioning that, the assembling process of the recyclable hair clip of the present invention can be quickly assembled by only one person, no auxiliary tools are required in the assembly process, even said clip body 1 and said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 can be directly placed in the product packaging, and it only needs to be assembled when the user wants to use the recyclable hair clip. In this way, the service life of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 can be prolonged, and the user can directly replace the damaged twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 to achieve the effect of environmental protection.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , when the user is using the recyclable hair clip of the present invention, the user only needs to press the first pressing portion 101 and the second pressing portion 111 of said clip body 1 to make the clip body 1 open, at this time, the first support arm 21 and the second support arm 22 of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 are squeezed, so that the annular portion 20 of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 protrudes to the inside of said clip body 1 and forms a positioning protrusion to facilitate the fixing of the recyclable hair clip and the hair, and reduce the sliding of the recyclable hair clip. When the user releases said first pressing portion 101 and said second pressing portion 111, the elastic force accumulated by said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 is released, and pushes said first clamping portion 100 and said second clamping portion 110 to clamp the hair together. Therefore, at the time the recyclable hair clip clamps the user's hair, if the amount of clamping hair is larger, the more part of annular portions 20 of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 will protrude inwardly, the effect of fixing the hair is better; if the amount of clamping hair is smaller, the less part of annular portions 20 of said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 will protrude inwardly, so that the clamping effect of the small amount of hair will not be affected.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 11 , said twisted plastic elastic sheet 2 may be provided with a decorative member 3, so that the recyclable hair clip can be used as a hair extension tool. Said decorative member 3 can be various hair pieces, hair bundles and Jewelry, so that the application of the recyclable hair clip is more diversified.
In conclusion, through the innovative clip body 1 and the twisted plastic sheet 2, the recyclable hair clip of the present invention enables the hair clip to be quickly assembled, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of the hair clip and enhancing the competitiveness. Moreover, the twisted plastic elastic sheet of the present invention not only does not need to be used with a rotating shaft, but also will not be exposed to the outside of the hair clip to affect its overall design, so it has the effects of environmental protection and aesthetics, and it is very comfortable and smooth to use, with the best practicality and economic value. Evidently this invention has tangible benefits and tallies with progressiveness and novelty demanded by patent laws.
While the preferred embodiments of this invention have been described above, it will be recognized and understood that various modifications may be made therein and appended claims are intended to cover all such modifications that may fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A recyclable hair clip at least comprising:

a clip body, is provided with a first body and a second body, said first body is provided with a first clamping portion and a first pressing portion, and said second body is provided with a second clamping portion and a second pressing portion; a pivoting fastening mechanism is arranged between said first body and said second body, through which said first body and said second body are pivotally opened and clamped to each other; a space is provided in the middle position of said pivoting mechanism, the inner side of the first clamping portion of said first body is provided with a first fitting groove, and the inner side of the second clamping portion of said second body is provided with a second fitting groove;

a twisted plastic elastic sheet, is provided with an annular portion, two ends of said annular portion are respectively provided with a first support arm and a second support arm, the end of said first support arm is provided with a first fitting portion, and the end of said second support arm is provided with a second fitting portion; the annular portion of said twisted plastic elastic sheet is placed in the space of said clip body, and said first fitting portion and said second fitting portion are respectively inserted into the first fitting groove of said first body and the second fitting groove of said second body to prevent said twisting plastic elastic sheet is ejected from said clip body.

2. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 1, wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is made of Polyoxymethylene (POM).

3. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 1, wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is made of polysulfone.

4. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 1, wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with a rough surface.

5. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 1, wherein a first protruding portion is provided at the end of said first fitting portion, a second protruding portion is provided at the end of said second fitting portion, said first fitting groove is provided with a first notch corresponding to said first protruding portion, and said second fitting groove is provided with a second notch corresponding to said second protruding portion.

6. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 1, wherein said twisted plastic elastic sheet is provided with a decorative member.

7. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 6, wherein said decorative member is a hair piece.

8. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 6, wherein said decorative member is a hair bundle.

9. The recyclable hair clip according to claim 6, wherein said decorative member is a Jewelry.
