Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a thermal insulator module, a thermal insulating wall structure using the same, and a thermal insulating wall construction method using the same, and more particularly, to a thermal insulator module in which, when a thermal insulator is coupled to a wall body and an interior/exterior material, damage of the thermal insulator can be prevented so that thermal insulating effects can be improved and condensation can be prevented from occurring, a thermal insulating wall structure using the same, and a thermal insulating wall construction method using the same.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • In general, a curtain wall including an interior/exterior material panel, such as tiles, terra-cotta, marble, or the like, is installed in a prefabricated manner on a wall surface of an inner wall or an outer wall of a building having a concrete structure in an assembled manner so as to decorate the appearance of the building beautifully. Also, a foaming thermal insulator and a heat reflection insulator, such as polyurethane foam or Styrofoam, are installed between the wall surface of the building and the curtain wall so as to perform insulation of the inside of the building.
  • Meanwhile, an interior/exterior material is generally installed using an anchor bolt. In this case, after a through hole through which and into which the anchor bolt may pass and may be inserted, is formed in a concrete wall body, the anchor bolt passes through and is inserted into the through hole and then, a bracket (or an angle) is assembled on the anchor bolt so that the interior/exterior material can be installed.
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 are a cross-sectional view and a longitudinal cross-sectional view of a marble exterior material wall body construction structure when conventional external wall body construction is performed, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of an interior wall body construction structure when conventional interior construction is performed.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrating the conventional external wall body construction structure, in the related art, in order to install a thermal insulator 10 on a wall body 1, the thermal insulator 10 is firstly cut, and a through hole through which an anchor bolt 20 for wall body fixing may pass, is formed in a cut portion of the wall body and then, the anchor bolt 20 to be fixed to the wall body of the thermal insulator 10 is fastened into the through hole and is fixed to the wall body 1 and then, a clip angle 30 for interior/exterior material fixing and a fixing bolt 32 are fixed to the wall body 1 so as to be coupled to an interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3. Similarly, even in FIG. 3 illustrating the interior construction structure, in order to fasten the anchor bolt 40 for wooden structure installation fixing, a portion of the thermal insulator 10 is cut and then is installed in and fixed to the wall body 1. Here, unexplained reference numeral 3 represents an interior wallpaper finishing material.
  • However, in the conventional thermal insulator wall body structure, because a portion of the thermal insulator should be cut so that the wall body can be exposed for fixing the interior/exterior material, thermal insulating performance caused by damage of the thermal insulator is deteriorated, and it is difficult to perform airtight construction between the wall body and the thermal insulator, and direct thermal conduction from the outside to the wall body is made using a wall body fixing means and an interior/exterior material fixing means such that thermal insulating effects are lowered and condensation caused thereby occurs.

  • Hereinafter, a thermal insulating wall construction method using the above-described thermal insulator module 300 will be described with reference to FIGS. 23 and 24.
  • First, FIG. 23 illustrates a construction method for the thermal insulating wall structure of FIG. 4, and a worker prepares a thermal insulator module 300 before constructing a thermal insulating wall. Here, the thermal insulator module 300 is fabricated by fastening and burying the support means 430 into the third frame 230, as illustrated in the drawings. However, this is an embodiment, and of course, the thermal insulator module 300 to which the support means 430 is not coupled, may also be used, like in the thermal insulator module 300 of FIG. 6.
  • When the above-described thermal insulator module 300 is prepared, the worker attaches the thermal insulator module 300 to the wall body 1 (S11). In this case, when a procedure of attaching the thermal insulator module 300 to the wall body 1 is a procedure of attaching the thermal insulator module 300 to the wall body by coating surfaces of the wall body 1 and a thermal insulator with an adhesive, of course, various procedures may be used. Well-known thermal insulator attachment construction may be applied to detailed descriptions thereof and thus, the detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
  • After the above-described support means 430 is attached to the wall body 1, the worker performs a work for fixing the thermal insulator module 300 to the wall body (S12). With respect to this, in a state in which the thermal insulator module 300 is attached to the wall body 1, the worker penetrates, fastens, and inserts the wall body fixing means 410 into a portion corresponding to the first fastening hole 211 at an outside of the thermal insulator module 300 so that an insertion end of the wall body fixing means 410 can be inserted into and fixed to the wall body 1. Here, after the wall body fixing means 410 is fastened, the wall body fixing means 410 may be patched using an airtight tape, and of course, an airtight, waterproof, and dampproof finishing material may be coated on the outside of the thermal insulator module 300.
  • Meanwhile, when the first frame 210 of the thermal insulator module 300 is embedded in the thermal insulating member 100 and thus the first fastening hole 211 is also embedded in the thermal insulating member 100, the first fastening hole 211 is identification-marked in a portion corresponding to the position of the first fastening hole 211 outside the thermal insulating member 100 so that the worker can identify the position of the first fastening hole 211 easily. In this case, various methods like changing a shape of the portion or marking the portion may be used as the identification mark.
  • Also, according to the above description, in the thermal insulating wall construction method, the thermal insulator module 300 is attached to the outside of the wall body 1 and then is fixed to the wall body 1 using the wall body fixing means 410. This is to enable the wall body 1 and the thermal insulator module 300 to be in close contact with each other, and in an exemplary embodiment for stable construction, a procedure of attaching the above-described thermal insulator module 300 to the wall body 1 may be omitted. In this case, the worker enables the thermal insulator module 300 to be in close contact with the wall body 1 and then the wall body fixing means 410 is directly fastened to the frame part 200.
  • After the thermal insulator module 300 is fixed to the wall body 1, the interior/exterior material fixing means 420 is fastened to the frame part 200 (S13). With respect to this, the interior/exterior material fixing clip parts 421 and 422 are fastened into the second frame 220 using the interior/exterior material fastening bolt 423.
  • When the interior/exterior fixing means 420 is fastened to the second fastening hole 221 and is fixed and coupled to the frame, the interior/exterior material 2 is installed at the outside of the thermal insulator module 300 using the interior/exterior material fixing means 420 (S14). Here, a well-known process of installing an interior/exterior material may be used as a method of installing the interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3, and detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
  • As described above, in the thermal insulating wall construction method, unlike in the conventional method, whereby a thermal insulator is cut or damaged so as to be fixed to the wall body 1, the thermal insulator module 300 having the frame part 200 built thereinto is attached to the wall body 1 and then, the thermal insulator module 300 is fixed to the wall body 1 using the wall body fixing means 410 in the state so that a work is simple to improve workability and a reduction in thermal insulating effects caused by damage of the thermal insulating member 100 can be prevented and condensation can be prevented from occurring.
  • Meanwhile, in the above-described thermal insulating wall construction method, the wall body fixing means 410 is not embedded in the wall body 1 and the thermal insulator module 300 is attached to the wall body 1 and then the worker penetrates and fastens the wall body fixing means 410 at the outside of the thermal insulator module 300. Unlike this, when an exterior material is attached, the wall body fixing means 410 may be embedded in the wall body 1.
  • Referring to FIG. 24, in a thermal insulating wall construction method according to another embodiment of the present invention, firstly, the wall body fixing means 410 is primarily fastened into the first fastening hole 211 so that one end of the wall body fixing means 410 can be exposed to an outside of the thermal insulator module 300.
  • Then, as illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the wall body fixing means 410 is disposed backward so that the exposed one end of the wall body fixing means 410 is embedded in the wall body 1, and after a cast is installed so that the thermal insulator module 300 is disposed inward, a concrete is placed and cured so that the wall body 1 coupled to the thermal insulator module 300 can be formed (S22).
  • As described above, when construction of the wall body 1 and the thermal insulator module 300 connected to the wall body 1 is completed, as described above, the interior/exterior fixing means 420 is fastened to the fastening portion (S23), and the interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3 are installed outside the thermal insulator module 300 using the interior/exterior material fixing means 420 (S24).
  • As described above, when the thermal insulator module 300 is fixed to the wall body 1, subsequently, the interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3 are installed outside the thermal insulator module 300. Here, a procedure of installing the interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3 is the same as a procedure of installing the interior/ exterior materials 2 and 3 using the interior/exterior material fixing means 420 after the above-described interior/exterior fixing means 420 is fastened to the second fastening hole 221 and thus, detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
  • While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims.
  • INDUSTRICAL APPLICABILITY
