Abstract

The disclosure discloses a sofa armrest with a foldable side table, including an armrest body and a side table, the side table is fixed on one side of the armrest body; the side table includes a bottom plate, a first shaft base fixing member and a second shaft base fixing member hinged to the first shaft base fixing member, the first shaft base fixing member is fixed on the armrest body, and the bottom plate is fixed on the second shaft base fixing member; a 180-degree rotating limiting member is provided at the position where the first shaft base fixing member and the second shaft base fixing member are hinged together; and a first surface of the bottom plate is provided with a soft layer. The side table and the armrest of the disclosure can coexist, and the side table can be folded when not needed to save space.

BACKGROUND

Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of a sofa armrest, in particular to a sofa armrest with a foldable side table.

Description of Related Art

Sofa is one of the most commonly used furniture in everyday life, and the multifunctional sofa structure is especially favored by users. Normally, a side table is placed next to the armrest of the sofa or on the front side of the sofa. The user sitting on the sofa needs to lean forward to pick up the items on the side table. In order to facilitate the user to pick up some items that are frequently used when sitting on the sofa, some of the sofa armrests are replaced by side tables. When there is no item placed on the side table, the side table can serve as an armrest, but it cannot be used as an armrest when something is placed thereon, which significantly reduces the degree of user comfort.

SUMMARY

The purpose of the disclosure is to provide a sofa armrest with a foldable side table, the side table and the armrest can coexist, and the side table can be folded when not in use, thereby saving space.
To achieve the above purpose, the present disclosure provides the following technical solutions:
A sofa armrest with a foldable side table includes an armrest body and a side table, the side table is fixed on one side of the armrest body.
The side table includes a bottom plate, a first shaft base fixing member and a second shaft base fixing member hinged with the first shaft base fixing member, the first shaft base fixing member is fixed on the armrest body, the bottom plate is fixed on the second shaft base fixing member; a 180-degree rotating limiting member is provided at the position where the first shaft base fixing member and the second shaft base fixing member are hinged together; and the first surface of the bottom plate is provided with a soft layer.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the second surface of the bottom plate is provided with a wireless charging base, a cup holder and a sofa control button.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the wireless charging base, the cup holder and the sofa control button are all disposed at the middle of the second surface.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the soft layer covers the first surface and the edge portion of the second surface.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the surface of the side table is wrapped by an outer layer.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the cross-sectional shape of the bottom plate is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the armrest body.
As a further solution of the present disclosure, the bottom plate is provided with a through hole, and the cup holder is fixed on the second surface through the through hole.
As a still further solution of the present disclosure, the sofa control button is wrapped by a sealing layer.
Compared with the related art, the advantageous effects of the present disclosure are:
The present disclosure provides a sofa armrest with a foldable side table, and the side table and the armrest can coexist. When the side table is not needed, the side table can be folded, and the bottom plate is turned over to the upper part of the armrest body. Under the circumstance, the bottom plate covers the surface of the armrest body, and the soft layer on the first surface of the bottom plate is located on the top layer. When the user uses the sofa, the armrest brings the same degree of comfort, and can save space as well. When the side table is needed, the bottom plate can be turned over by 180 degrees so that the bottom plate is parallel to the ground, such that items can be placed on the side table.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and thoroughly described with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. It is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and do not represent all of the embodiments. Based on the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without inventive efforts fall within the scope to be protected by the present disclosure.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 are schematic views showing the structure of a sofa armrest with a foldable side table in an embodiment. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table includes an armrest body 100 and a side table 200, and the side table 200 is fixed on one side of the armrest body 100. The other side of the armrest body 100 is connected to the sofa body 300, as shown in FIG. 4.
The side table 200 includes a bottom plate 230, a first shaft base fixing member 210, and a second shaft base fixing member 220 hinged with the first shaft base fixing member 210, the first shaft base fixing member 210 is fixed on the armrest body 100, the bottom plate 230 is fixed on the second shaft base fixing member 220; a 180-degree rotating limiting member 240 is provided at the position where the first shaft base fixing member 210 and the second shaft base fixing member 220 are hinged together; and the first surface of the bottom plate 230 is provided with a soft layer.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, an end portion of the first shaft base fixing member 210 is provided with a thread, and the first shaft base fixing member 210 is screwed into the bottom plate 230 so as to be securely connected to the bottom plate 230. Preferably, the first shaft base fixing member 210 is provided in the number of two or more to ensure the balance of the bottom plate 230. The second shaft base fixing member 220 has a plate shape and is attached to one side of the armrest body 100. The second shaft base fixing member 220 is securely connected to the armrest body 100 by a fixing member such as a screw. Specifically, one end of the first shaft base fixing member 210 is securely connected to the bottom plate 230, and the other end thereof is hinged to the second shaft base fixing member 220 through a first connecting member 211; the second shaft base fixing member 220 is hinged to the second shaft base fixing member 220 through a second connecting member 221, and the second connecting member 221 can be fixed on both sides of the second shaft base fixing member 220.
The configuration position and structure of the 180-degree rotating limiting member 240 are as shown in FIG. 5. The 180-degree rotating limiting member 240 is disposed below a rotating shaft 250 for limiting the rotation angle of the rotating shaft 250, thereby limiting the rotating angle of the first shaft base fixing member 210.
The present disclosure provides a sofa armrest with a foldable side table, and the side table and the armrest can coexist. When the side table 200 is not needed, the side table 200 can be folded, and the bottom plate 230 is turned over to the upper part of the armrest body 100. As shown in FIG. 2, under the circumstance, the bottom plate 230 covers the surface of the armrest body 100, and the soft layer on the first surface of the bottom plate 230 is located on the top layer. When the user uses the sofa, the armrest brings the same degree of comfort, and can save space as well. When the side table 200 is needed, the side table 200 can be opened, and the bottom plate 230 is turned over by 180 degrees so that the bottom plate is parallel to the ground as shown in FIG. 1, such that items can be placed on the side table 200.
In order to improve the aesthetic sense of the armrest, the surface of the side table 200 is wrapped by an outer layer 260. The material of the outer layer 260 is generally the same as the material of outer layer of the armrest body 100. Preferably, fillers are disposed between the outer layer 260 and the side table 200. In order to prevent the side table 200 from affecting the comfort provided by the armrest body 100 itself after folding, the cross-sectional shape of the bottom plate 230 is the same as the cross-sectional shape of the armrest body 100, and when the side table 200 is folded, the bottom plate 230 and the armrest body 100 can be aligned with each other.
In an embodiment, refer further to FIG. 1, the second surface of the bottom plate 230 is provided with a wireless charging base 231, a cup holder 232 and a sofa control button 233. The first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other. Specifically, the bottom plate 230 is provided with a through hole, and the cup holder 232 is fixed on the second surface through the through hole. In the meantime, the wireless charging base 231 can be used for charging the mobile phone after the wireless charger is connected to the wireless charging base 231. After the sofa controller is connected with the sofa control button 233, the sofa control button 233 can be used to control related functions of the sofa. Since the sofa body 300 is inherently connected to the side table 200 in application, the wireless charger and the sofa controller can be connected to the wireless charging base 231 and the sofa control button 233 by means of a wired connection, which is a more stable controlling method than the remote-control method by means of wireless connection. Besides, related buttons and the charging base are arranged on the side table 200, which is convenient for operation.
The sofa control button 233 is wrapped by a sealing layer 234 to avoid that the water on the side table 200 flows into the side table 200 through the gap between the sofa control button 233 and the bottom plate 230 and affect the stability and service life of line connection.
Preferably, the wireless charging base 231, the cup holder 232 and the sofa control button 233 are all disposed in the middle of the second surface, the soft layer covers the first surface, and the edge portion of the second surface, thereby improving the comfort provided by the second surface of the side table 200, while at the same time generating a cushioning effect in the event of an impact, and making the side table look more beautiful.
Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art can still modify the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments, or replace some of the technical features. Within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure, any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc., fall within the scope to be protected by the present disclosure.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A sofa armrest with a foldable side table, comprising: an armrest body and a side table, the side table being fixed on one side of the armrest body;

the side table comprising a bottom plate, a first shaft base fixing member and a second shaft base fixing member hinged with the first shaft base fixing member, the first shaft base fixing member being fixed on the armrest body, the bottom plate being fixed on the second shaft base fixing member; a 180-degree rotating limiting member being provided at a position where the first shaft base fixing member and the second shaft base fixing member are hinged together; and the first surface of the bottom plate being provided with a soft layer.

2. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 1, wherein a second surface of the bottom plate is provided with a wireless charging base, a cup holder and a sofa control button.

3. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 2, wherein the first surface and the second surface are opposite to each other.

4. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 2, wherein the wireless charging base, the cup holder and the sofa control button are all disposed in the middle of the second surface.

5. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 4, wherein the soft layer covers the first surface, and an edge portion of the second surface.

6. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 1, wherein a surface of the side table is wrapped by an outer layer.

7. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 1, wherein a cross-sectional shape of the bottom plate is the same as a cross-sectional shape of the armrest body.

8. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 2, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a through hole, and the cup holder is fixed on the second surface through the through hole.

9. The sofa armrest with the foldable side table according to claim 2, wherein the sofa control button is wrapped by a sealing layer.
