- This application claims priority to Chinese patent application number 202021369600.2, filed on Jul. 13, 2020. Chinese patent application number 202021369600.2 is incorporated herein by reference.
- The present disclosure relates to a field of outdoor products, and in particular to a foldable frame for a tent.
- Tents are widely used in outdoor activities, and people have increasingly high requirements for use of the tents. The types of foldable tents are numerous, and the folding mode of the tents is also diversified. Due to a frame structure of the tents being complicated, the tent is difficult to store. At present, a top rod piece and a circumferential support rod piece are usually stored separately, are not simple and easy enough, and also cause the problem of not being simple and convenient enough when being unfolded for use.
- The present disclosure provides a foldable frame for a tent to realize a function of integratedly and easily storing.
- In order to solve the technical problem, a first technical solution of the present disclosure is as follows.
- A foldable frame for a tent comprises a center rod, a first moving seat, a second moving seat, a plurality of first supporting rods, and a plurality of second supporting rods. The plurality of first supporting rods and the plurality of second supporting rods are respectively rotatably connected to a circumference of the first moving seat in a rotationally symmetric manner and a circumference of the second moving seat in a rotationally symmetric manner. The plurality of first supporting rods and the plurality of second supporting rods each rotate in vertical planes. A first end, which is away from the second moving seat, of each of the plurality of second supporting rods is connected to each of the plurality of first supporting rods. When the first moving seat is spaced apart from the second moving seat by a use distance, each of the plurality of first supporting rods is angled with respect to each of the plurality of second supporting rods, and a space surrounded by the plurality of first supporting rods defines a receiving space of the tent.
- In a preferred embodiment, when each of the plurality of first supporting rods is angled with respect to each of the plurality of second supporting rods at a first angle, the foldable frame is in a use state. When each of the plurality of first supporting rods is angled with respect to each of the plurality of second supporting rods at a second angle, the foldable frame is in a storage state. The second angle is larger than the first angle.
- In a preferred embodiment, when the foldable frame is changed from the use state to the storage state, angles between the plurality of first supporting rods and a vertical direction decrease, and angles between the plurality of second supporting rods and the vertical direction decrease.
- In a preferred embodiment, a middle portion of the second moving seat comprises a receiving chamber. The center rod comprises a connecting end. When the first moving seat is spaced apart from the second moving seat by the use distance, the connecting end is inserted into the receiving chamber. When the first moving seat is spaced apart from the second moving seat by a storage distance, the connecting end leaves the receiving chamber.
- In a preferred embodiment, the connecting end is disposed with an elastic abutting member, the receiving chamber comprises a position-limited opening, and the elastic abutting member enters the receiving chamber and is squeezed by the receiving chamber to undergo elastic deformation. When the elastic abutting member arrives at the position-limited opening, the elastic abutting member reverts to original, and movement of the elastic abutting member along a direction in which the elastic abutting member moves in the receiving chamber is inhibited.
- In a preferred embodiment, the elastic abutting member is an elastic piece, the elastic piece comprises a protruding portion, and the elastic piece is disposed in the center rod. The center rod comprises a space-providing opening, and the protruding portion is configured to move out of the center rod through the space-providing opening.
- In a preferred embodiment, the position-limited opening is connected with an elastic button. When the elastic piece arrives at the position-limited opening, the protruding portion correspondingly moves into the position-limited opening. When the elastic button is pushed, the protruding portion moves toward a center axis of the center rod to enable the second moving seat to move relative to the center rod.
- In a preferred embodiment, a first end, which is away from the first moving seat, of each of the plurality of first supporting rods is rotatably connected with each of a plurality of third supporting rods for increasing a height of the receiving space.
- In a preferred embodiment, the foldable frame further comprises a plurality of rotating seats, and each of the plurality of first supporting rods is rotatably connected to each of the plurality of third supporting rods through a respective one of the plurality of rotating seats. Two ends of each of the plurality of rotating seats each comprise a first rotating chamber and an inserting hole, inner walls of two sides of the first rotating chamber each comprise a first rotating hole, and the first end of each of the plurality of first supporting rods is inserted into the inserting hole. A first end of each of the plurality of third supporting rods comprises a rotating mating hole and is disposed in the first rotating chamber. A first rotating pin is disposed in the first rotating chamber to enable a rotatable connection of each of the plurality of third supporting rods and the respective one of the plurality of rotating seats. The first rotating chamber comprises a bottom surface connected to and extending between the two sides of the first rotating chamber, and the bottom surface is configured to enable a rotation of each of the plurality of first supporting rods relative to each of the plurality of third supporting rods to be inhibited along a first rotating direction and to be allowed along a second rotating direction opposite to the first rotating direction.
- In a preferred embodiment, the circumference of the first moving seat and the circumference of the second moving seat each comprise a plurality of second rotating chambers, and a plurality of rotating shafts are respectively disposed in the plurality of second rotating chambers. Ends, which are disposed in the plurality of second rotating chambers, of the plurality of first supporting rods and the plurality of second supporting rods each comprise a second rotating hole. The plurality of rotating shafts are inserted in the second rotating holes and rotating mating holes of the plurality of second rotating chambers to enable the plurality of first supporting rods and the plurality of second supporting rods to rotate in the vertical planes.
- Compared with the existing techniques, the technical solution has the following advantages.
- The present disclosure discloses a foldable frame for a tent. The foldable frame enables the center rod to be locked to or unlocked from the second moving seat through the elastic abutting member cooperating with the position-limited opening and the elastic button in a position-limited manner, so that the center rod can be alternatively locked to the second moving seat, and when the plurality of first supporting rods rotate at a certain angle, the first moving seat can be fixedly limited at a certain position. The foldable frame for the tent is alternatively changed between the use state and the storage state due to the angles between the plurality of first supporting rods and the vertical direction being changed and the angles between the plurality of second supporting rods and the vertical direction being changed. While in use, it is only necessary to push the elastic button to enable the protruding portion not to be limited in the position-limited opening, so that the center rod can move relative to the second moving seat to adjust the angles of the plurality of first supporting rods. The plurality of second supporting rods move, and the relative distance between the first moving seat and the second moving seat are correspondingly changed, so that the angles between the plurality of first supporting rods and the plurality of second supporting rods are correspondingly changed. In this way, when there is a need for the foldable frame to be changed to the use state or the storage state, the center rod is inserted into the second moving seat to enable the protruding portion to be locked to the position-limited opening in a position-limited manner so as to realize locking the second moving seat and the center rod and enable the foldable frame to be locked in the use state. Thereby, the function of integratedly and easily storing is realized.

When each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 is angled with respect to each of the plurality of second supportingrods 5 at a second angle, the foldable frame is in a storage state. The second angle is larger than the first angle. In this embodiment, the first angle is an acute angle, and the second angle is an obtuse angle approximating 180°. When the foldable frame is changed from the use state to the storage state, angles between the plurality of first supportingrods 4 and a vertical direction and angles between the plurality of second supportingrods 5 and the vertical direction decrease until the plurality of first supportingrods 4 and the plurality of second supportingrods 5 are disposed vertically. At this time, a maximum distance between the first movingseat 2 and the second movingseat 3 is formed, and an end of thecenter rod 1 leaves the second movingseat 3. The maximum distance is equal to a length of each of the plurality of second supportingrods 5 plus a distance from one end, which is connected to the first movingseat 2, of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 to a junction at which each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 is rotatably connected to each of the plurality of second supportingrods 5. - Specifically, a middle portion of the second moving
seat 3 comprises a receivingchamber 211, and the end of thecenter rod 1 is a connectingend 111. When the first movingseat 2 is spaced apart from the second movingseat 3 by the use distance, the connectingend 111 is inserted into the receivingchamber 211, and the foldable frame is changed from the storage state to the use state. When the first movingseat 2 is spaced apart from the second movingseat 3 by a storage distance, the connectingend 111 leaves the receivingchamber 211. In this embodiment, the storage distance is the maximum distance. - Specifically, the connecting
end 111 is disposed with an elastic abuttingmember 80, and the receivingchamber 211 comprises a position-limited opening 212. The elastic abuttingmember 80 enters the receivingchamber 211 and is squeezed by the receivingchamber 211 to undergo elastic deformation. When the elastic abuttingmember 80 arrives at the position-limited opening 212, the elastic abuttingmember 80 reverts to an original shape, and movement of the elastic abuttingmember 80 along a direction in which the elastic abuttingmember 80 moves in the receivingchamber 211 is inhibited. Specifically, the elastic abuttingmember 80 is anelastic piece 8, and theelastic piece 8 is an elongated elastic piece, of which two ends bend toward each other to form a V-shaped elastic piece. Theelastic piece 8 comprises a protrudingportion 81. Theelastic piece 8 is disposed in thecenter rod 1, and two sides of theelastic piece 8 abut an inner wall of thecenter rod 1. Thecenter rod 1 comprises a space-providingopening 101, and the protrudingportion 81 is exposed out of thecenter rod 1 through the space-providingopening 101. When thecenter rod 1 is inserted into the receivingchamber 211, the protrudingportion 81 exposed out of thecenter rod 1 is squeezed by an inner wall of the receivingchamber 211 to enable the two sides of theelastic piece 8 to approach each other and to enable the protrudingportion 81 to move inwardly and enter the receivingchamber 211. When thecenter rod 1 moves downward until the protrudingportion 81 corresponds to the position-limited opening 212, the two sides of theelastic piece 8 separate from each other due to the protrudingportion 81 not being squeezed by the inner wall of the receivingchamber 211, and the protrudingportion 81 passes through the space-providingopening 101 of thecenter rod 1 and enters the position-limited opening 212 to enable movement between the protrudingportion 81 and the position-limited opening 212 along a direction in which thecenter rod 1 moves to be inhibited to realize the effect ofcenter rod 1 being fixedly locked within the receivingchamber 211. - Referring to
FIGS. 6-8 , the position-limited opening is connected with an elastic button 9. When theelastic piece 8 arrives at the position-limited opening 212, the protrudingportion 81 correspondingly moves into the position-limited opening 212. The protrudingportion 81 moves toward a center axis of thecenter rod 1 to enable the second movingseat 3 to move relative to thecenter rod 1 when the elastic button 9 is pushed. The elastic button 9 comprises an operatingsleeve 91, apush post 92, and aspring 93 sleeved on thepush post 92. Specifically, the position-limited opening 212 is an operatingchannel 31, which is defined by anopening 213 of the inner wall of the receivingchamber 211 that extends outward. A cross-sectional area of the operatingchannel 31 in a vertical plane is larger than an area of theopening 213. Thepush post 92 and thespring 93 move into the operatingchannel 31 and do not pass through theopening 213 to move into an inside of the receivingchamber 211 due to a size of theopening 213. A size of the protrudingportion 81 is smaller than the size of theopening 213, so that the protrudingportion 81 can pass through theopening 213 to move into the operatingchannel 31. A distal end of the operatingchannel 31 comprises a vertical position-limitedplane 311, and a side of the operatingsleeve 91 comprises areverse hook 911. The side of the operatingsleeve 91 abuts thepush post 92 and enters the operatingchannel 31 to enable thereverse hook 911 to be connected to the vertical position-limitedplane 311 so that movement of the operatingsleeve 91 away from the operatingchannel 31 is inhibited and movement of the operatingsleeve 91 toward the operatingchannel 31 is allowed. When the operatingsleeve 91 is not operated, the protrudingportion 81 passes through the space-providingopening 101 and theopening 213 to move into the operatingchannel 31 to arrive at a specific location, and thepush post 92 is pushed by the protrudingportion 81 to move away from the center axis of thecenter rod 1. At this time, thecenter rod 1 is locked to the second movingseat 3, and the foldable frame is in the use state. When there is a need for folding the foldable frame, the operatingsleeve 91 is pushed to push thepush post 92, and the protrudingportion 81, which is disposed in the operatingchannel 31, is pushed by thepush post 92 to retreat and leave the operatingchannel 31 so that the protrudingportion 81 and theopening 213 are not position-limited to each other. At this time, thecenter rod 1 can be unlocked relative to the second movingseat 3. When thecenter rod 1 leaves the second movingseat 3, the plurality of first supportingrods 4 and the plurality of second supportingrods 5 respectively rotate relative to the first movingseat 2 and the second movingseat 3 until being disposed substantially vertically, so that the foldable frame can be stored. - Specifically, a first end, which is away from the first moving
seat 2, of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 is rotatably connected with each of a plurality of third supportingrods 10 for increasing a height of the receiving space. In this embodiment, the plurality of third supportingrods 10 is rotatably connected with a plurality of fourth supportingrods 11 for further increasing the height of the receiving space. - Referring to
FIG. 4 , the foldable frame further comprises a plurality ofrotating seats 42, and each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 is respectively rotatably connected to each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 and each of the plurality of fourth supportingrods 11 through a respective one of the plurality of rotatingseats 42. Two ends of each of the plurality ofrotating seats 42 each comprise a firstrotating chamber 421 and an insertinghole 422, and inner walls of two sides of the firstrotating chamber 421 each comprise a firstrotating hole 4211. Since a rotating structure of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 being connected to each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 is the same as a rotating structure of each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 being connected to each of the plurality of fourth supportingrods 11, the rotating structure of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 being connected to each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 will be described below for an example. The first end of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 is inserted into the insertinghole 422, and a first end of each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 comprises arotating mating hole 102 and is disposed in the firstrotating chamber 421. A firstrotating pin 103 is inserted into the firstrotating chamber 421 to realize a rotatable connection of each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 and the respective one of the plurality of rotatingseats 42. The firstrotating chamber 421 comprises a bottom surface connected to and extending between the two sides of the firstrotating chamber 421, and the bottom surface is configured to enable a rotation of each of the plurality of first supportingrods 4 relative to each of the plurality of third supportingrods 10 to be inhibited along a first rotating direction and to be allowed along a second rotating direction. - The aforementioned embodiments are merely some embodiments of the present disclosure, and the scope of the disclosure is not limited thereto. Thus, it is intended that the present disclosure cover any modifications and variations of the presently presented embodiments provided they are made without departing from the appended claims and the specification of the present disclosure.
