  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a body protecting equipments. Particularly, the present invention relates to a body protecting vest. More particularly, the present invention relates to a body protecting vest capable of connecting the detachable elements to the outer side of the body protection vest.
  • 2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
  • Working at construction sites is one of the oldest ways to earn money for people. Over the centuries, safety equipment has been developed for people at construction sites. The equipment often varies from one type of construction to the next.
  • While all of the prior art constructions are more than adequate for the basic purpose and function for which they have been specifically designed, they are uniformly deficient with respect to their failure to provide a simple, efficient, and practical workman's vest construction that provides virtually instant access to a plurality of accessory compartments containing the basic items required to perform a specific task.
  • As most workmen are all too well aware, many work projects require that the workman carries a large number of different tools, accessories, fasteners and the like required to complete the job and the task of carrying, segregating and accessing these items oftentimes creates insurmountable obstacles.
  • Further, most prior art vests do not provide the facility of storage space. In cases where the storage space is provided in the safety vest it is not detachable.
  • Safety vests commercially available today seldom have MOLLE straps for connecting the external attachments. Few of the existing vests are illustrated in U.S. Pat. No. 5,617,582 A, U.S. Pat. No. 8,875,314 B1 and U.S. Pat. No. 7,032,250 B1.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 5,617,582 A to Daniel G. Burwell shows a load bearing vest for use by military and police personnel includes a right front panel, a left front panel and a rear panel, each being formed of a durable, abrasion resistant material. Right and left shoulder straps, also formed of durable abrasion resistant material, connect an upper portion of the rear panel with upper portions of the right front panel and left front panel respectively. Expandable right and left side panels formed of elastic material with a high strain capacity, connect the rear panel with the right front panel and the left front panel respectively below the shoulder strap to define right and left arm openings respectively there between. The side panels extend downward to the end of the front and rear panels. An expandable front closure connects the right front panel with the left front panel. A floating center panel is connected to the front closure in such a manner that the front closure remains elastically expandable independent of the floating panel.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 8,875,314 B1 to Joseph R. Panetta shows a tool kit vest assembly securely holds and provides easy access to tools, allows for adjustment of the vest, and provides ventilation to dissipate heat. The assembly includes a flexible panel having a first end and a second end. An aperture is positioned in the panel between the first end and the second end and between a pair of lateral sides of the panel. A dorsal portion of the panel extends from the aperture to the first end of the panel. A pocket is coupled to the panel. A flap is coupled to the pocket and is positionable between an opened position and a closed position. An interior fastener couples the flap to the pocket when the flap is in the closed position. An exterior fastener couples the flap to the panel when the flap is in the opened position.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 7,032,250 B1 to Abednego Ben Davis and Charles Quagala D'Johns shows an improved vest construction including an upper torso encircling garment provided with at least one upper torso encircling raceway member in the form of an elongated flexible track element having opposed ends that are adapted to be secured to one another, as well as, a generally C-shaped cross-sectional configuration that is adapted to slidably receive a portion of a movable storage unit that includes a plurality of storage receptacles each provided with a wheel that rolls within said flexible track element.
  • None of the above inventions and patents, taken either singly or in combination, are seen to disclose a protection vest with MOLLE straps for connecting the external attachments.
  • Further, none of this prior art suggests the present inventive combination of component elements arranged and configured for the efficient solution of this problem as disclosed and claimed herein. Prior devices do not provide the benefits of the present invention which achieves its intended purposes, objectives and advantages over the prior art devices through a new, useful and unobvious combination of component elements, through no increase in the number of functioning parts, at a minimum cost and through the utilization of only readily available materials and conventional components.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention solves the problems of the prior art by providing a novel body protection vest for people working at construction sites.
  • The intent of the present invention is to provide a body protection vest which is breathable and capable of connecting the external attachments as per the need and requirement of the worker.
  • The primary intent of the present invention is to provide a customizable body protection vest with better breathability, where current vests do not. As the existing vests limit the user to only a few pockets on the front.
  • Another intent of the present invention is to provide a body protection vest including, a right front panel; a left front panel; a right side panel; a left side panel; a right shoulder strap; a left shoulder strap; at least one back panel; at least one fastener; and a plurality of means for connecting external attachments.
