Abstract

A new combination lipstick, which accommodates a singular lipstick, with a concealed base. The lipstick base holds a solid wax perfume, with a unique novel airtight magnetic enclosure, when opened, to operate, twist base to reveal a mirror and perfume. To close, the cover clicks into place. Problem to be solved. To provide a solution to stop evaporation of perfume. To make a difference to lifespan of perfume. Remove the risk from old ideas of absorbent pads and cotton wool, liquid fragrance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

This application is based in part upon certificate of registration of design. Serial number of registration inside UK 4023883 filed 12 Mar. 2012. Date of grant of certificate 16 May 2012. International design classification LOC 07 CL.28-02. This invention is different, unique, inventive and novel from other specific documents related to the new invention. There are four distinctly different types of inventions, of perfume lipstick known to myself. The first type is item number 498125 date 1 May in 1937 USA, using a cotton wool base pad. The second type is item number 2004/0163663 A1, 26 Aug. 2004 USA. This invention is breath freshener lipstick. The third type is item number JP19970296236 19971014.This idea dual colour lipstick, vague in specific content, has technical problems. The fourth type is invention number 630,501 USA dated 1949, another similar product using fragranced lipstick.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION/FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention relates to combination of lipstick barrel, accommodating, lipstick solid based wax perfume at base. Separate from lipstick therein, with concealed mirror inside base, incorporating a magnetic click closure for airtight seal, to stop evaporation. This seal solves previously existing problems of evaporation of fragranced perfumes.
The object of the DUO CONCEALED SOLID PERFUME LIPSTICK invention is to solve other existing problems. Item application Ser. No. 498,125 dated 1 May 1937, this only mentions—item 30, vapours from an absorbent pad at base of lipstick. Item 55, mentions cotton wool absorbed in perfume at the base of lipstick. Item 75 and 80 mentions perfume pad impregnated to be disseminated. None of these mention my invention of solid perfume base, magnetic sealed click in place fastener, for freshness, with concealed minor.
Among the other inventions USA patent application publication US 200410163663 A1 date 26 Aug. 2004.This information about invention is unlike mine. This is for a breath freshener/lipstick. Again does not use ideas I have mentioned. Does not suggest solid perfume wax base, airtight magnetic click fastener or concealed mirror.
Among other related inventions, European number JP 19970296236 lipstick container. This invention is vague, not specific, has a broad idea of what is used. The main features of this idea is for a dual colour lipstick to mix or change colour when used. Unlike my invention again does not suggest the use of a solid perfume wax base air tight to reduce and solve problems of evaporation with a magnetic click fastener and concealed mirror. This invention of mine is inventive, unique and novel.
In addition U.S. patent application Ser. No. 630,501 dated Dec. 4, 1949, describes a body portion of desired colour of lipstick to be fragranced, to hold a scented lipstick of desired odour. My invention is to keep the lipstick and fragrance separate. Not to harmonise scent of lipstick inside container.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In keeping with the aforementioned lipsticks, the present invention integrates an example of lipstick dispenser for convenient use. DUO CONCEALED PERFUME LIPSTICK. Concealed mirror at base, solid wax like perfume, unique, novel and inventive, airtight enclosure, click fastener to prevent existing evaporation problems.
Several features are described in this invention a modified lipstick base to create a unique recessed compartment for any solid based wax fragrance. Stored easily and can be conveniently carried.
Another feature, magnetic fastener with easy close mechanism to reduce evaporation, closes with friction seal/magnetic airtight closure, recessed click in place feature.
Another embodiment of this invention which is unique and novel. Concealed mirror at base of lipstick closes inside to reduce scratches to mirror.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following embodiments are meant to be illustrative of the present invention which make disclosure further embodiments, known to those skilled in the art, in connection with the novel unique, inventive features as described here in.

Claims

1. A duo concealed plastic receptacle with recess comprising of a magnetic sealed compartment with a cavity inner airtight closure with pivot, machined in metal around rim for strength.

2. An elongated integrated plastic lipstick container wherein the base incorporates a concealed vanity spot check mirror inside to reduce wear and tear on glass.

3. The base of mirror clips into place to form and complete the structure of outer housing body wherein the base receptacle is used for solid wax perfume, isolated from lipstick by individual plastic inner cavity.
