Abstract

In a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, a footer element includes a base plate, and a passing column erected from the base plate and having guide teeth. The passing column is breakable from the base plate. A pressing seat has a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole. A toggling element is pivoted at the lateral hole and has a circular gear portion and a positioning portion. The circular gear portion is extended into the penetrating hole, engaged with the guide tooth, and guided by the guide teeth to move up and down along the passing column when the toggling element is turned. A positioning element is installed at the pressing seat and on the same side of the toggling element, and has a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to an apparatus for construction, in particular to a positioning apparatus for architectural construction.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With reference to FIGS. 10 and 11 for a conventional positioning apparatus for architectural construction, the conventional positioning apparatus for architectural construction comprises a footer element 91 and a pressing seat 92, and the footer element 91 has a base plate 911 fixed onto a plane 94 that can be attached onto a tile 93 by concrete, and the footer element 91 has a screw rod 912 erected from the base plate 911, and the pressing seat 92 has a screw hole 921 provided for screwing the screw rod 912 therein.
  • If the tile 93 is attached onto the plane 84 such as a floor or a wall, the pressing seat 92 of the positioning apparatus for architectural construction is screwed onto the screw rod 912 of the footer element 91, and the pressing seat 92 can be displaced to press the tile 93 flatly onto the plane 94, so that the tile 93 can be attached evenly and flatly onto the concrete on the plane 94. After the tile 93 is attached onto the plane 94, the screw rod 912 can be bent and broken from the base plate 911, so that the pressing seat 92 can be removed from the tile as the screw rod 912 is bent and broken, and then the screw rod 912 is turned to separate from the pressing seat 92. Now, the pressing seat 92 is still good for a reuse.
  • An architectural construction process not only emphasizes on precision only, but also requires a high speed to achieve an efficient construction. However, when the pressing seat 92 is removed from the tile 93 as the screw rod 912 is bent and broken, the screw rod 912 and the pressing seat 92 cannot be separated directly and quickly if it is necessary to separate the screw rod 912 and the pressing seat 92 by turning, and the turning process causes sore hands easily, affects the construction speed, and lowers the construction efficiency.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned problems by providing a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, so that after a passing column of a footer element is bent and broken from a base plate, the passing column can be separated from a pressing seat quickly and conveniently without affecting the construction speed to maintain a high construction efficiency.
  • To achieve the foregoing objective, the present invention provides a positioning apparatus for architectural construction, comprising: a footer element, including a base plate and a passing column coupled to each other, and the passing column being erected from the base plate and having a plurality of guide teeth, and the passing column being bendable and breakable from the base plate by exerting a force; a pressing seat, having a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column thereon, and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole in a lateral direction; a toggling element, pivoted at the lateral hole of the pressing seat, and having a circular gear portion and a positioning portion, and the circular gear portion in the lateral hole being extended deeply into the penetrating hole and engaged with the guide tooth of the passing column, and the circular gear portion being guided by the plurality of guide teeth to move vertically up and down next to the passing column when the toggling element is turned; and a positioning element, installed at the pressing seat and disposed on the same side of the toggling element, and having a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The aforementioned and other objectives and advantages of the present invention will become clearer in light of the following detailed description of an illustrative embodiment of this invention described in connection with the drawings. It is intended that the embodiments and drawings disclosed herein are to be considered illustrative rather than restrictive.
  • With reference to FIGS. 1 to 9 for a positioning apparatus for architectural construction of the present invention, the first preferred embodiment of the positioning apparatus for architectural construction as shown in FIG. 1 comprises a footer element 1, a pressing seat 2, a toggling element 3 and a positioning element 4, and the positioning apparatus is attached a plane by pressing the pressing seat 2 onto a tile flatly, so that the tile is aligned evenly and flatly.
  • In FIGS. 1 and 3, the footer element 1 includes a base plate 11 and a passing column 12 coupled to each other, and the passing column 12 has a plurality of guide teeth 121 erected from the base plate 11, and the passing column 12 is bendable and breakable from the base plate 11 by exerting a force. In this preferred embodiment, the base plate 11 has a plurality of through holes 111, and the passing column 12 has four support legs 122 coupled to the base plate 11, and two adjacent support legs 122 are separated by 90 degrees from one another, and a joint of each of the support legs 122 and the base plate 11 is partially evacuated, so that the area connecting the support leg 122 and the base plate 11 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the support leg 122 to provide an easy bending and breaking. The plurality of guide teeth 121 is disposed around the external periphery of the passing column 12 and arranged equidistantly from one another.
  • In FIGS. 2 and 3, the pressing seat 2 has a penetrating hole 21 and a lateral hole 22, and the pressing seat 2 is sheathed on the passing column 12 through the penetrating hole 21, and the lateral hole 22 is communicated with the penetrating hole 21 in a lateral direction of the pressing seat 2. In this preferred embodiment, the pressing seat 2 has a plurality of hollow portions 23.
  • In FIGS. 2 and 3, the toggling element 3 is pivotally connected to the lateral hole 22 of the pressing seat 2, and the toggling element 3 has a circular gear portion 31 and a positioning portion, and the circular gear portion 31 in the lateral hole 22 is extended deeply into the penetrating hole 21, and the circular gear portion 31 is engaged with a guide tooth 121 of the passing column 12, and the circular gear portion 31 is guided by the plurality of guide teeth 121 to move up and down next to the passing column 12 when the toggling element 3 is turned.
  • In FIGS. 2 and 3 for the positioning portion of this preferred embodiment, the toggling element 3 has a lateral circular gear 32 installed separately on both sides of the circular gear portion 31, and the circular gear portion 31 has a gear tip circle with a diameter greater than the diameter of the gear tip circle of the lateral circular gear 32, and the circular gear portion 31 and the lateral circular gear 32 are comprised of one- way blocking ratchets 311, 321, and the blocking directions of the one- way ratchets 311, 321 of the circular gear portion 31 and the lateral circular gear 32 are opposite to each other. In addition, the toggling element 3 has a lever 33 protruded from a side of the circular gear portion 31.
  • In FIGS. 2 and 3, the positioning element 4 is installed at the pressing seat 2 and disposed on the same side of the toggling element 3, and has a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element 3. In this preferred embodiment, the blocking portion has a distal portion 41 of the positioning element 4 extending towards an end of the lateral circular gear 32, and the pressing seat 2 has a pivot column 24 disposed on a side of the positioning element 4, and the positioning element 4 has a long hole 42 penetrating through the pivot column 24, and the positioning element 4 can be moved in a path of the long hole 42, so that the distal portion 41 can be extended into or separated from the ratchet 321 of the lateral circular gear 32.
  • In a practical use as shown in FIG. 4, the base plate 11 of the footer element 1 is embedded into a plane 5 to be attached onto a tile, and after a concrete 51 is coated onto the plane 5, the tile 6 is attached, so that a corner 61 of the tile 6 abuts against the support leg 122 of the footer element 1, and then the penetrating hole 21 of the pressing seat 2 is sheathed precisely on the passing column 12 of the footer element 1 as shown in FIG. 5, so that the circular gear portion 31 of the toggling element 3 can be engaged with the passing column 12 through the ratchet 311. In the meantime, the positioning element 4 is pulled up, so that the distal portion 41 is separated from the ratchet 321 of the lateral circular gear 32. Now, the lever 33 can be turned downwardly by hands, such that the pressing seat 2 can be engaged with the guide tooth 121 of the passing column 12 with the ratchet 311 of the circular gear portion 31 to move downwardly and finally stop until the bottom of the pressing seat 2 touches the tile 6. In FIG. 6, the pressing seat 2 is provided for slightly pressing the corners 61 of the tile 6 on the base plate 11, so that after the tile 6 is aligned evenly and flatly, the positioning element 4 can be released to allow the distal portion 41 to be extended into the ratchet 321 of the lateral circular gear 32 to block the turning of the toggling element 3, so as to maintain the pressing seat 2 to press the tile 6 by the bottom edge.
  • After the concrete 51 attached onto the tile 6 is dried, the passing column 12 can be bent and broken a the joint position of the base plate 11, so that the pressing seat 2 can be separated from the base plate 11 with the passing column 12. If it is necessary to separate the pressing seat 2 from the passing column 12 as shown in FIG. 7, the positioning element 4 is lifted to separate the distal portion 41 from the ratchet 321 of the lateral circular gear 32, and the lever 33 is turned upwardly to allow the pressing seat 2 to be engaged with the guide tooth 121 of the passing column 12 through the ratchet 311 of the circular gear portion 31 to move downwardly, so that the passing column 12 can be detached from the penetrating hole 21 of the pressing seat 2.
  • In summation of the description above, the present invention has the following advantages. After the pressing seat 2 is separated from the base plate 11 with the passing column 12, the positioning element 4 is pulled and lifted to separate the pressing seat 2 from the passing column 12 quickly. Compared with the conventional positioning apparatus for architectural construction that requires turning the pressing seat 92 again before separating the screw rod 912 of the footer element 91, the present invention takes less time for the separation and avoids causing sore hands, and the passing column 12 can be separated from the pressing seat 2 without affecting the construction speed to achieve a high construction efficiency.
  • Of course, there are other embodiments of the present invention with minor modifications. With reference to FIG. 8 for the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, the major difference of this preferred embodiment from the first preferred embodiment resides on that the passing column 12 of this preferred embodiment has only three support legs 122, and adjacent support legs 122 are separated by 90 degrees from one another, and the opposite support legs 122 are separated by 180 degrees from each other, so as to achieve the same effect of the first preferred embodiment.
  • With reference to FIG. 9 for the third preferred embodiment of the present invention, the major difference of this preferred embodiment from the first preferred embodiment resides on that the passing column 12 of this preferred embodiment has only two support legs 122 separated by 180 degrees from each other, so as to achieve the same effect of the first preferred embodiment.

Claims (10)

What is claimed is:
1. A positioning apparatus for architectural construction, comprising:
a footer element, including a base plate and a passing column coupled to each other, and the passing column being erected from the base plate and having a plurality of guide teeth, and the passing column being bendable and breakable from the base plate by exerting a force;
a pressing seat, having a penetrating hole for sheathing the passing column thereon, and a lateral hole communicating with the penetrating hole in a lateral direction;
a toggling element, pivoted at the lateral hole of the pressing seat, and having a circular gear portion and a positioning portion, and the circular gear portion in the lateral hole being extended deeply into the penetrating hole and engaged with the guide tooth of the passing column, and the circular gear portion being guided by the plurality of guide teeth to move vertically up and down next to the passing column when the toggling element is turned; and
a positioning element, installed at the pressing seat and disposed on the same side of the toggling element, and having a blocking portion for limiting the positioning portion and blocking the turning of the toggling element.

The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the positioning portion is a lateral circular gear installed on at least one side of the circular gear portion of the toggling element, and the circular gear portion has a gear tip circle with a diameter greater than the diameter of the gear tip circle of the lateral circular gear, and the blocking portion is a distal portion of the positioning element extended towards an end of the lateral circular gear, and the distal portion is extendable or separable with respect to a tooth of the lateral circular gear.

The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 2, wherein the circular gear portion and the lateral circular gear are comprised of a plurality of one-way blocking ratchets and the one-way blocking ratchets of the circular gear portion and the lateral circular gear come with opposite blocking directions.
4. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 2, wherein the pressing seat has a pivot column disposed on a side of the positioning element, and the positioning element has a long hole penetrating through the pivot column, and the positioning element can be moved in a path of the long hole to extend/separate the distal portion in/from the tooth of the lateral circular gear.
5. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the passing column has at least two support legs coupled to the base plate, and the two support legs are separated by 90 degrees or 180 degrees with respect to each other.
6. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 5, wherein a joint of each of the support legs and the base plate is partially evacuated, so that the area connecting the support leg and the base plate is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the support leg, and the support leg can be bent or broken easily.
7. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of guide teeth is disposed at the external periphery of the passing column and disposed equidistantly with one another.
8. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the base plate has at least one through hole.
9. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the pressing seat has at least one hollow portion.
10. The positioning apparatus for architectural construction according to claim 1, wherein the toggling element has a lever protruded from a side of the circular gear portion.
