  • This prior art handheld vacuum cleaner has an inconvenient problem, in which in order to discharge foreign substances stored in a storage space to the outside, it is necessary to repeatedly perform the process of removing the suction part from the main body and then combining it again.
  • Recently, as a solution to the problem of the prior art, a handheld vacuum cleaner capable of discharging foreign substances to the outside without disassembling the main body has been developed.
  • In other words, by configuring a dust storage part that hinges up and down on one side of the main body, the stored foreign substances can be easily discharged to the outside.
  • However, the vertical opening and closing structure of the prior art dust storage part has a problem in that when the dust storage part is opened for discharging foreign substances, some of the stored foreign substances fall into a trash can, but low-density dust scatters in all directions and remains around the trash can.
  • In addition, the handheld vacuum cleaner of the prior art is manufactured in an integrated structure with the body and the handle so that if a case corresponding to the main body or the handle side is partially damaged or deformed, the entire main body case needs to be replaced, largely incurring maintenance costs.
  • In addition, the handheld vacuum cleaner of the prior art has a disadvantage in that the size cannot be effectively reduced for carrying or storage as it is simply composed of a two-stage separation structure limited to the main body and the suction part.
  • In addition, the handheld vacuum cleaners of the prior art are limited to cleaning of small areas such as interiors of vehicles, stairs, and desks, so there is a problem of low utilization, resulting in purchase of additional cleaners individually.

  • FIG. 7 is a partial perspective view showing a handheld vacuum cleaner according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 7, a handheld vacuum cleaner according to the disclosure includes a handle body 100 having a first coupling part 110 formed on one side in the longitudinal direction; a drive part body 200 having a second coupling part 210 formed on one side thereof so as to be detachably coupled to the first coupling part 110, a third coupling part 220 formed on the other side, and a motor provided therein; and a filtration and discharge body 300 having a first hollow part 301 and a second hollow part 302, respectively formed at one side and the other side so as to communicate with each other, a dust receiving part 310 formed between the first hollow part 301 and the second hollow part 302 so as to communicate with the first hollow part 301 and the second hollow part 302, and a fourth coupling part 320 formed on the inner surface of the first hollow part 301 so as to be detachably coupled to the third coupling part 220.
  • First, the handle body 100 has a predetermined thickness and extends in the longitudinal direction so that a user can hold it stably, wherein the handle body 100 includes the first coupling part 110 formed on one side of the longitudinal direction thereof and a power supply jack 120 formed on the other side so as to be connected to an external power supply. when the first coupling part 110 of the handle body 100 is viewed from the front, the first coupling part 110 has a male locking protrusion 111 formed on one side based on the center in the width direction and a connector part 112 formed with a female connector terminal on the other side.
  • In other words, the male locking protrusion 111 and the connector part 112 are formed on one side and the other side, respectively, based on the width center of the handle body 100, so that mechanical fixing power and electrical contact safety can be further improved at the same time.
  • When viewed from the bottom, the other side where the connector part 112 is formed and the one side where the male locking protrusion 111 is formed have a stepped difference therebetween, the male locking protrusion 111 is formed to protrude from the front end surface of the one side, and the protruding length thereof is formed to be shorter than the protruding length of the connector part 112.
  • Herein, the reason why the first coupling part 110 of the handle body 100 is stepped is to enable stable and compatible coupling to the drive part body 200, which will be described later, by ensuring that the first coupling part 110 always maintains the shape of a certain standard even though the manufacturer provides the handle body 100 in various shapes and sizes according to user preferences.
  • In addition, the handle body 100 has a structure so as to obliquely extend downwards based on the first coupling part 110.
  • The first coupling part 110 of the handle body 100 is connected to the drive part body 200 in a horizontal state with the drive part body 200, and forms an inclination angle in the range of about 30° to 45° in the longitudinal direction, in which the user holds by hand. Therefore, when the user holds the handle body 100 by hand and lifts the vacuum cleaner horizontally to the floor or lowers it in a direction towards the floor to be cleaned, it is possible to not only prevent excessive strain from being applied to the wrist of the user due to the excessive bending of the wrist but also greatly reduce the bending angle of the wrist, thereby allowing the user to carry out cleaning comfortably without too much effort.
  • In addition, a power supply coupling part 130 is formed the upper portion of the handle body 100 at one side thereof and the power supply coupling part 130 is mounted with a power supply control button 131 for controlling the power supply and operation of a motor installed in the drive part body 200.
  • In addition, a battery (not shown) is installed inside the handle body 100, which is electrically connected to the power supply control button 131 and the motor so as to supply power required for power generation.
  • Meanwhile, the drive part body 200 is coupled to the handle body 100, and the motor (not shown) that generates a suction driving force is installed therein so as to suction foreign materials and dust.
  • Specifically, the drive part body 200 is extended to a certain length and has the second coupling part 210, which is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction and detachably coupled to the first coupling part 110, and a third coupling part 220, which is formed on the other side, wherein the motor is positioned inside the drive part body 200 between the second coupling part 210 and the third coupling part 220.
  • The second coupling part 210 is configured to have respective receiving grooves corresponding to the first coupling part 110 and the power supply coupling part 130.
  • In other words, inside the second coupling part 210, a locking groove part 211 is formed to be fastened to the male locking protrusion 111 and a receiving connector part 212 is formed with a male connector terminal so as to be connected to the connector part 112, and on the upper portion of the second coupling part 210, a power supply coupling groove 213 is formed so as to receive the power supply coupling part 130.
  • In addition, a first one-touch fastening button 230 is formed on the outer periphery of the drive part body 200, where the locking groove 211 is positioned, so as to elastically move the locking groove part 211 in the vertical direction so that the locking groove part 211 can be detachably coupled to the male locking protrusion 111 in a one-touch manner.
  • In addition, the third coupling part 220 is configured to be fitted into the filtration and discharge body 300, which will be described later, wherein the third coupling part 220 has a power supply connector 221 formed on the upper portion and fastening-locking grooves 222 formed at both sides in the circumferential direction based on the power supply connector 221.
  • Herein, the third coupling part 220 is formed in a stepped structure so as to be smaller than the outer width of the drive part body 200.
  • The reason for forming the third coupling part 220 in such a stepped structure is the same as or similar to the reason for forming the first coupling part 110 of the handle body 100 in the stepped structure as described above.
  • Furthermore, the drive part body 200 has discharge holes 240 for discharging the air introduced through the filtration and discharge body 300 and the heat generated by the motor to the outside therethrough.
  • Meanwhile, the filtration and discharge body 300 collects in one place the foreign substances and dust introduced by air suction power and discharges the collected foreign substances and dust to the outside.
  • The first hollow part 301 and the second hollow part 302 that can communicate with each other are formed on one side and the other side of the filtration and discharge body 300, respectively, wherein the dust receiving part 310 installed between the first hollow part 301 and the second hollow part 302 acts as a medium to enable the first hollow part 301 and the second hollow part 302 to communicate with each other.
  • It is preferable to form the second hollow part 302 in a shape with an inner space narrower than that of the first hollow part 301 in order to increase the suction power.
  • And, the fourth coupling part 320 that is detachably coupled to the third coupling part 220 is formed on the inner surface of the first hollow part 301.
  • The fourth coupling part 320 has a current-carrying part 321 to be connected to the power supply connector 221 formed on the third coupling part 220 and a second one-touch button 322 controlled to be detachably locked by the fastening-locking groove 222.
  • The dust receiving part 310 has opening portions formed at the front and rear portions thereof, and the front opening portion is configured to be opened or closed by an opening and closing cap 312 that carries out hinge movement with respect to the filtration and discharge body 300.
  • The foreign materials and dust collected in the dust receiving part 310 can be accurately discharged into a trash can through the front opening portion so that there is an effect of preventing the scattering of low-density dust to the outside of the trash can in the process of discharging the collected foreign materials and dust to the trash can as in the prior art.
  • Specifically, the dust receiving part 310 is equipped with a dust housing 311, and the dust housing 311 has one opening portion, which is formed at one end of the dust housing 311 so as to be opened or closed by the opening and closing cap 312 of the filtration and discharge body 300, and the other opening portion, which is formed at the opposite side of the opening and closing cap 312 so that a filtering member is inserted thereinto.
  • The dust housing 311 is preferably made of a transparent synthetic resin so that the foreign materials and dust entering the interior can be easily checked with the naked eye.
  • The dust housing 311 has a locking protrusion 311 a formed at a point of the edge of the opening portion thereof, the opening and closing cap 312 has a hook 312 a formed on the outer circumference thereof so as to be coupled with the locking protrusion 311 a, and the dust housing 311 has a detachment button 313 formed on the outer surface thereof so as to push and detach the locking protrusion 311 a coupled with the hook 312 a from the hook 312 a.
  • In addition, inside the circumference of the opening and closing cap 312, a rubber packing 314 is installed to ensure tight sealing finish with the edge of the opening portion of the dust housing 311.
  • The opening and closing cap 312 has first elastic hinge part 312 b installed for applying a restoring force acting in a direction of opening the opening portion, and the detachment button 313 has a spring 313 a installed for applying a restoring force acting in a direction away from the locking protrusion 311 a.
  • The filtering member 330 passes through the first hollow part 301 of the filtration and discharge body 300 so as to be arranged in the dust housing 311 and includes an outer frame 331, a first filter 332 installed inside the outer frame 331, and a second filter 333 installed inside the first filter 332.
  • The outer frame 331 acts as a protective film to prevent the first filter 332 and the second filter 333 from being damaged or deformed by collision with the foreign materials introduced from the second hollow part 302, resulting in the improvement of the durability and lifespan of the filters.
  • In addition, the outer frame 331 has an anti-rotation cut part 331 a, which is formed around the circumference of the outer frame 331 at one side thereof so as to prevent rotation while the outer frame 331 is coupled to the dust housing 311, and a withdrawal stem 334 formed in the center.
  • Furthermore, the filtration and discharge body 300 has a valve 340 installed therein at the other side where the second hollow part 302 is formed so that the valve 340 opens or closes the passage between the space in the dust receiving part 310 and the second hollow part 302.
  • The valve 340 is made of an arcuately curved surface, and the front end thereof is in contact with the end of the second hollow part 302 at the outlet side thereof so as to maintain a closed state.
  • The valve 340 serves to block the foreign materials and dust collected in the dust receiving part 310 from moving towards the second hollow part 302 again.
  • Herein, the valve 340 is arranged neighboring the opening and closing cap 312 in the vertical direction and provided with a second elastic hinge part 340 a, which enables the valve 340 to normally maintain the space in the dust receiving part 310 and the second hollow part 302 in a closed state and to open the same in a direction towards the dust receiving part 310 when generating suction force for cleaning.
  • In addition, current-carrying connector 350 is formed on the inner upper end, where the second hollow part 302 is formed, and a fastening protrusion 360 is formed protruding downwards from the outer bottom surface.
  • Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 6, a suction body 400 is additionally provided and detachably coupled to the second hollow part 302 of the filtration and discharge body 300.
  • In other words, the suction body 400 is intended to further improve the cleaning efficiency of the floor surface of a large space by increasing the width of the suction body for suctioning foreign materials and dust.
  • The suction body 400 includes a connection duct 410 formed at one side and having a current-carrying part (not shown) and a third one-touch fastening button 412, which correspond and coupled to the current-carrying connector 350 and the fastening protrusion 360 of the second hollow part 302, and a suction duct 420 formed at the other side and extending in a direction perpendicular to the connection duct 410.
  • The suction duct has a suction hole 401, which is formed in the bottom surface of the suction duct 420 and extends in the longitudinal direction so as to communicate with the connection duct 410, and the suction hole 401 is equipped with an ultraviolet lamp 430 that allows sterilization of the floor to be cleaned, from which foreign materials and dust are suctioned.
