  • BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to waders, and more particularly to waders, which provides waterproof, windproof, breathable, and thermal insulated ability for keeping the wearer comfortable.
  • Description of Related Arts
  • Wearers, such as fishermen, often wear a wader to walk to rivers and streams in pursuit of fish. A conventional waders comprises a waders body shaped and sized to be worn by the wearer to perform fly-fishing or any other activities which require the wearer to immerse into water for a period of time. Accordingly, waders are used in a variety of weather conditions. The conventional wader is usually constructed to have an inner layer, a middle insulated layer, and an outer waterproof layer to form a three-layered wader structure.
  • A major disadvantage of the above-mentioned conventional waders is that the elasticity of the three-layered wader structure is low. Therefore, the wearer may feel uncomfortable and difficult to have a body movement. Furthermore, the wader is designed to have a thicker outer layer to increase the waterproof ability. However, it will make the wader heavier. The manufacturing process for making the three-layered wader structure is complicated because the outer layer, the middle layer, and the inner layer must be laminated with each other layer-by-layer. Also, the durability of the wader is a common problem to keep the layers together and to perform their own functions for providing a breathable ability to enhance the comfort for the wearer and for keeping the water away from entering into the inner layer at the same time.
  • In particular, the main disadvantage of conventional wader is not to perform warm function when fishers stayed long period in river. The improved construction of the conventional wader could have waterproof and breathability function with light material but didn't keep the wearer warm.

In particular, fleece fabric is brushed at the interior tricot to form a tricot fleece having a tricot face to be fleecing for keeping the wearer's body warm.
  • Another advantage of the invention is to provide a wader, wherein a glue coating is provided to affix the exterior layer to the interior layer. In particular, the glue coating has a plurality of microporous to provide breathable and waterproof function.
  • Another advantage of the invention is to provide a wader, wherein a chemical coating provided between the exterior layer and the interior layer for enhancing a thermal insulation of the interior layer. For example, chemical coating can be a titanium coating which contains titanium powders mixed with glue material of the glue coating to form a single coating structure.
  • Another advantage of the invention is to provide a wader, which simply constructed by a two-layered garment to simplify the overall structure of the wader and the manufacturing process thereof.
  • Another advantage of the invention is to provide a wader, which does not require altering the original structural design of the wader and the manufacturing process of the garment thereof is simple and easy, so as to minimize the manufacturing cost of the wader constructed by the garment.
  • Another advantage of the invention is to a wader, wherein no expensive or complicated structure is required to employ in the present invention in order to achieve the above mentioned objects. Therefore, the present invention successfully provides an economic and efficient solution for manufacturing a wader to provide waterproof, windproof, breathable, and thermal insulated ability.
