Description

    CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
  • This application claims foreign priority benefits under 35 U.S.C. §119(a)-(d) to Chinese Patent Application No. CN 201510271132.2, filed May 25, 2015, Chinese Patent Application No. CN 201510849818.5, filed Nov. 26, 2016, and Chinese Patent Application No. 201520967160.3, filed Nov. 26, 2016, the disclosures of which are hereby incorporated in their entirety by reference herein.
  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of building design and construction, in particular to an urban forest garden building, a building group and a method for arranging hanging greenery platforms on multilayer structures.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Recently, in a city, people will see such a boring scene consisting of external walls of reinforced concrete buildings, and the buildings are isolated from the external natural environments, such as sunshine, air and sky, due to the external walls. Meanwhile, once people enter the building, it looks like that they are in a case, surrounded by walls and completely isolated from the external natural environments. Even if there is a garden terrace, it is narrow and small because it is at a level identical to a floor where it is located. In addition, the people's vision is limited and insufficient external light may enter the room. In fact, the building has the garden terrace in name only, and it is impossible to provide the building with an outdoor garden.
  • Along with the development of the city and the human civilization as well as the improvement of the living standards, it is impossible for the original buildings to meet the environmental requirements and the comfort level.
  • SUMMARY
  • In view of the above technical problems, the present disclosure provides an urban forest garden building, a building group, and a method for arranging hanging greenery platforms on multilayer structures.
  • In one aspect, the present disclosure provides in some embodiments an urban forest garden building, including odd-numbered floors, even-numbered floors, an external wall, and large-sized outdoor hanging greenery platforms arranged on the external wall in four directions. The large-sized outdoor hanging greenery platforms include first hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, second hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, first hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors, and second hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors. Each odd-numbered floor includes a first apartment and a second apartment. The first hanging greenery platform of each odd-numbered floor corresponding to the first apartment is arranged in a first direction, and the second hanging greenery platform of each odd-numbered floor corresponding to the second apartment is arranged in a second direction different from the first direction. Each even-numbered floor includes a third apartment and a fourth apartment. The first hanging greenery platform of each even-numbered floor corresponding to the first apartment is arranged in a third direction, and the second hanging greenery platform of each even-numbered floor corresponding to the fourth apartment is arranged in a fourth direction different from the third direction. A high window or a laterally-opened window is arranged at the external wall of an upper floor located immediately above a current floor with the hanging greenery platform and facing one of the first hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, the second hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, the first hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors and the second hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors, and low windows or French windows are arranged at the external wall of the current floor which does not face one of the first hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, the second hanging greenery platforms of the odd-numbered floors, the first hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors and the second hanging greenery platforms of the even-numbered floors, and at the external wall of the current floor facing the hanging greenery platform of the current floor, so as to improve privacy.
  • In another aspect, the present disclosure provides in some embodiments a multi-apartment urban forest garden building, including odd-numbered floors, even-numbered floors, and an external wall. An upward two-story hanging greenery platform is arranged at the external wall corresponding to each apartment at each odd-numbered floor, and an upward two-story hanging greenery platform is arranged at the external wall corresponding to each apartment at each even-numbered floor. The hanging greenery platform for each apartment at each odd-numbered floor and the hanging greenery platform for the apartment at the even-numbered floor located immediately above or below the apartment at each odd-numbered floor are arranged in a staggered manner or in different directions. For the apartment at each odd-numbered floor and the apartment at the even-numbered floor located immediately above or below the apartment at each odd-numbered floor, their sitting rooms are opened to the respective hanging greenery platforms in different directions. A shielding plate is arranged below the window at the external wall of an upper floor located immediately above a current floor and facing one of the hanging greenery platforms, so as to improve the privacy. Alternatively, a room at the upper floor located immediately above the current floor and facing one of the hanging greenery platforms is a utility room, or is provided with a high window.
  • Alternatively, each floor includes one, two, three, four, five or six apartments, and the number, sizes and areas of the apartments at each floor are adjustable.
