Abstract
The present invention is provided with a steam blow head of the garment steamer, which includes a body and a switching unit. The body is disposed with a steam inlet, a first steam outlet and a second steam outlet. The switch includes a valve body with an inlet and two outlets, a valve disc movable to switch the connection between the two outlets and the inlet and a switch. The inlet is connected to the steam inlet, and the two outlets are separately connected to the first steam outlet and the second steam outlet. The valve is movable disposed inside the body, and the switch is driving connected to the valve disc outside the body. The steam blow head of the garment steamer is full function and art structure with easy operation.
Description
- The present invention relates to a household appliance, especially to a steam blow head of the garment steamer.
- With good practical value, the garment steamer has a favorite among the consumers. The existing garment steamer is the list: the blow head housing is connected to a steam pipe, where the steam is entered into the iron housing. Then the steam blows out from the steam hole at the bottom of the iron housing. The blow head of the garment steamer of this structure has only a steam outlet, which can't wet the local area of the cloth to soften it fast. So the efficiency of garment steaming is influenced.
- The present invention is provided with a steam blow head of the garment steamer, which solve the problem that the existing technology can not wet the local area of the cloth to soften it fast.
- The technical proposal of the present invention is:
- A steam blow head of the garment steamer includes a body and a switching unit;
- The body is disposed with a steam inlet passage, a first steam outlet passage and a second steam outlet passage;
- The switching unit includes a valve body with an inlet and two outlets, a valve disc movable to switch the connection between the two outlets and the inlet and a switch; the inlet is connected to the steam inlet, the two outlets are connected separately to the first steam outlet and the second steam outlet, the valve disc is movable connected to the inside of the valve body, the switch is driving connected to the valve disc and situated outside the body.
- In other preferred embodiment, the switching unit further includes a permanent seat, the bottom side of the periphery wall of which is helical surface.
- In other preferred embodiment, the switch is locked to the end face of the permanent seat, the valve disc is connected to a extension rod which is disposed outside the valve body, the bottom side of the periphery wall of the permanent seat is withstood the top of the extension rod.
- In other preferred embodiment, the present invention further includes a nozzle connected to the first outlet and disposed out of the body.
- In other preferred embodiment, the present invention further includes an iron is connected to the second outlet and the body, a heating pan is disposed at the bottom of the iron.
- In other preferred embodiment, the present invention further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
- In other preferred embodiment, the present invention further includes a steam switch connected to the steam generator through a steam pipe.
- Compared to the existing technology, the present invention of a steam blow head of the garment steamer has the disadvantages below:
- 1. the steam blow head has an inlet and two outlets, the first outlet is applied for ironing, the other one is applied for using the steam to wet the local area cloth to soften it fast, it is more full use of function.
- 2. the user snaps the switch to control the valve disc sliding up and down inside the valve body to switch the connection of the two outlets to the inlet, achieving different function with well cooperation of the components and easy operation.
- 3. the switch is locked catch to the end face of the permanent seat, which is connected to the top of the extension rod of the valve disc, realizing the transmission between the switch and the valve disc.
- 4. The permanent seat has a periphery wall, the bottom side of which is helical surface. When the permanent seat rotates with the switch, the valve disc is driven to slide up and down inside the valve body with art structure.
- 5. Further including a nozzle connected to the first outlet outside the body. When the steam is exhausted out of the nozzle, it can wet local area of the cloth and soften it fast.
- 6. An iron is connected to the body, so the steam is heated secondary by the heating pan when entered into the second outlet from the inlet. The steam won't change to be liquid. The steam will exhausted from the steam outlet at the bottom of the iron to steaming iron the cloth.
- 7. A handle is rotately connected to the body. The axis of the handle is vertical to or coincidence to the axis of the iron to freely switch the states of garment steaming or ironing.

FIG. 1 to theFIG. 5 , the preferred embodiment of the steam blow head of the garment steamer in the present invention is provided. - The steam blow head includes a
body 100, aswitching unit 200, anozzle 300, aniron 400, ahandle 500, asteam switch 600 and an indicatinglight 700. - A
steam inlet 110 is disposed inside thebody 100. - The
switching unit 200 includes avalve body 210, avalve disc 220, aswitch 230 and apermanent seat 240, where: - The
valve body 210 disposed inside thebody 100 is disposed with aninlet 211 and twooutlets inlet 211 and thefirst outlet 212 are disposed on the surrounding of thevalve body 210. Thesecond outlet 213 is disposed at the bottom of thevalve body 210. Afirst steam outlet 214 and asecond steam outlet 215 are disposed inside thevalve body 210. When theinlet 211 is connected to thefirst outlet 212, afirst steam outlet 214 is formed between theinlet 211 and thefirst outlet 212; when theinlet 211 is connected to thesecond outlet 213, asecond steam outlet 215 is formed between theinlet 211 and thesecond outlet 213. - The
valve disc 220 is controlled by theswitch 230, and sliding connected to thevalve body 210 inside. Thevalve disc 220 is disposed with anextension rod 221 out of thevalve body 210. Apiston 222 can be sleeved in thevalve disc 220 as required to promote the sealed characteristic. The periphery wall and the bottom side of thevalve disc 220 are disposed withpiston 222. - The
switch 230 is disposed outside the top of thebody 100, and a poking button is disposed on the surrounding of theswitch 230 for use-friendly. - The
switch 230 is locked catch to the end face of thepermanent seat 240. With which thepermanent seat 240 is fixed to theswitch 230, which is then faced to the end face of thepermanent seat 240. As figured in theFIG. 5 , thepermanent seat 240 has aperiphery wall 241, and thebottom side 242 is helical surface. The bottom side of the periphery wall of thepermanent seat 240 is withstood and sliding connected to the top of the extension rod. - The
nozzle 300 is connected to thefirst outlet 212 through asilicone tube 310 and disposed outside the side face of thebody 100. When the steam is exhausted out of thenozzle 300, the garment steamer can wet the local area of the cloth and soften it fast. - The
iron 400 is connected to the bottom of thebody 100. aheating pan 410 is disposed at the bottom of theiron 400. the steam is heated secondary by the heating pan to prevent the steam changing to be liquid; several steam outlets are disposed on the bottom surface of the iron 400 (not represent in the drawings). When the steam is exhausted out of the steam opening, the steam blow head can steam the cloth. - A
steam switch 600 and a indicating light 700 are disposed outside thebody 100. - The steam blow head is connected to the steam generator by a steam pipe. The steam pipe and the steam generator are not represented in the drawings.
- The principle of the steam blow head is as the listed:
- When the garment steamer is at the steaming state, as figured in the
FIG. 1 and theFIG. 2 , the axis of thehandle 500 is vertical to that of theiron 400. power on to startup the steam generator, when the indicating light 700 is on, the steam is full enough. Then press on thesteam switch 600, the steam is moved to thesteam inlet 100 of thebody 100 along the steam pipe. Snap theknob button 231 of theswitch 230 to make theperiphery wall 241 of thepermanent seat 240 rotating with theswitch 230. When the highest end of theperiphery wall 241 withstands the top of theextension rod 221, stop to snap. Theextension rod 211 will push thevalve disc 220 moving downward inside thevalve body 210 with the withstanding of thebottom side 242. This time the bottom of thevalve disc 220 is situated below theinlet 211 and thefirst outlet 212. so theinlet 211 is connected to thefirst outlet 212, the steam is moving from thesteam inlet 110 to theinlet 211, then moving out of thefirst outlet 212 after passing by thefirst steam outlet 214. Then the steam reaches to thenozzle 300 through thesilicone tube 310 and exhausts out of thenozzle 300. The user handles thenozzle 300 to the cloth portion to wet and soften it. - When the steam is needed to be exhausted out of the
second outlet 213, keep on rotating theknob button 231 of theswitch 230 to make thepermanent seat 240 rotating. As the transmission between thevalve disc 220 and theswitch 230, the position of thevalve disc 220 inside thevalve body 210 is adjustable. Thevalve disc 220 stops sliding when it reaches to the position above theinlet 211 and below thefirst inlet 212. This time thesecond steam outlet 215 is connected to theinlet 211, and the steam is exhausted out of thesecond outlet 213. - The steam blow head is situated in the ironing state, as figured in the
FIG. 3 and theFIG. 4 . Rotate thehandle 500 to make the axis is coincidence to that of theiron 400. Power on to startup the steam generator, when the indicating light 700 is on, the steam is full enough. Then press on thesteam switch 600, the steam is moved to thesteam inlet 100 of thebody 100 along the steam pipe. Snap theknob button 231 of theswitch 230 to make theperiphery wall 241 of thepermanent seat 240 rotating with theswitch 230. When the highest end of theperiphery wall 241 withstands the top of theextension rod 221, stop to snap. Theextension rod 211 will push thevalve disc 220 moving upward inside thevalve body 210 with the withstanding of thebottom side 242. This time the bottom of thevalve disc 220 is situated above theinlet 211 and below thefirst outlet 212. so theinlet 211 is connected to thesecond outlet 213, the steam is moving from thesteam inlet 110 to theinlet 211, then moving out of thesecond outlet 213 after passing by thesecond steam outlet 215 to be heated secondary by theheating pan 410. Then the steam reaches to thenozzle 300 through thesilicone tube 310 and exhausts out of thenozzle 300. The user handles the steam blow head to iron the cloth. - Similarly, the function to wet and soft the local area of cloth is applied for the ironing, the operation is as the listed: keep on rotating the
knob button 231 of theswitch 230 to make thepermanent seat 240 rotating. As the transmission between thevalve disc 220 and theswitch 230, the position thevalve disc 220 inside thevalve body 210 is adjustable. Thevalve disc 220 stops sliding when it reaches to the position below theinlet 211 and thefirst inlet 212. This time thefirst steam outlet 214 is connected to theinlet 211, and the steam is moving from thefirst outlet 212 to thenozzle 300 through thesilicone tube 310 and exhausted from thenozzle 300. the user handles thenozzle 300 to the cloth portion to wet and soften it. - When in garment steaming or ironing, the user keeps on snapping the
switch 230 to making the steam exhausted out of thenozzle 300 intermittently. So it can wet the local area of the cloth and soften it fast in the garment steaming state or the ironing state, promoting the efficiency of clothing controlling. - Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.
Claims (15)
1. A steam blow head of the garment steamer, wherein includes a body and a switching unit;
The body is disposed with a steam inlet, a first steam outlet and a second steam outlet;
The switching unit includes a valve body with an inlet and two outlets, a valve disc movable to switch the connection between the two outlets and the inlet and a switch; the inlet is connected to the steam inlet, the two outlets are connected separately to the first steam outlet and the second steam outlet, the valve disc is movable connected to the inside of the valve body, the switch is driving connected to the valve disc and situated outside the body.
2. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 1 , wherein the switching unit further includes a permanent seat, the bottom side of the periphery wall of which is helical surface.
3. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 2 , wherein the switch is locked to the end face of the permanent seat, the valve disc is connected to a extension rod which is disposed outside the valve body, the bottom side of the periphery wall of the permanent seat is withstood the top of the extension rod.
4. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 1 , wherein further includes a nozzle connected to the first outlet and disposed out of the body.
5. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 1 , wherein further includes an iron is connected to the second outlet and the body, a heating pan is disposed at the bottom of the iron.
6. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 1 , wherein further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
7. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 1 , wherein further includes a steam switch connected to the steam generator through a steam pipe.
8. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 2 , wherein further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
9. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 3 , wherein further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
10. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 4 , wherein further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
11. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 5 , wherein further includes a handle rotately connected to the body.
12. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 2 , wherein further includes a steam switch connected to the steam generator through a steam pipe.
13. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 3 , wherein further includes a steam switch connected to the steam generator through a steam pipe.
14. The steam blow head of the garment steamer according to the claim 4 , wherein further includes a steam switch connected to the steam generator through a steam pipe.
