clip 100 according to the present invention includes a pair ofwing portions 110 placed at the front end and asupport portion 130 coupled to the back of the pair ofwing portions 110. Thewing portions 110 and thesupport portion 130 are integrally formed. Thewing portions 110 generally have a shape like the ear of a rabbit, having a width greater than a thickness. - The pair of
wing portions 110 is operated to widen or narrow in opposite directions, and they provide guide to a plastic bag so that the plastic bag is smoothly and naturally arranged at the insertion space in the middle of thewing portions 110. For this purpose, the pair ofwing portions 110 includes aguide portion 111 disposed in opposite directions and areception portion 113 backward coupled to theguide portion 111 and configured to receive the plastic bag. - The
guide portion 111 includes twoopposite guide members guide members FIG. 3 , thus forming a frontend space portion 111 c. The frontend space portion 111 c has the narrowest gap between theguide members end space portion 111 c according to circumstances. It is, however, preferred that the frontend space portion 111 c of a specific size be included in order to have a soft plastic bag inserted therein. - When the upper binding portion of a plastic bag is pushed from the front to the back of the
clip 100, the plastic bag is naturally guided into the middle portion of the clip by means of theguide portion 111. Here, as shown inFIG. 3 , theguide portion 111 is configured to have theopposite guide members - Furthermore, as shown in
FIG. 4 , when seen from the front of the clip, theguide portion 111 has thebrims guide members guide portion 111 is gradually narrowed from thebrims guide portion 111, so that the plastic bag is guided in an arrow direction so that it is naturally moved to the center of theguide portion 111. - The
reception portion 113 of the present invention includes twoextension members respective guide members guide portion 111 via the frontend space portion 111 c. The twoextension members reception space portion 113 c for receiving a plastic bag is formed between the twoextension members reception space portion 113 c is formed bigger than the frontend space portion 111 c of theguide portion 111. - Meanwhile, the
support portion 130 is coupled to thewing portions 110 of the present invention and configured to maintain tensile strength at the portion where the twoextension members FIG. 5 ,reinforcement ribs 150 may be further formed to have respective curved surfaces in order to reinforce the strength of a portion in which thewing portions 110 are coupled to thesupport portion 130. This construction increases sealing force by strengthening the inward restoring force of the pair ofwing portions 110 and also supplements durability so that the clip is not broken down even after repetitive use. - The
support portion 130 of the present invention has a disk form backward exposed. A back side of thesupport portion 130 is externally exposed and is formed to have a smooth surface slightly curved in order to give a feeling of contact when thesupport portion 130 is grasped. - Here, the
support portion 130 functions to reinforce the entire strength of the clip and also to enable the clip to be easily grasped. Furthermore, when a user pushes theclip 100 forward with the thumb touching thesupport portion 130 in order to put the upper binding portion of a plastic bag in thereception space portion 113 c of thewing portions 110 as shown inFIGS. 7 and 8 , thesupport portion 130 prevents thewing portions 110 from being inclined from side to side and supports thewing portions 110 so that theclip 100 does not slide or turn. Consequently, thesupport portion 130 functions to have theclip 100 settled in the plastic bag in a direction in which force is applied by a user. - The use of the clip of the present invention is described below.
-
FIGS. 6 to 10 are perspective views showing the use of the clip of the present invention.FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which the clip of the present invention is grasped by the hand, andFIGS. 7 and 8 are diagrams showing a process of the clip of the present invention being settled in a plastic bag. - Referring to
FIG. 6 , theclip 100 of the present invention is grasped by fingers and then moved to a specific position of a plastic bag in which the clip will be settled. At this time, thesupport portion 130 of theclip 100 is supported by the thumb, and theguide portion 111 of thewing portions 110 is grasped by an index finger or another finger. - Referring to
FIG. 7 , an upper portion of aplastic bag 300 is neatly arranged and then pushed toward theguide portion 111 in front of theclip 100. Here, the upper scattered binding portion of theplastic bag 300 is moved along the slant face (i.e., an arrow direction) of theguide portion 111 of thewing portions 110. The movedplastic bag 300 is arranged at the frontend space portion 111 c in the middle of theguide portion 111. Here, it is preferred that thesupport portion 130 of theclip 100 be supported by the thumb. - Referring to
FIGS. 8 and 9 , the upper binding portion of theplastic bag 300, arranged at the frontend space portion 111 c of theclip 100 of the present invention, continues to be pushed backward. At this time, the compressed upper binding portion of theplastic bag 100 passes through the frontend space portion 111 c of theguide portion 111, having a relatively narrow width, and it is then put in thereception space portion 113 c formed in the rear. Here, since the frontend space portion 111 c has a relatively very smaller size than thereception space portion 113 c, the upper binding portion of theplastic bag 300 put in thereception space portion 113 c is not forwardly drawn out from thereception space portion 113 c. - Meanwhile, in order to fully preclude air from flowing into the
plastic bag 300, as shown inFIG. 10 , the upper binding portion of theplastic bag 300 has only to be rolled once on the basis of one of theextension members FIG. 9 and then inserted in thereception space portion 113 c through the frontend space portion 111 c (refer to an arrow direction). - As described above, in the
clip 100 of the present invention, the upper binding portion of theplastic bag 300 can be easily put in thereception space portion 113 c of theclip 100 by pushing the upper binding portion of theplastic bag 300 toward thewing portions 110 while pressing thesupport portion 130 using the thumb. Accordingly, theclip 100 can be used simply and rapidly. Furthermore, theclip 100 of the present invention can be used for a long term because it does not break down even after repetitive use and provides a graceful beauty because it has a cute shape like the ear of a rabbit.
