Abstract
It is provided according to the present application an atomizer including a tar storage assembly. One end of the tar storage assembly is fitted with a connecting assembly cooperated with a battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly. The tar storage assembly includes an atomizing housing. Tar storage cotton is provided inside the atomizing housing, and a middle portion of the tar storage cotton has a gas passage parallel to an axis of the atomizing housing. A middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an electrode, and the atomizing assembly includes an atomizing device cooperated with the tar storage cotton and the connecting assembly, respectively. In operation, the tar storage assembly, the connecting assembly and the atomizing assembly are respectively preassembled in a modular manner; and the three assemblies are then integrated, which greatly simplifies the assembling process and can achieve a continuous automatic production. Therefore the whole assembling efficiency of the atomizer is improved, and the whole assembling process of the atomizer is simplified. It is further provided according to the present application an electronic cigarette with the above atomizer.
Description
- This application claims the benefit of priority to Chinese patent application No. 201320400697.2 titled “ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE AND ATOMIZER THEREOF” and filed with the Chinese State Intellectual Property Office on Jul. 5, 2013. The entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
- The present application relates to the technical field of the accessory of the electronic cigarette, and particularly to an atomizer. The present application further relates to an electronic cigarette with the atomizer.
- The electronic cigarette is a common electronic emulation product of cigarette. As a primary fume-generating assembly, the atomizer plays an important role in the overall operation effect of the electronic cigarette. And with ever increasing requirements of production and usage, users impose a higher requirement on the performance of the atomizer.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the assembling structure of a typical electronic cigarette and an atomizer portion thereof in the prior art. - At present, an electronic cigarette generally includes an atomizer and a
battery rod 110. The atomizer and thebattery rod 110 are assembled through the cooperation of thethread 108 and theinner thread 109. In the working state, a user sucks via thesuction nozzle cover 101 such that a negative pressure is generated inside the electronic cigarette. After the microphone assembly of thecontroller 112 senses the negative pressure status, the electrodes are electrically connected by thecontroller 112, such that thebattery 111 supplies power to theatomizer 105. The tar stored in thetar storage cotton 104 is vaporized under the action of the atomizingdevice 105 which emits heat when being energized, thus forming fumes. The fumes are sucked out by the user via thesuction nozzle cover 101, thereby emulating the smoking process. - However, though the prior electronic cigarette and the atomizer thereof can meet the basic usage requirements, since the
yellow wax pipe 103, the non-wovenfabric 102, thetar storage cotton 104 and the like are wrapped layer by layer in assembling, the operation process is complicated. Besides, since the atomizingdevice 105, the atomizinghousing 106, the atomizingseat 107 and the like of the prior electronic cigarette are assembled independently, the assembling process is complicated, resulting in a complicated assembling process and a low assembling efficiency of the whole electronic cigarette and the atomizing portion thereof, which is adverse to the automatic production and the smooth implementation of its subsequent production processes. - Thus, an important technical problem to be solved presently by those skilled in the art is to improve the assembling efficiency and simplify the assembling process of the atomizer of the electronic cigarette.
- An object of the present application is to provide an atomizer, which atomizer has a high assembling efficiency and a simple assembling process. Another object of the present application is to provide an electronic cigarette with the above atomizer.
- In view of this, it is provided according to the present application an atomizer which is configured for an electronic cigarette and includes a tar storage assembly. One end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a connecting assembly cooperated with a battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly. The tar storage assembly includes an atomizing housing, a tar storage cotton is provided inside the atomizing housing, and a middle portion of the tar storage cotton has an air passage parallel to an axis of the atomizing housing; and

- a middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an electrode, and the atomizing assembly includes an atomizing device cooperated with the tar storage cotton and the connecting assembly, respectively.
- Preferably, the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing and the suction nozzle cover form an integral structure.
- Preferably, the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing is cooperated and connected with the suction nozzle cover.
- Preferably, the atomizing device includes a base, and an electric heating wire cooperated with the electrode is provided on the base.
- Preferably, the electric heating wire is riveted to its related conducting wire via a riveting terminal.
- Preferably, the riveting terminal is made of any one of the following materials: copper, aluminum, silver, tin, copper alloy or aluminum alloy.
- Preferably, the base is a glass fiber or a ceramic rod.
- Preferably, the atomizing assembly further includes an atomizing seat cooperated with the atomizing device and the connecting assembly, respectively.
- Preferably, the atomizing seat is made of any one of the following materials: silicon rubber, ceramic or glass.
- Preferably, a middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an insulation ring sleeved on and cooperated with the electrode.
- Preferably, an outer circumference of the connecting assembly is provided with a thread cooperated with the battery rod of the electronic cigarette.
- It is further provided according to the present application an electronic cigarette including an atomizer and a battery rod connected through threads. The atomizer is one of the atomizers described above.
- Compared with the above background technique, the atomizer according to the present application is configured for an electronic cigarette and includes a tar storage assembly. One end of the tar storage assembly is fitted with a connecting assembly cooperated with a battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly. The tar storage assembly includes an atomizing housing, a tar storage cotton is provided inside the atomizing housing, and a middle portion of the tar storage cotton has a gas passage parallel to the axis of the atomizing housing. A middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an electrode. The atomizing assembly includes an atomizing device cooperated with the tar storage cotton and the connecting assembly, respectively. In operation, the tar storage assembly, the connecting assembly and the atomizing assembly are respectively preassembled in a modular manner; and the three assemblies are then integrated, which greatly simplifies the assembling process and can achieve a continuous automatic production. Therefore the whole assembling efficiency of the atomizer is improved, and the whole assembling process of the atomizer is simplified.
- In another preferable solution according to the present application, the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing and the suction nozzle cover form an integral structure. The atomizing housing and the suction nozzle cover forming the integral structure can further simplify the assembling process and improve the assembling efficiency of the atomizer.
- In order to clearly illustrate embodiments of the present application or technical solutions in the prior art, drawings required for the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly introduced below. Apparently, drawings described below are simply some embodiments of the present application, and those skilled in the art may obtain other drawings, based on the followed drawings, without any creative work.

FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating an assembling structure of a third structure of the atomizer according to an embodiment of the present application. - An object of the present application is to provide an atomizer, which atomizer has a high assembling efficiency and a simple assembling process. Meanwhile, an electronic cigarette with the above atomizer is provided.
- In order that those skilled in the art can better understand technical solutions of the present application, the present application will be explained in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the embodiments.
- Referring to
FIG. 2 ,FIG. 2 is a sectional view illustrating an assembling structure of a first structure of the atomizer and the electronic cigarette with the same according to an embodiment of the present application. - In an embodiment, the atomizer according to the present application is configured for an electronic cigarette and includes a tar storage assembly. One end of the tar storage assembly is fitted with a connecting assembly cooperated with a battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly. The tar storage assembly includes an atomizing
housing 21, atar storage cotton 23 is provided in the atomizinghousing 21, and a middle portion of thetar storage cotton 23 has agas passage 231 parallel to the axis of the atomizinghousing 21. A middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with anelectrode 241. The atomizing assembly includes an atomizingdevice 25 respectively cooperated with thetar storage cotton 23 and the connecting assembly. In operation, the tar storage assembly, the connecting assembly and the atomizing assembly are preassembled in a modular manner, respectively; and then the three assemblies are integrated, which greatly simplifies the assembling process and can achieve a continuous automatic production. Therefore the whole assembling efficiency of the atomizer is improved, and the whole assembling process of the atomizer is simplified. - Further, the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a
suction nozzle cover 22, and the atomizinghousing 21 is formed integrally with thesuction nozzle cover 22. The atomizinghousing 21 and thesuction nozzle cover 22 which are integrally formed can further simplify the assembling process of the atomizer and improve the assembling efficiency of the atomizer. - Referring to
FIG. 3 ,FIG. 3 is a sectional view illustrating an assembling structure of a second structure of an atomizer according to an embodiment of the present application. - According to another aspect, the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a
suction nozzle cover 22, and the atomizinghousing 21 is cooperated and connected with thesuction nozzle cover 22. In the actual assembling process, theabove atomizing housing 21 and thesuction nozzle cover 22 may form a split type structure as shown inFIG. 3 . The atomizinghousing 21 and thesuction nozzle cover 22 forming the split type structure can be assembled more flexibly, and will not impact the modular preassembling thereof The assembling structure of theabove atomizing housing 21 and thesuction nozzle cover 22 is not limited to the above structures so long as it can meet the actual application requirements of the atomizer. - Reference may further be made to
FIG. 2 , theatomizing device 25 includes abase 251, and anelectric heating wire 252 cooperated with theelectrode 241 is provided on thebase 251. Theelectric heating wire 252 is capable of transforming electric energy provided by theelectrode 241 into heat energy, so as to atomize the tar stored in thetar storage cotton 23. This kind ofelectric heating wire 252 has a simple structure and is easy to be assembled, which can further improve the assembling efficiency of the atomizer. - Referring to
FIG. 4 ,FIG. 4 is a sectional view illustrating an assembling structure of a third structure of an atomizer portion according to an embodiment of the present application. - Specifically, the
electric heating wire 252 is riveted to its related conducting wire via ariveting terminal 253. In operation, theriveting terminal 253 is capable of ensuring the circuit connection reliability between theelectric heating wire 252 and its related conducting wire, ensuring that the electric heating wire has a smooth output voltage, therefore the operation stability of theelectric heating wire 252 is improved, and the operation efficiency of the whole atomizer is improved. - Furthermore, the
riveting terminal 253 is made of any one of the following material: copper, aluminum, silver, tin, copper alloy or aluminum alloy. The riveting terminal made of the above materials has a more stable performance, and is capable of further ensuring the operation efficiency of the atomizing device. The material of theriveting terminal 253 is not limited to the above materials so long as it can meet the actual application requirements of the atomizer. - Referring to
FIG. 2 , thebase 251 is a glass fiber or a ceramic rod. The glass fiber and ceramic rod have strong heat resistant performances and good insulation performances, and will not adversely affect the related circuit. Therefore the operation stability of the related assembly of the atomizer is further improved. - Further, the atomizing assembly includes an atomizing
seat 26 cooperated with theatomizing device 25 and the connecting assembly, respectively. Theatomizing device seat 26 is capable of providing sufficient structure supporting forces for theatomizing device 25, the connecting assembly and related structures, to ensure that related structures of the atomizing seat is more stable and reliable. - More specifically, the atomizing
seat 26 is made of any one of the following materials: silicon rubber, ceramic or glass. With the above materials, the basic structure supporting force of the atomizingseat 26 is ensured, on the precondition of which the insulation performance of the atomizing seat is ensured, and the operation stability of the atomizer is further improved. Apparently, the material of the atomizingseat 26 is not limit to the above materials so long as it can meet the actual application requirements of the atomizer. - In another aspect, a middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an
insulation ring 242 which is sleeved on and cooperated with theelectrode 241. Theinsulation ring 242 can avoid the interaction between the external environment and the related circuit system of the electrode, which efficiently ensures the operation safety and reliability of the atomizer. - In addition, an outer circumference of the connecting assembly is provided with a
thread 243 cooperated with thebattery rod 31 of the electronic cigarette. This kind of assembling structure cooperated with threads is simple and durable, and is easy to operate. Therefore the whole assembling efficiency of the electronic cigarette is further improved. It should be noted that the connecting assembly and thebattery rod 31 are not limited to be connected through the threads mentioned above, they may be assembled through other manners such as embedded manner, i.e., so long as it can meet the actual application requirements of the atomizer. - In an embodiment, the electronic cigarette according to the present application includes an atomizer and a
battery rod 31 which are connected through threads. The atomizer is the atomizer according to the above embodiments. The electronic cigarette has a high assembling efficiency, and the assembling process thereof is simple. - In summary, the atomizer according to the present application is configured for an electronic cigarette and includes a tar storage assembly. One end of the tar storage assembly is fitted with a connecting assembly cooperated with the battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly. The tar storage assembly includes an atomizing housing, and a tar storage cotton is provided inside the atomizing housing, and a middle portion of the tar storage cotton has a gas passage parallel to the axis of the atomizing housing. A middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an electrode. The atomizing assembly includes an atomizing device cooperated with the tar storage cotton and the connecting assembly, respectively. In operation, the tar storage assembly, the connecting assembly and the atomizing assembly are respectively preassembled in a modular manner; and the three assemblies are then integrated, which greatly simplifies the assembling process and can achieve a continuous automatic production. Therefore the whole assembling efficiency of the atomizer is improved, and the whole assembling process of the atomizer is simplified.
- Furthermore, the electronic cigarette having the above atomizer and provided according to the present application can be assembled with a high efficiency and the assembling process thereof is simple.
- An atomizer and an electronic cigarette with the same according to the present application are described above in detail. Specific examples are used to describe the principle and embodiments of the present application herein, and the description of the above embodiments is only for better understanding of the method of the present application and the idea thereof It should be noted that, various improvements and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the present application, and the improvements and modifications also fall within the protection scopes of the claims.
Claims (20)
1. An atomizer for an electronic cigarette, comprising a tar storage assembly, wherein one end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a connecting assembly cooperated with a battery rod of the electronic cigarette, and an atomizing assembly is provided between the tar storage assembly and the connecting assembly; the tar storage assembly comprises an atomizing housing, a tar storage cotton is provided inside the atomizing housing, and a middle portion of the tar storage cotton has an air passage parallel to an axis of the atomizing housing; and
a middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an electrode, and the atomizing assembly comprises an atomizing device cooperated with the tar storage cotton and the connecting assembly, respectively.
2. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing and the suction nozzle cover form an integral structure.
3. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing is cooperated and connected with the suction nozzle cover.
4. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing device comprises a base, and an electric heating wire cooperated with the electrode is provided on the base.
5. The atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the electric heating wire is riveted to its related conducting wire thereof via a riveting terminal.
6. The atomizer according to claim 5 , wherein the riveting terminal is made of any one of the following materials: copper, aluminum, silver, tin, copper alloy or aluminum alloy.
7. The atomizer according to claim 4 , wherein the base is a glass fiber or a ceramic rod.
8. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises an atomizing seat cooperated with the atomizing device and the connecting assembly, respectively.
9. The atomizer according to claim 8 , wherein the atomizing seat is made of any one of the following materials: silicon rubber, ceramic or glass.
10. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein a middle portion of the connecting assembly is provided with an insulation ring sleeved on and cooperated with the electrode.
11. The atomizer according to claim 1 , wherein an outer circumference of the connecting assembly is provided with a thread cooperated with the battery rod of the electronic cigarette.
12. An electronic cigarette, comprising an atomizer and a battery rod which are connected through threads, wherein the atomizer is an atomizer according to claim 1 .
13. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing and the suction nozzle cover form an integral structure.
14. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the other end of the tar storage assembly is provided with a suction nozzle cover, and the atomizing housing is cooperated and connected with the suction nozzle cover.
15. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the atomizing device comprises a base, and an electric heating wire cooperated with the electrode is provided on the base.
16. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the electric heating wire is riveted to its related conducting wire thereof via a riveting terminal.
17. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the riveting terminal is made of any one of the following materials: copper, aluminum, silver, tin, copper alloy or aluminum alloy.
18. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the base is a glass fiber or a ceramic rod.
19. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the atomizing assembly further comprises an atomizing seat cooperated with the atomizing device and the connecting assembly, respectively.
20. The electronic cigarette according to claim 12 , wherein the atomizing seat is made of any one of the following materials: silicon rubber, ceramic or glass.
