  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • As shown in FIG. 2, a tape dispenser 200 of the invention for disposing a tape volume 300 has a body 210, a blade portion 220 and a movable wheel 230.
  • In detail, please also referring to FIG. 3, the body 210 has a tape disposed portion 212 and a cut end 214, the blade portion 220 is disposed on the cut end 214, and the movable wheel 230 is disposed on the cut end 214 and under the blade portion 220. A fixed side 236 of the movable wheel 230 is movable fixed via a positioning pin 216 and a spring sheet 218 of the body 210, and an active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 is separable disposed on a fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214. Therefore, the above arrangement makes the movable wheel 230 being disposed across the cut end 214, and thus the movable wheel 230 does not have the gap 130 disposed between the wheels 110 in prior art.
  • Preferably, the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 of the tape dispenser 200 of the invention has a recess 238 a. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the user pushes the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 from the left side to right side, the recess 238 a is adapted to have a lateral displacement (as the rightward arrow shown in FIGS. 4 and 5) according to the lateral displacement of the movable wheel 230. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the recess 238 a corresponds to the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214 according to the lateral displacement, which will make the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 separating from the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214. Thus, as shown in FIG. 8, the movable wheel 230 can be positioned as the axis of the positioning pin 216 and bounce upward a specific angle for create a space for dispose the tape 310 of the tape volume 300. At this time, the movable wheel 230 is disposed on a separation position.
  • It should be noted that as shown in FIG. 3, the fixed side 236 of the movable wheel 230 has a projection 236 a and an aperture 236 b, the spring sheet 218 is formed an arc 218 a correspond to the projection 236 a, the positioning pin 216 is adapted to be disposed through the aperture 236 b, and as shown in FIG. 5, the positioning pin 216 is positioned on the right side of the interior of the aperture 236 b, when the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 separating from the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214, as shown in FIG. 7, the positioning pin 216 is positioned on the left side of the interior of the aperture 236 b, and the projection 236 a of the fixed side 214 a is adapted to pivot along the arc 218 a of the spring sheet 218. The active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 thus can be positioned as the axis of the positioning pin 216 and bounce upward the specific angle, which makes the fixed side 236 of the movable wheel 230 have no offset according to the lift up of the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230.
  • Finally, as shown in FIG. 9, when the user pushes the movable wheel 230 into the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214, by the resilience force of the spring sheet 218, the movable wheel 230 is re-position into a fixed position, and thus to reach the purposes for making the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 disposed between the blade portion 220 and the movable wheel 230.
  • In addition, please referring to FIG. 3 again, the tape dispenser 200 of the invention further comprises a rubber roller 240 and a cover 250, wherein the rubber roller 240 is disposed on the cut end 214 and between the blade portion 220 and the movable wheel 230, and the cover 250 is disposed on the tape disposed portion 212 to cover the tape volume 300 when the tape volume 300 is disposed on the tape disposed portion 212.
  • It should be noted that the movable wheel 230 could also has a movable shaft 232 and at least one wheel 234 disposed on the movable shaft 232. When the at least one wheel 234 is a plurality of wheels 234, the wheels 234 of the tape dispenser 200 of the invention disposed on the movable shaft 232 will not only have the independent state as described above, but also can be formed integrally as shown in FIG. 10. As a result, there is no gap disposed between the wheels 234, and thus can avoid the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 slipped out the wheels 234 and the rubber roller 240, or can avoid the tape 310 re-adhered to itself.
  • The claimed invention further comprises a method for disposing the tape volume 300 on the tape dispenser 200. As shown in FIG. 11, the method comprises the following steps. First, as shown in step 401, disposing the tape volume 300 on the tape disposed portion 212 of the tape dispenser 200. As shown in step 402, pushing the movable wheel 230 and making the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 separating from the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214. As shown in step 403, pulling the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 and disposing the tape 310 on the rubber roller 240 of the tape dispenser 200. Finally, as shown in step 404, re-embedding the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 into the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214 and making the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 disposed between the rubber roller 240 and the movable wheel 230.
  • Preferably, when the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 is embedded to the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214, there is defined a fixed position F, and when the active side 238 of the movable wheel 230 is separated from the fixed slot 214 a of the cut end 214, there is defined a separation position S, and there is a specific angle disposed between the fixed position F and the separation position S, wherein the specific angle is 90 degree.
  • As a result, by the method for disposing the tape volume 300 on the tape dispenser 200 describe above, when the movable wheel 230 is in the separation position S, the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 can be unobstructed and disposed between the blade portion 220 and the rubber roller 240. When the movable wheel 230 is in the fixed position F, the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 can be sandwiched between the movable wheel 230 and the rubber roller 240, and thus can avoid the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 slipped out the wheels 234 and the rubber roller 240, or can avoid the tape 310 re-adhered to itself.
  • As describe above, the tape dispenser 200 of the invention is adapted to disposed the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 sandwiched between the movable wheel 230 and the rubber roller 240 by the arrangement of the movable wheel 230 without the gaps, and thus can avoid the tape 310 of the tape volume 300 slipped out the wheels 234 and the rubber roller 240, or can avoid the tape 310 re-adhered to itself.
  • The above disclosure is related to the detailed technical contents and inventive features thereof. People skilled in this field may proceed with a variety of modifications and replacements based on the disclosures and suggestions of the invention as described without departing from the characteristics thereof. Nevertheless, although such modifications and replacements are not fully disclosed in the above descriptions, they have substantially been covered in the following claims as appended.
