Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a pillow.
  • Description of the Prior Art
  • A good sleep quality can beat daily fatigue. Recently, people live life too fast so that most of them have a physical or emotional tension to influence their sleep quality. Generally, odor can directly and strongly influence people, for example, many people can release their tension through aromatic odor such as perfumes or essential oils, to improve the sleep quality.
  • Pillow is one of the important bedding and near a nose when sleeping. A conventional pillow with an aroma has an aromatic package disposed inside a pillowcase such as tea leaf package, wooden material package, etc. A softness of the pillow affects a comfort of pillow when a head and a neck pillows on. The aromatic package of the conventional pillow is hard to adjust hardness and with uneven structure so as to influence the comfort of the pillow.
  • The present invention is, therefore, arisen to obviate or at least mitigate the above mentioned disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a pillow, in which the pillow is an aromatic pillow.
  • To achieve the above and other objects, a pillow is provided, including an inner core; a cover, covering the inner core, including a base layer which is integrally formed of one piece by injection molding and an aroma unit which is distributed within the base layer.
  • To achieve the above and other objects, another pillow is provided, including an inner core; a cover, covering the inner core, including a base layer which is integrally formed of one piece by injection molding and an aromatic layer covering the cover.
  • The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment(s) in accordance with the present invention.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a pillow according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 2 is a breakdown drawing of the preferable embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 3 is another breakdown drawing of the preferable embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 4 is a cross-section view of the preferable embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 5 is a partial cross-section view of FIG. 4 of the preferable embodiment of the present invention;
  • FIG. 6 is a cross-section view of another preferable embodiment of the present invention; and
  • FIG. 7 is a partially-enlarged view of FIG. 6.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • FIGS. 1 to 5 show a pillow according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The pillow 1 includes an inner core 10 and a cover 20.
  • The inner core 10 is a latex inner core, a memory foam inner core or a plastic foam inner core. The cover 20 covers the inner core 10, and the cover 20 can only cover the partial inner core 10, for examples, the cover 20 only cover one side of the inner core 10 or encase the inner core 10 completely. In this embodiment, the cover 20 encases the inner core 10 completely. The cover 20 includes a base layer 21 which is integrally formed of one piece by injection molding and an aroma unit 22 which is distributed with the base layer 21. As shown in FIG. 4, the aroma unit 22 is disclosed as dot structures within the base layer 21. In this embodiment, the base layer 21 is a plastic layer such as an un-foamed plastic layer. Thus, the cover 20 not only can release aroma, but can provide a tight combination of the aroma unit 22 and the base layer 21. Besides, the pillow 1 does not be influenced a comfort by the cover 20 when being pillowed. In this embodiment, the aroma unit 22 is aromatic liquid such as an essential oil or aromatic powder such as dry natural plant powder and artificial aromatic powder. Besides, the cover 20 can be changed in accordance with the needs of the aroma, for examples, to change the cover 20 with the different aroma.
  • The pillow 1 further includes an aromatic layer (not shown) covering the cover 20. Wherein, the aromatic layer (not shown) and the aroma unit 22 can be different from each other in aroma, so as to mix different aromas, or to strong the concentration of the aroma by using the same aroma.
  • In embodiment, the cover 20 is a casing, and includes a chamber 24 and an opening 25 communicated with the chamber 24, the inner core 10 is received within the chamber 24, the pillow 1 further includes an enclosure structure 40 disposed on the cover 20, the enclosure structure 40 is openable and closable to selectively open and close the opening 25, so as to control the open statement of the opening 25. Preferably, the enclosure structure 40 is a zipper, and also can be a male-female buckle. Wherein, at least one side of the cover 20 has a plurality of venting structures 23 arranged thereon, so as to elevate a breathing activity of the pillow 1. Moreover, it can improve a diffusion effect of the aroma by pressing the pillow 1 to vent out air through the plurality of venting structures 23. In this embodiment, each of the venting structures 23 and the cover 20 are integrally formed of one piece. In other embodiment, the venting structures 23 can be disposed on the cover 20 such as a check valve structure.
  • The pillow 1 further includes a pillowcase 50, the pillowcase 50 covers the cover 20. In this embodiment, the pillowcase 50 covers the cover 20 and the inner core 10, the cover 20 is disposed between the pillowcase 50 and the inner core 10. In this embodiment, the pillowcase 50 is a fabric member, so as to elevate a breathing activity.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 6 to 7 show another preferred embodiment of the present invention. As compared with the preferred embodiment mentioned above, the cover 60 includes a base layer 61 which is integrally formed of one piece by injection molding and an aromatic layer 62 covering the base layer 61. Thereby, the cover 60 can release the aroma. In this embodiment, the aromatic layer 62 is integrally formed as a part of a surface layer of the base layer 61 with an aromatic permeating thereinto. Specifically, the base layer 61 is soaked in the aromatic liquid and covered the aromatic layer 62 thereon. Thus, the aromatic layer 62 can cover on the surface of the base layer 61 completely. In other embodiment, the aromatic layer 62 can also be sprayed or coated on the base layer 61.
  • Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
