Abstract

A paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure, the bag body is provided with a first and second bag body parts, and the opposite inner surfaces of the first bag body part and the second bag body part There are respectively a first tear line and a second tear line opposite to each other. By eating the food above the body of the bag, the first bag body part and the second bag body part are torn off relative to the first tear line and the second tear line, so that the lower part of the food can be relatively positioned on the bag body. The opening position is convenient for the user to eat, and it can avoid the hand being stained with oil when the food is drawn upward, so as to achieve the effect of good structure, function and convenience of use.

Description

    FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a paper bag with easy tearing structure and, in particular, to a paper bag with respect to food and sustenance.
    • BACKGROUND
  • As shown in FIG. 8 , the structure of a conventional food paper bag is shown in FIG. 8 . The bag body 10 is provided with a first bag body part 11 and a second bag body part 12, and the height of the second bag body part 12 is greater than that of the first bag body part 12. In the bag body part 11, the top side of the second bag body part 12 forms a sealing bag part 13 opposite to the first bag body part 11, and the two sides and the bottom side of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are in a relatively closed and combined setting. By accommodating the food in the bag body 10, after the food in the upper part is eaten, it is necessary to push the outer surfaces of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 to make the food go up to the opening of the bag body 10. However, during the pushing process, it is easy to cause damage. The original shape of the food changes, or the surface of the food becomes unsightly, so as to affect the eating vision of the eater. In addition, the eater can also take out the food in the bag body 10 by hand, but there is a problem that the hands are contaminated with oil when receiving the food. As such, there is a need for improvements in the relevant technical field.
    • SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
  • In view of the problems of the conventional food paper bag structure's lack of convenience and functionality, the present invention completes the paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure of the present invention.
  • One of the aspect of the present invention is to provide a paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure, comprises: a bag body, wherein the bag body is provided with a first bag body part and a second bag body part, the two sides of the first bag body part and the second bag body part that are relatively closed and combined are provided with a side bag body part to expand the first bag body part and the second bag body part relatively to the side bag body part, the opposite inner surfaces of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with a first coating layer and a second coating layer, and the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with corresponding first tearing line and second tearing line.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the height of the second bag body part is greater than that of the first bag body part, and the top side of the second bag body part forms a sealing pocket relative to the first bag body part, so that the sealing pocket of the first bag body part relatively seals the top of the second bag body part. Multiple usages of the present invention can be reached.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the first tearing line and the second tearing line are arranged at the ½ or ⅔ height position of the first bag body part and the second bag body part from bottom to top, so as to easily tearing off the upper bag of the first bag body part and the upper bag of the second bag body part.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the surfaces of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with a plurality of first bag body pinholes and a plurality of second bag body pinholes. The steam of the food can be released through the first and second pinholes in the bag body, so as to prevent the water droplets produced by the condensation of the steam from affecting the taste of the food, thus increasing the multiple practicality of this invention.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the two sides of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are relatively closed and combined, and one side bag body part is respectively provided, so that the first bag body part and the second bag body part are unfolded relative to the side bag body part, Expand the storage space inside the bag body.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the two sides and bottom sides of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are relatively closed and adhered together; in addition, the first bag body part can be separated and adhered to each other from top to bottom near the center, and the bottom sides are also set by mutual adhesion to increase the multiple practicability of this invention.
  • With the first bag body part and the second bag body part of the bag body respectively provided with the first tear line 111 and the second tear line opposite to each other, after the consumer eats the food above the bag body, the first tear line 111 and the second tear line are respectively set.   • In order to have the Examiner to further understand the structure, features and other purposes of the present invention, the following preferred embodiments are attached with drawings for detailed descriptions as follows. However, the embodiments described in the drawings are for illustrative purposes. It is not the only restriction for the purpose of the present patent application.
  • Reference is collectively made to FIGS. 1 and 2 , which are schematic diagrams of the three-dimensional state and unfolded state of the paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure of the present invention. Such paper bag includes:
  • A bag body 10, the bag body 10 is provided with a first bag body part 11 and a second bag body part 12, the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12. The two sides of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 that are relatively closed and combined are provided with a side bag body part to expand the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 relatively to the side bag body part, the opposite inner surfaces of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are respectively provided with a first coating layer 110 and a second coating layer 120, and the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are respectively provided with corresponding first tearing line 111 and second tearing line 121.
  • Reference is collectively made to FIGS. 1 to 3 , which are reference diagrams of the three-dimensional state, unfolded state, and the action state of containing food and tearing the bag body of the paper bag with the easy-to-tear structure of the present invention. The first bag body part 11 and the two sides and the bottom side of the second bag body part 12 are relatively closed, combined and fixed. The opposite inner surfaces of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are respectively provided with a first coating layer 110 and a second coating layer 120. The bag body 12 is respectively provided with a first tear line 111 and a second tear line 121 opposite to each other. By tearing off the first tearing line 111 and the second tearing line 121, the lower part of the food can be relatively located at the opening position of the bag body 10, which is convenient for user to eat, and can prevent the hands from being contaminated with oil when the food is drawn upward, so as to achieve the effect of good structure function and convenience of use.
  • Reference is made back to FIG. 1 , which is a schematic three-dimensional state diagram of the easy-tear structure of the present invention. The height of the second bag body portion 12 is greater than that of the first bag body portion 11, and the top side of the second bag body portion 12 is opposite to each other. The first bag body 22 forms an envelope portion 13, so that the envelope portion 13 of the first generation body 11 relatively closes the top side of the second bag body 12, so as to increase multiple practicability of the present invention.
  • Reference is collectively made to FIGS. 1 to 5 , which are the three-dimensional state of the easy-tear structure of the present invention, and the state where the two sides of the second bag body are relatively closed and combined with a side bag body state and a flat bottom bag state respectively. Referring to the figures, the first tear line 111 and the second tear line 121 are arranged at ½ or ⅔ of the height of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 from bottom to top, which are easy to tear off. After the upper bag body of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12, the food in the bag body 10 is continued to be eaten, so as to increase multiple practicability of the present invention.
  • Reference is made to FIG. 4 , which is a reference diagram of the first embodiment of the paper bag with the easy-to-tear structure of the present invention with pinholes in the bag body. The surfaces of the body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are respectively provided with several first bag body pinholes 112 and several second generation body pinholes 122, so that the steam of the food passes through the several first bag body pinholes 112 and the several second generation pinholes 122. The pinholes 122 on the body of the second bag radiate out water droplets, preventing water droplets from affecting the taste of the food, so as to increase multiple practicability of this invention.
  • Reference is next made to FIGS. 5 to 7 , which are the second embodiment of the paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure of the present invention. The first bag body part and the two sides of the second bag body part. In the relative closed and combined setting, there are side bag body parts, flat bottom bag state and flat bag state in the third embodiment. Referring to the drawings, the two sides of the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are opposite to each other. The closed and combined setting places are respectively provided with one side of the bag body 14, so that the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are unfolded relative to the side bag body part 14, so as to expand the accommodating space in the bag body 10, and the first bag body part 11 and the second bag body part 12 are opposite to the side bag body part 14 so that the bottom side can be arranged in the state of a flat bottom bag, and the first tear line 111 and the second tear line 121 can be arranged in relatively multiple groups at intervals. In order to increase multiple practicality of this invention.
  • Reference are collectively made to FIGS. 1 and 5 , which are the three-dimensional state diagrams of the paper bag with the easy-to-tear structure of the present invention and the two sides of the second bag body that are relatively closed and combined with each other.   • In sum, the present invention can indeed achieve the above-mentioned functions and purposes. Therefore, the present invention should meet the requirements of a patent application, and an application should be filed in accordance with the law.

Claims (8)

1. A paper bag with an easy-to-tear structure, comprising:
a bag body, wherein the bag body is provided with a first bag body part and a second bag body part, the two sides of the first bag body part and the second bag body part that are relatively closed and combined are provided with a side bag body part to expand the first bag body part and the second bag body part relatively to the side bag body part, the opposite inner surfaces of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with a first coating layer and a second coating layer, and the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with corresponding first tearing line and second tearing line.
2. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the height of the second bag body part is greater than that of the first bag body part, and the top side of the second bag body part forms a sealing pocket relative to the first bag body part, so that the sealing pocket of the first bag body part relatively seals the top of the second bag body part.
3. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the first tearing line and the second tearing line are arranged at the ½ height position of the first bag body part and the second bag body part from bottom to top, so as to easily tearing off the upper bag of the first bag body part and the upper bag of the second bag body part.
4. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the first tearing line and the second tearing line are arranged at ⅔ of the height from bottom to top of the first bag body part and the second bag body part, so as to easily tearing off the upper bag of the first bag body part and the upper bag of the second bag body part.
5. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the surfaces of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are respectively provided with a plurality of first bag body pinholes and a plurality of second bag body pinholes.
6. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the two sides and bottom sides of the first bag body part and the second bag body part are relatively closed and adhered together.
7. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the first bag body part near the center is in a state of being separated from top to bottom and adhered to each other, and the bottom side is also set to be adhered and combined with each other.
8. The paper bag as claim 1, wherein, the first tearing line and the second tearing line set on the first bag body part and the second bag body part are arranged in a plurality of interval sets.
