Abstract

An adapter element configured for insertion inside the core of a paper roll to be applied to the support shaft of a dispenser includes an external annular wall adapted for insertion into the core of the paper roll with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference; an axial channel delimited by an annular wall arranged internally to the external annular wall; and first engaging elements configured for releasable engagement to second engaging elements belonging to the support shaft of the dispenser so that, in use, a portion of the end of the support shaft is insertable into the axial channel of the adapter element. A dispenser is also disclosed having the support shaft adaptable for engagement with the adapter element.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention concerns the technical field of dispenser devices for paper rolls.
  • In particular, the invention concerns a particular type of adapter applicable to the cardboard core of the roll which facilitates the application of a roll on a specific dispenser, thus ensuring a better functionality thereof.
  • BRIEF OUTLINE OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Dispensers for paper rolls, for example toilet paper or paper rolls for industrial use, have long been known.
  • For example, a particular type of dispenser is described in the US publication U.S. Pat. No. 5,636,812.
  • This publication describes a dispenser formed by a case inside which a rotatable element is rotatably mounted in idle manner around a hinging axis 16 thereof. This rotatable element has three arms 14 which extend radially from the hinging point 16 and from each end of which a further shaft 18 protrudes orthogonally to the surface thereof. Then each roll is applied to a shaft 18 taking care to insert the cardboard core of the roll on the said shaft. In this way, the roll can be readily unwound since the roll, during the unwinding of the paper, rolls on the shaft 18 on which it is arranged.
  • In this particular solution, the rotatable element which includes the aforementioned three shafts has a shape such that it rotates under the action of the force of gravity when the roll in use is fully unwound. The roll in use is the one in the lowest position but when it is fully consumed the weight of the roll placed on the shaft that is in a raised position is such as to rotate the element, carrying out an automatic transfer of position. In this way, automatically and with a constructively simple solution, the shaft containing the single cardboard core of the roll rotates in a hidden position within the case while the new roll is placed in the lowest position previously occupied by the roll which has been consumed and at the opening from which it can be normally unwound.
  • Having said that, a technical disadvantage concerning these types of solutions is that the core of the paper roll to be applied in use does not always have a precise cylindrical shape for a series of reasons.
  • For example, some rolls may have a deformed core due to a “core crash” effect when cutting the paper log from which they are obtained.
  • There are also paper rolls that at the end of the production process are compressed so as to reduce the volume and, therefore, the transportation costs. The compression obviously causes a strong crushing of the core.
  • Therefore, in all the above-described events, the core, usually made of cardboard around which the paper roll is wound, is deformed or even damaged. This causes a difficult or even impossible installation of the roll on the support shaft from which the paper is unwound in use. Moreover, consequently, the rotation of the roll around the support shaft is imperfect, if not even prevented.
  • This technical disadvantage is particularly inconvenient for the user in the event when the roll is installed on a support shaft of a paper dispenser of the type commonly installed in toilets of business activities such as hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. In fact, in this case, the dispenser provides a container body comprising a fixed part, constrained to a wall of the room, and a removable part constrained to the fixed part through a lock to prevent fraudulent openings of the dispenser. Once the authorized operator has loaded the dispenser with the roll, the roll is no longer accessible as it is closed within the dispenser. Consequently, in the event of poor rolling of the roll for the reasons explained above, the user is not able to reach the paper roll and therefore is not able to unwound the strip.
  • Furthermore, if rolls of different types are used, the size of the core may be different, therefore having an excessive diameter with respect to the axis on which it must be arranged. This would lead to an excessive clearance of the roll with respect to the axis with a possibility of malfunction.
  • Finally, it is important to ensure that the roll and the paper wrapped on it are kept in the correct position.
  • Adapter systems such as those described for example in U.S. Pat. No. 5,597,135 are known in which the adapter is inserted with a certain degree of interference within the core of the roll.
  • However, the above-mentioned adapter can be connected to a dispenser rotation system only in one of the ends thereof that corresponds to the part of the adapter that abuts the roll, therefore an external part to the roll. This causes problems of stability of the roll which is not well secured to its rotation axis and can slide off.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Therefore, the aim of the present invention is to provide an innovative adapter element for a dispenser for paper rolls and a dispenser which includes said adapter, which resolves at least in part said technical disadvantages.
  • In particular, the aim of the present invention is to provide an adapter which easily enables to apply the roll to the dispenser shaft thereof, even in the event of roll with deformed core, thus ensuring a uniform rolling and with different sizes of core.
  • The aim of the present invention is also to provide an adapter element which enables to maintain the roll in the correct position, fixing it firmly to the dispenser.
  • The aim of the present invention is also to provide a dispenser equipped with this adapter element.
  • These and other aims are therefore achieved with the present adapter element (11), according to claim 1.
  • This adapter element (11) is configured for being insertable inside the core (110) of a paper roll (100) to be applied to a support shaft (7, 8, 9) of a dispenser (10) for paper rolls.
  • According to the invention, the adapter element (11) comprises an external annular wall (12) suitable for being inserted into the core (110) of the paper roll with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference.
  • Moreover, the adapter element (11) comprises an axial channel (14 c) delimited by an annular wall (14, 14′) arranged internally to the external annular wall (12) and comprising first engaging elements (15 a) suitable for being engaged in releasable manner to second engaging elements (15 b) belonging to said support shaft (7, 8, 9) of the dispenser to which said adapter element (11) is intended so that, in use, a portion of the end (7 s) of said support shaft (7, 8, 9) is insertable in said axial channel (14 c) of the adapter element (11), engaging to it.
  • In this way, an axial engagement of the adapter element with the support element occurs, that is an engagement which prevents one element from sliding off with respect to the other.
  • In this way, all the described technical disadvantages are solved.
  • In particular, by means of the adapter element, the cardboard core of the roll returns and maintains its original shape, thus ensuring a suitable rolling of the core on the support shaft.
  • Moreover, the adapter enables a fast application of the core to the support shaft, avoiding at the same time the fortuitous sliding off thereof.
  • Advantageously, said first engaging elements (15 a) can be configured so as to be engaged to said second engaging element (15 b) so that said actuator element (11) is rotatable in idle manner around said support shaft (7, 8, 9) to which is engaged in use.
  • Advantageously, the adapter element (11) can have an excess (13′) which extends radially from the external annular surface (12) so as to form an annular abutment.
  • Advantageously, the external annular surface can be fitted with one or more wedges (16).
  • Advantageously, the external annular surface (12) can be configured so as to have a predetermined degree of flexibility.
  • Advantageously, said external annular surface (12) can be of generically cylindrical shape and it is configured for forming a pilot path at the end thereof.
  • Advantageously, said first engaging elements (15 a) are in the form of a tooth (15 a) and said annular wall (14, 14′) on which said tooth is arranged is configured so as to be elastically deformable so that, in use, when the shaft (7, 8, 9) is inserted into the channel delimited by said annular wall (14, 14′), it is elastically deformed enabling said tooth to pass over a second tooth (15 b) belonging to the end of the shaft by locking itself against it once passed over it.
  • Advantageously, said annular wall (14, 14′) can be generally funnel-shaped.
  • It is also described here an assembly for constraining a paper roll provided with core to a dispenser, said assembly comprising:
      • An adapter element (11) and a support shaft (7, 8, 9) both of them configured for being insertable inside a core (110) of a paper roll (100) so as to engage to each other in releasable manner;
      • Said adapter element (11) comprising an external annular wall (12) suitable for being inserted into the core (110) of the paper roll with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference while said support shaft is contextually configured for being inserted into the core of the roll without mechanical interference, said adapter element (11) comprising an axial channel (14 c) delimited by an annular wall (14, 14′) arranged internally to the external annular wall (12) and comprising first engaging elements (15 a) engaging in releasable manner to second engaging elements (15 b) belonging to said support shaft (7, 8, 9) so that, in use, an portion of the end (7 s) of said support shaft (7, 8, 9) can be engaged in said axial channel (14 c) of the adapter element (11), said first engaging elements (15 a) being configured so as to be engaged to said second engaging elements (15 b) so that said actuator element (11) is rotatable in idle manner around said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
  • Advantageously, it can be further comprised a rotatable element (4) configured for being connected in rotatable manner to the dispenser so that said rotatable element (4) is rotatable in idle manner around an axis of rotation orthogonal to it, and comprising connection elements (50, 51) for connecting in fixed manner said support shaft (7, 8, 9) to said rotatable element.
  • Advantageously, said adapter element (11) can have an excess (13′) which extends radially from the external annular surface (12) so as to form an annular abutment which forms an end stroke for the insertion of the adapter element within the core of the roll and with said first engaging elements (15 a) arranged on the opposite part to said annular abutment.
  • Moreover, here it is also described a dispenser for paper rolls comprising:
      • A container body (2);
      • A rotatable element (4) rotatably mounted in idle manner with respect to said container body (2), preferably the rotation axis (5) of said rotatable element (4) being orthogonal to said container body (2);
      • At least a support shaft (7, 8, 9) fixed to said rotatable element (4) and orthogonally protruding from it, said support shaft (7, 8, 9) being suitable for inserting itself into the channel delimited by the core of a roll so that said roll is rotatable with respect to said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
      • According to the invention, said support shaft (7, 8, 9) comprises second engaging elements (15 b) configured for engaging in releasable manner the first engaging elements (15 a) of said adapter element (11) described above, so that in use the paper roll can be axially engaged to said support shaft (7, 8, 9) in removable manner.
  • Advantageously, said rotatable element (4) can comprise three support shafts (7, 8, 9) arranged so that said rotatable element (4) is rotatable towards a direction of rotation due to the force of gravity when at least two of said support shafts are loaded with the respective paper rolls.
  • Advantageously, it can be provided an abutment surface (4B) arranged at a distance from the longitudinal axis of the support shaft (7, 8, 9) substantially equal or greater than the diameter of the cardboard core of the roll intended in use for said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
  • Advantageously, said second engaging elements (15 b) can be configured for engaging the said first engaging elements (15 a) of said adapter element (11) so as to enable a rotation in idle manner od the adapter element with respect to said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • Additional features and advantages of the present adapter element and relative dispenser according to the invention will become apparent from the following description of preferred embodiments thereof, given only by way of non-limiting example, with reference to the attached drawings, wherein:
  • Both FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 depict a perspective view of the dispenser and in particular FIG. 1 depicts a dispenser with three mounted rolls and FIG. 2 depicts the dispenser without rolls so as to highlight the three support shafts of the paper rolls;
  • FIG. 3 is a section view of the roll mounted on a support shaft of the dispenser in order to highlight better the axis of rotation for the roll and the adapter element applied to the paper roll;
  • FIGS. 4 and 5 depict an axonometric view of the single axis of rotation (support shaft) and the adapter;
  • FIGS. from 6 to 9 depict a succession of phases of use on the present dispenser,
  • Lastly, FIG. 10 depicts an example where the dispenser comprises only one support shaft.
  • DESCRIPTION OF SOME PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • According to the invention, FIG. 1 depicts a dispenser according to the invention with three rolls rotatably arranged each one on a support shaft.
  • Therefore, FIG. 1 depicts the container body 2 for containing paper rolls.
  • Therefore, the container body forms as a whole the case of the dispenser and it can readily be arranged on the wall by means of fastening systems such as common screws.
  • For this reason, the container body 2, as depicted in FIG. 1, can be fitted with many through holes in different positions, so as to enable the user to fix the case in the most suitable position on the selected wall.
  • Having said that, the container body shapes a lower opening 3 from which the paper strip of the roll in use protrudes, as depicted in FIG. 1.
  • Advantageously, this opening 3 can be fitted along the perimeter or a part thereof with a serrated surface which facilitates the tearing of the strip to the length chosen by the user.
  • The container body 2 of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is only partially depicted for simplicity, to highlight the internal components. The remaining part of the covering which can be applied to it in a removable manner and possibly fixable with anti-tampering systems such as a padlock, a lock or the like is therefore not highlighted. Obviously, it is included in the present description.
  • FIG. 2 shows an axonometric view of the dispenser but without the rolls in use, so as to better highlight the additional structural elements.
  • In particular, a rotatable element 4 is provided, for example in the form of a disc or rotatable plate 4, which is rotatably mounted, in an idle manner, to the container body 2, by means of a fulcrum 5.
  • In particular, the rotatable plate 4 connects to the part of the container body (or case) intended for the connection to the wall.
  • The fulcrum of rotation 5 can for example be a screw pin 5 which is inserted into a central channel of the plate, with the channel precisely obtained in the center of the plate.
  • Therefore, the fulcrum 5 represents an axis of rotation which is orthogonal to the plane of the surface of the container body to which said rotatable element 4 is connected.
  • The plate 4, as depicted in FIG. 2, is preferably fitted with three support shafts (7, 8, 9).
  • They are preferably arranged with an angular spacing equal to one another, that is 120 angular degrees.
  • Moreover, these support shafts are preferably fixed to the rotatable element (4) so as not to have a relative rotation with respect to it.
  • They extend from the rotatable element in a direction orthogonal to the plane of the rotatable element.
  • The section of FIG. 3 shows, for example, in a very clear manner, the possible fixing of a support shaft (7, 8, 9) to the rotatable element 4, for example through a conventional screw 50. Furthermore, a circular rim 51 can protrude from the wall of the rotatable element 4 so as to form a pilot path for the correct coupling, at the right point, of the support shaft with the plate 4, thus ensuring that the shaft is in axis with the hole for the screw 50. For this purpose, in fact, the support shaft is preferably fitted with an annular cavity adapted to receive said circular rim 51.
  • FIG. 3 shows with the number 100 the roll, provided with a cardboard core 110 and which is applied to this support shaft (7, 8, 9).
  • FIG. 4, for greater clarity, depicts this support shaft in an axonometric and lateral view.
  • Going further with the structural description of the invention and always with reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, an adapter element 11 is then provided.
  • This adapter element is generally cylindrical-shaped and therefore has an outer, generally cylindrical, annular surface 12 which is connected to a horizontal connection (that is more or less orthogonally with respect to the annular surface 12). This connection 13 extends radially beyond the cylindrical wall 12 by a predetermined quantity thus forming an excess 13′, more or less perpendicular to the wall 12 as well, thus forming an abutment for the roll (see FIG. 3 for this purpose).
  • This excess 13′, as depicted in FIG. 5, can be discontinuous in sections but a continuous excess can be provided.
  • The external annular wall 12 ends, on the opposite side to the radial connection 13, with a pilot path in the form of, for example, a slight bevel (12 s) which facilitates the insertion of the annular element within the core of the paper roll.
  • As mentioned, the connection 13 connects the outer annular wall 12 to an internal conical wall 14 which ends with a more or less rectilinear channel 14′ so that, on the whole, the shape of the conical wall 14 with the rectilinear channel 14 is similar to a funnel.
  • As inferable from FIG. 3, the end part of the channel 14′ provides a tooth 15 a (for example a series of teeth 15 a or a single continuous tooth that extends along the circumference of the channel 14′) which is suitable for engaging itself snap-like against a relative tooth 15 b obtained at the end (7 s) of the shaft and clearly visible also in FIG. 4.
  • Still with reference to FIG. 3, and in particular with reference to FIG. 4, the axis 7 can have the front part thereof (the one where the tooth 15 b is provided) divided into two symmetrical halves (7A, 7B) through a central cut. This causes the walls (7A, 7B) to be slightly flexible and deformable, especially if they are made of materials such as plastic, so that they can get close to each other and return elastically to the initial rest condition. In the same way, also the wall 14′ delimiting the cylindrical channel for inserting the end (7 s) of axis 7 is deformable (that is it can elastically stretch) thus greatly facilitating the snap coupling. In fact, it is sufficient to press the adapter element against the end (7 s) of the support shaft 7 so that it penetrates the channel 14′ passing over the tooth 15 a and engaging the tooth 15 b against the tooth 15 a. In this operation, by means of the aforementioned flexibility of the walls, the channel 14′ slightly widens while, at the same time, the walls (7A, 7B) approach each other and then, having passed over the teeth, return to the initial rest condition.
  • In FIG. 3 can be noticed the axis (X) that is the longitudinal axis of the adapter element 11 and of the support shaft after the coupling between the parts.
  • The adapter element, still as depicted in FIG. 5, can have on its cylindrical wall 12 a series of wedges 16 that facilitates the coupling with the correct mechanical interference with respect to the cylindrical housing of the cardboard core.
  • In fact, considering also the stretchiness of the core itself, the inclusion of these wedges 16 means that, within a certain range of core diameters, the coupling between the core and the adapter element has a great mechanical interference.
  • In addition to this, or independently, the outer annular surface 12 can be provided with a swelling (that is a certain concave radius of curvature) which facilitates the optimization of the interference in coupling with the cardboard core of the roll.
  • FIGS. 6 to 9 show a sequence of operation.
  • In particular, the three rolls in use mounted on the dispenser shafts are indicated with the name (A, B, C). In fact, FIG. 6 depicts the adapter elements 11 which bind the rolls between the rotatable plate 4 and the abutment surface 13 of the adapter, fastening the roll on the axis and thus preventing the axial extraction thereof but enabling the clear rotation thereof around the shaft support.
  • The case forms a contact surface 4B on which the roll is kept in contact during unwinding. As soon as the roll in use decreases in diameter, the resultant force of gravity of the rolls (mg is the product of the mass by the acceleration of gravity) is such as to cause the plate 4 to rotate in an anti-clockwise direction, thus pushing the roll in use against this abutment 4B.
  • The sequence is clearly visible in the succession of FIGS. 6 to 8 where FIG. 8 depicts, the condition of finished roll.
  • The diameter of the core is such as to pass over the abutment 4B and therefore, due to the force of gravity, the system continues the rotation bringing the roll B instead of the roll A.
  • As soon as the roll B has run out, the rotation which transfers the roll C to the place of the roll B occurs, as described above.
  • The adapter element is preferably an accessory separate from the dispenser and it is previously applied to the rolls before they are applied to the shafts (7, 8, 9) of the adapter.
  • In this way, by providing a supply of several rolls already fitted with this adapter, loading the dispenser is very fast and simple.
  • In fact, it is sufficient to insert the core of the roll on the shaft until the teeth 15 a snap and therefore couple snap-like against the teeth 15 b of the support shaft.
  • This coupling prevents the axial extraction of the roll without preventing the clear idle rotation of the roll on the support shaft.
  • The extraction is even simpler as it is sufficient to remove the consumed roll by removing the core with the adapter thereof.
  • The teeth at the end of the support shaft have a curved profile that forms a pilot path that facilitates the coupling and even the separation when a traction is applied for removal.
  • A pilot path is also preferably shaped in the teeth 15 a of the adapter element with a sloping side that facilitates the coupling.
  • By means of the fact that the end of the adapter element is longitudinally notched, thus forming the two parts (7A, 7B), this facilitates not only the coupling but also the release since, while slipping off, these two parts (7A, 7B) approach each other facilitating the extraction (moreover further facilitated by the curved profile of tooth 15 b).
  • The use of the adapter element, as inferable from the attached figures, not only enables a fast and safe rotatable coupling of the paper roll to the support shaft but, moreover, it correctly shapes the core of the roll even in the event where this is deformed.
  • Being understood the above description, it is obvious that the present invention can be realized with any number of support shafts, for example two support shafts and preferably three support shafts (preferred embodiment).
  • For example, FIG. 10 depicts the embodiment of a dispenser with adapter and a single support shaft.

Claims (21)

The invention claimed is:
1. An adapter element (11) configured for being insertable inside a core (110) of a paper roll (100) to be applied to a support shaft (7, 8, 9) of a dispenser (10) for paper rolls, said adapter element comprising:
an external annular wall (12) configured for being inserted into the core (110) of the paper roll with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference; and
an axial channel (14 c) delimited by an annular wall (14, 14′) arranged internally to the external annular wall (12) and comprising first engaging elements (15 a) configured for being engaged in releasable manner to second engaging elements (15 b) belonging to said support shaft (7, 8, 9) of the dispenser so that, in use, an end portion (7 s) of said support shaft (7, 8, 9) can be engaged in said axial channel (14 c) of the adapter element (11),
wherein said first engaging elements (15 a) are configured to be engaged to said second engaging elements (15 b), so that said adapter element (11) is rotatable in idle manner around said support shaft (7, 8, 9) to which said adapter element (11) is engaged in use.
2. The adapter element (11), according to claim 1, wherein said adapter element (11) has an excess (13′) which extends radially from the external annular wall (12) so as to form an annular abutment, which forms an end stroke for an insertion of the adapter element within the core of the paper roll with said first engaging elements (15 a) arranged on an opposite part to said annular abutment.
3. The adapter element (11), according to claim 1, wherein said external annular wall (12) is provided with one or more wedges (16).
4. The adapter element (11), according to claim 1, wherein said external annular wall (12) is configured so as to have a predetermined degree of flexibility.
5. The adapter element (11), according to claim 1, wherein said external annular wall (12) is of cylindrical shape and is configured for forming a pilot path at an end thereof.
6. The adapter element (11), according to claim 1, wherein said first engaging elements (15 a) are shaped as a tooth (15 a) and said annular wall (14, 14′), on which said tooth is arranged, is configured to be elastically deformable so that, in use, when the support shaft (7, 8, 9) is inserted into the axial channel delimited by said annular wall (14, 14′), said annular wall is elastically deformed enabling said tooth to pass over a second tooth (15 b) belonging to the end portion of the support shaft by locking itself against said second tooth once passed over said second tooth.
7. An assembly for constraining a paper roll fitted with a core to a dispenser, said assembly comprising:
an adapter element (11); and
a support shaft (7, 8, 9), said adapter element and said support shaft being configured for being insertable inside said core (110) of said paper roll (100) so as to engage to each other in a releasable manner;
said adapter element (11) comprising an external annular wall (12) configured for being inserted into the core (110) of the paper roll with a predetermined degree of mechanical interference, said support shaft being configured for being inserted into the core of the paper roll, so that the paper roll unobstructedly rotates around said support shaft, said adapter element (11) further comprising an axial channel (14 c) delimited by an annular wall (14, 14′) arranged internally to the external annular wall (12) and comprising first engaging elements (15 a) engaging in a releasable manner to second engaging elements (15 b) belonging to said support shaft (7, 8, 9) so that, in use, a portion of an end (7 s) of said support shaft (7, 8, 9) can be engaged in said axial channel (14 c) of the adapter element (11), said first engaging elements (15 a) being configured so as to be constrained to said second engaging elements (15 b) so that said adapter element (11) is rotatable in idle manner around said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
8. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein said adapter element (11) has an excess (13′) which extends radially from the external annular surface (12) to form an annular abutment, which forms an end stroke for an insertion of the adapter element within the core of the paper roll and with said first engaging elements (15 a) arranged on an opposite side to said annular abutment.
9. The assembly, according to claim 7, further comprising a rotatable element (4) configured for being connected in rotatable manner to the dispenser so that said rotatable element (4) is rotatable in idle manner around an axis of rotation orthogonal thereto, wherein connection elements (50, 51), for connecting in fixed manner said support shaft (7, 8, 9) to said rotatable element, are provided.
10. The assembly, according to claim 9, wherein said connection elements comprise an axial channel obtained in the support shaft (7, 8, 9) and a hole arranged in the rotatable element within which a fastening screw is applied and constrained in the axial channel of the support shaft for connecting in fixed manner the support shaft to said rotatable element.
11. The assembly, according to claim 10, wherein said rotatable element comprises a rim (51) which protrudes orthogonally from the rotatable element (4) and is configured for inserting in a receiving annular cavity of the support shaft (7, 8, 9) so as to form a centering system which ensures coaxiality between the axial channel of the support shaft and the hole of the rotatable element for fastening the fastening screw.
12. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein said external annular surface (12) is fitted with one or more wedges (16).
13. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein said external annular surface (12) is configured to have a predetermined degree of flexibility.
14. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein a shape of said external annular surface (12) is cylindrical and is configured for forming a pilot path at an end thereof.
15. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein said first engaging elements (15 a) are in form of a tooth (15 a) and said annular wall (14, 14′), on which said tooth is arranged, is configured so as to be elastically deformable so that, in use, when the support shaft (7, 8, 9) is inserted in the channel delimited by said annular wall (14, 14′), said annular wall is elastically deformed, thus enabling said tooth to pass over a second tooth (15 b) belonging to an end of the shaft, thus blocking itself in contrast against said second tooth once said second tooth has been passed over.
16. The assembly, according to claim 7, wherein said support shaft (7, 8, 9) has an anterior part divided into two symmetrical halves (7A, 7B) through a longitudinal notch, which runs along a part of a longitudinal length of the support shaft so as to generate two flexible walls (7A, 7B) spaced from each other through said notch, each of the two flexible walls being provided with said second engaging elements.
17. The assembly, according to claim 9, wherein said rotatable element is configured as a plate.
18. The assembly, according to claim 9, wherein said rotatable element comprises at least two support shafts.
19. A dispenser (10) for paper rolls comprising:
a container body (2); and
an assembly according to claim 7.
20. The dispenser (10), according to claim 19, wherein the rotatable element (4) of the assembly comprises three support shafts (7, 8, 9) arranged so that said rotatable element (4) is rotatable towards a direction of rotation due to the force of gravity when at least one of said support shafts are loaded with a respective paper roll.
21. The dispenser (10), according to claim 19, further comprising an abutment surface (4B) arranged at a distance from a longitudinal axis of the support shaft (7, 8, 9) equal or greater than a diameter of the core of the paper roll to be supported by said support shaft (7, 8, 9).
