- In order to overcome the drawbacks in the prior art that the end cover may easily fall apart from the sleeve resulted from the smooth surface contact between them, and the glues between them may run out to be dirty and harmful when implementing the gluing process, in the present application, a knurl configuration for avoiding sliding is provided, the knurl protrudes from the surface of the end cover, where the end cover and the sleeve are contacted closely. The end cover may be a nozzle cover that is set on the end adjacent to the atomizer, or a lamp crown that is set on the end adjacent to the battery and on a side of a lamp for imitating the burning of tobacco.
- The atomizer component in the application aims at the case in which the end cover is set on the end adjacent to the atomizer. Referring to
FIG. 2 , an atomizer component is shown. - The atomizer component is used to constitute an electronic cigarette by combining a battery component. The atomizer component comprises an
atomizer sleeve 1 and anend cover 10 inserted into one end of theatomizer sleeve 1. In order to make the connection between theend cover 10 and theatomizer sleeve 1 more stable, a knurl configuration for avoiding sliding is provided, the knurl protrudes from a surface of theend cover 10, where theend cover 10 and theatomizer sleeve 1 are contacted closely. - The specific structure of the
end cover 10 is shown inFIG. 3A which shows a first embodiment of the atomizer component. - The
end cover 10 comprises abody 100 and ajoint part 200 that axially extends away from an edge of thebody 100. The knurl configuration is defined on the outer surface of the circumferential side wall of thejoint part 200. - The knurl configuration comprises several
first grooves 11, thefirst grooves 11 extend from thebody 100 towards one end of thejoint part 200 and form a first preset angle with respect to the axis of thejoint part 200. The severalfirst grooves 11 form a straight knurl configuration or a twill knurl configuration. The first preset angle is an angle between the central axis of thejoint part 200 and the projection that afirst groove 11 is projected on to any surface that comprises the central axis of thejoint part 200. - In the embodiment, the
first groove 11 is a curved groove or a rectangular groove. The distances between any two adjacentfirst grooves 11 are equal or not. The distance between two adjacentfirst grooves 11 and the maximum width of the cross-section of thefirst groove 11 can be designed according to practical conditions. The depth of the first groove may range from 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm. Limited by the size of the end cover, the distances between any two adjacentfirst grooves 11 are not too small. But if the distances are too large, the anti-sliding effect will be reduced. Therefore, based on the size of the end cover, the amount of thefirst grooves 11 may preferably range from 20 to 100. - In the first embodiment, the
first grooves 11 are curved grooves, and preferably a straight knurl configuration is adopted, namely the first preset angle is 0 degree. The widths of thefirst grooves 11 may preferably be 0.2 mm. Considering the uniformity of the stress and the beauty of the appearance, the distances between any two adjacentfirst grooves 11 are equal, and the distance between two adjacentfirst grooves 11 is equal to the maximum width of the cross-section of thefirst groove 11. Preferably, the amount of thefirst grooves 11 is 40. - Referring to
FIG. 3B , a second embodiment of the atomizer component is shown. - The knurl configuration comprises several
first grooves 11 and severalsecond grooves 12. Thefirst grooves 11 extend from thebody 100 towards one end of thejoint part 200 and form a first preset angle with respect to the axis of thejoint part 200. Thesecond grooves 12 extend from thebody 100 towards one end of thejoint part 200 and form a second preset angle with respect to thefirst grooves 11. The severalfirst grooves 11 andsecond grooves 12 are intersected to form a netlike knurl configuration. The widths of thefirst grooves 11 are equal to that of thesecond grooves 12, preferably equal to 0.4 mm. Considering that it is more complex to establish grooves in the netlike knurl configuration than in the straight or twill knurl configuration, the distance between two adjacentfirst grooves 11 is three times of the maximum width of the cross-section of thefirst groove 11. In this way, the manufacturing process can be reduced, and the protruding area formed from the netlike grooves can be ensured to afford enough friction. Preferably, the amount of thefirst grooves 11 is 80. - A
