Abstract
A retaining structure with double-face carrier function includes a carrier unit, an elastic unit and a retaining unit. The carrier unit has a carrier body and a through hole passing through the carrier body. The elastic unit has a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole. The retaining unit has a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole. Each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion. The pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a retaining structure, a disk retaining structure and a disk storage structure, in particular, to a retaining structure, a disk retaining structure and a disk storage structure with double-face carrier function.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- Please refers to
FIGS. 1A and 1B , the disk storage box 1 a includes abase seat 10 a and aconvex portion 11 a. The convexportion 11 a is installed on the center of thebase seat 10 a, and theconvex portion 11 a has a plenty ofconvexes 110 a, the shape ofconvexes 110 a are shown as actinoid. When adisk 12 a is installed on theconvex portion 11 a, thehole 120 a ofdisk 12 a can be installed around the edge ofconvex portion 11 a, then thedisk 12 a is stored in the disk storage box 1 a. However, theconvex portion 11 a cannot fix thedisk 12 a without other detail members, so that thedisk 12 a is easy to take off from the disk storage box 1 a. As a result, the surface ofdisk 12 a will be scraped by using of the incorrect storage box. - In order to solve the above-mentioned deficiency of the related art, another disk storage box has been developed. Please refer to
FIGS. 2A to 2C , thedisk storage box 1 b includes abase seat 10 b and acover 20 b, and thebase seat 10 b is pivotally engaged with thecover 20 b each other. Thebase seat 10 b has achamfer 11 b which is used to accommodating thedisk 30 b (as shown inFIG. 5 ). A plenty ofpositioning pieces 12 b are arranged around the center of thechamfer 11 b, and thepositioning pieces 12 b are arranged around thechamfer 11 b to form a circle-shape. Aflexible buckle 13 b is formed between every twopositioning pieces 12 b, and eachflexible buckle 13 b has an acclivous shape which is extended downwardly and inwardly. Therefore, thedisk 30 b will be positioned on thepositioning piece 12 b easily and installed in thechamfer 11 b steadily by matching theflexible buckle 13 b and thecenter hole 31 b of thedisk 30 b. - However, in this design of the related art disk
storage box structure 1 b, thedisk 30 b must be positioned to thechamfer 11 b, thepositioning piece 12 b and theflexible buckle 13 b more accurately, as to fix thecenter hole 31 b ofdisk 30 b through the cooperation of thepositioning piece 12 b andflexible buckle 13 b. If thedisk 30 b does not position more accurately, thedisk 30 b will be damaged or scraped. - In view of the aforementioned issues, the present invention provides a retaining structure, a disk retaining structure and a disk storage structure that all have the same double-face carrier function.
- To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides a disk retaining structure with double-face carrier function. The disk retaining structure includes a carrier unit, an elastic unit and a retaining unit. The carrier unit has a carrier body and a through hole passing through the carrier body. At least two disks are respectively disposed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the carrier body, and each disk has a hole. The elastic unit has a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole. The retaining unit has a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole, and the retaining elements pass through the holes for positioning the at least two disks. Each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion. The pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
- To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides a disk storage structure with double-face carrier function. The disk storage structure includes a disk storage box, a carrier unit, an elastic unit and a retaining unit. The disk storage box has a top cover unit and a bottom cover unit corresponding to the top cover unit. One end of the top cover unit and one end of the bottom cover unit are connected with each other in order to selectively open or close the disk storage box. The carrier unit has a carrier body received in the disk storage box and a through hole passing through the carrier body. The elastic unit has a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole. The retaining unit has a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole and disposed in the disk storage box. Each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion. The pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
- To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the present invention provides a retaining structure with double-face carrier function. The retaining structure includes a carrier unit, an elastic unit and a retaining unit. The carrier unit has a carrier body and a through hole passing through the carrier body. The elastic unit has a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole. The retaining unit has a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole. Each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion. The pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
- Therefore, because the pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately, the present invention can effectively reduce manufacturing cost. Moreover, the present invention can carry at least two disks at the same time by matching the elastic unit and the retaining unit, so that the disk retaining structure has a double-face carrier function.
- In order to further understand the techniques, means and effects the present invention takes for achieving the prescribed objectives, the following detailed descriptions and appended drawings are hereby referred, such that, through which, the purposes, features and aspects of the present invention can be thoroughly and concretely appreciated; however, the appended drawings are provided solely for reference and illustration, without any intention that they be used for limiting the present invention.

FIGS. 3A to 3E , the present invention provides a disk retaining structure S with double-face carrier function, including: acarrier unit 1, anelastic unit 2 and aretaining unit 3. For example, thecarrier unit 1, theelastic unit 2 and the retainingunit 3 are integrated to form one piece in the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 3A and 3B , thecarrier unit 1 has acarrier body 10 and a throughhole 11 passing through thecarrier body 10, and the throughhole 11 has ageometric center line 11 a. In addition, at least two disks D (such as VCD, DVD or any type of disk) are respectively disposed on a top surface and a bottom surface of thecarrier body 10, and each disk D has a hole D1. In other words, the retainingunit 3 passes through the holes D1 for positioning the at least two disks D on the top surface and the bottom surface of thecarrier body 10. Besides, thecarrier unit 1 has at least fouropenings 12 passing through thecarrier body 10 and adjacent to corners of thecarrier body 10, so that the user can take the disk D out easily by the design of theopenings 12. - Moreover, referring to
FIGS. 3C to 3E , theelastic unit 2 has a plurality ofelastic arms 20 extended from an inner surface of the throughhole 11. In the present embodiment, theelastic arms 20 are surroundingly arranged along the inner surface of the throughhole 11, and theelastic arms 20 are extended towards thegeometric center line 11 a. - Furthermore, the retaining
unit 3 has a plurality of retainingelements 30 passing through the throughhole 11, and the retainingelements 30 pass through the hole D1 of each disk D for positioning the at least two disks D as shown inFIGS. 3A and 3B . Each retainingelement 30 has a retainingportion 300 connected to at least two of theelastic arms 20 and extended above and under the throughhole 11, apressing portion 301 extended inwards from one end of the retainingportion 300 and at least oneprotrusion portion 302 disposed on an outer surface of the retainingportion 300 and adjacent to thepressing portion 301. The user can press thepressing portion 301 to withdraw the disks D. In addition, thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately as shown inFIG. 3C and thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately. - In the present embodiment, the number of the retaining
elements 30 is six, the number of thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 is three, and the number of thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 is three. The threepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately and the threepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately. In addition, thepressing portions 301 are extended towards thegeometric center line 11 a, and eachprotrusion portion 302 and every twoelastic arms 20 are disposed beside the same external side of the retainingportion 300 of each retainingelement 30. Moreover, thecarrier body 10 has a plurality of stripping holes 100 (as shown inFIGS. 3C and 3D ) in the throughhole 11, and each strippinghole 100 is surrounded by each retainingportion 300 and every twoelastic arms 20. - In another embodiment, the number of the retaining
elements 30 may be four, the number of thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 may be two, and the number of thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 may be two. In other embodiment, the number of the retainingelements 30 may be eight, the number of thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 may be four, and the number of thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 may be four. - Hence, the
pressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately and thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately, so that the present invention can effectively reduce manufacturing cost. Moreover, the present invention can carry at least two disks D at the same time by matching theelastic unit 2 and the retainingunit 3, so that the disk retaining structure S has a double-face carrier function. - Referring to
FIGS. 3A to 3E , the present invention also can provide a retaining structure with double-face carrier function, including: acarrier unit 1, anelastic unit 2 and aretaining unit 3. Thecarrier unit 1 has acarrier body 10 and a throughhole 11 passing through thecarrier body 10. Theelastic unit 2 has a plurality ofelastic arms 20 extended from an inner surface of the throughhole 11. The retainingunit 3 has a plurality of retainingelements 30 passing through the throughhole 11. Each retainingelement 30 has a retainingportion 300 connected to at least two of theelastic arms 20 and extended above and under the throughhole 11, apressing portion 301 extended inwards from one end of the retainingportion 300 and at least oneprotrusion portion 302 disposed on an outer surface of the retainingportion 300 and adjacent to thepressing portion 301. In addition, thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately and thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately. - Furthermore, the disk retaining structure S also may be applied to a disk storage box. Referring to
FIGS. 4A , 4B, 1A and 1C, the present invention provides a disk storage structure with double-face carrier function, including: a disk storage box C, acarrier unit 1, anelastic unit 2 and aretaining unit 3. - The disk storage box C has a top cover unit C1 and a bottom cover unit C2 corresponding to the top cover unit C1, and one end of the top cover unit C1 and one end of the bottom cover unit C2 are connected with each other as shown in
FIG. 4A in order to selectively open or close the disk storage box C. Thecarrier unit 1 has acarrier body 10 received in the disk storage box C and a throughhole 11 passing through thecarrier body 10. Theelastic unit 2 has a plurality ofelastic arms 20 extended from an inner surface of the throughhole 11. The retainingunit 3 has a plurality of retainingelements 30 passing through the throughhole 11 and disposed in the disk storage box C. Besides, each retainingelement 30 has a retainingportion 300 connected to at least two of theelastic arms 20 and extended above and under the throughhole 11, apressing portion 301 extended inwards from one end of the retainingportion 300 and at least oneprotrusion portion 302 disposed on an outer surface of the retainingportion 300 and adjacent to thepressing portion 301. In addition, thepressing portions 301 above the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately and thepressing portions 301 under the throughhole 11 are arranged alternately. - The above-mentioned descriptions merely represent solely the preferred embodiments of the present invention, without any intention or ability to limit the scope of the present invention which is fully described only within the following claims. Various equivalent changes, alterations or modifications based on the claims of present invention are all, consequently, viewed as being embraced by the scope of the present invention.
Claims (17)
1. A disk retaining structure with double-face carrier function, comprising:
a carrier unit having a carrier body and a through hole passing through the carrier body, wherein at least two disks are respectively disposed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the carrier body, and each disk has a hole;
an elastic unit having a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole; and
a retaining unit having a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole, and the retaining elements pass through the holes for positioning the at least two disks, wherein each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion, and the pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
2. The disk retaining structure according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier unit has at least four openings passing through the carrier body and adjacent to corners of the carrier body.
3. The disk retaining structure according to claim 1 , wherein the carrier body has a plurality of stripping holes in the through hole, and each stripping hole is surrounded by each retaining portion and every two elastic arms.
4. The disk retaining structure according to claim 1 , wherein the elastic arms are surroundingly arranged along the inner surface of the through hole.
5. The disk retaining structure according to claim 1 , wherein the through hole has a geometric center line, and the elastic arms and the pressing portions are extended towards the geometric center line.
6. The disk retaining structure according to claim 1 , wherein each protrusion portion and every two elastic arms are disposed beside the same external side of each retaining portion.
7. A disk storage structure with double-face carrier function, comprising:
a disk storage box having a top cover unit and a bottom cover unit corresponding to the top cover unit, wherein one end of the top cover unit and one end of the bottom cover unit are connected with each other in order to selectively open or close the disk storage box;
a carrier unit having a carrier body received in the disk storage box and a through hole passing through the carrier body;
an elastic unit having a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole; and
a retaining unit having a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole and disposed in the disk storage box, wherein each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion, and the pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
8. The disk storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the carrier unit has at least four openings passing through the carrier body and adjacent to corners of the carrier body.
9. The disk storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the carrier body has a plurality of stripping holes in the through hole, and each stripping hole is surrounded by each retaining portion and every two elastic arms.
10. The disk storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the elastic arms are surroundingly arranged along the inner surface of the through hole.
11. The disk storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein the through hole has a geometric center line, and the elastic arms and the pressing portions are extended towards the geometric center line.
12. The disk storage structure according to claim 7 , wherein each protrusion portion and every two elastic arms are disposed beside the same external side of each retaining portion.
13. A retaining structure with double-face carrier function, comprising:
a carrier unit having a carrier body and a through hole passing through the carrier body;
an elastic unit having a plurality of elastic arms extended from an inner surface of the through hole; and
a retaining unit having a plurality of retaining elements passing through the through hole, wherein each retaining element has a retaining portion connected to at least two of the elastic arms and extended above and under the through hole, a pressing portion extended inwards from one end of the retaining portion and at least one protrusion portion disposed on an outer surface of the retaining portion and adjacent to the pressing portion, and the pressing portions above the through hole are arranged alternately and the pressing portions under the through hole are arranged alternately.
14. The retaining structure according to claim 13 , wherein the carrier unit has at least four openings passing through the carrier body and adjacent to corners of the carrier body, and the elastic arms are surroundingly arranged along the inner surface of the through hole.
15. The retaining structure according to claim 13 , wherein the carrier body has a plurality of stripping holes in the through hole, and each stripping hole is surrounded by each retaining portion and every two elastic arms.
16. The retaining structure according to claim 13 , wherein the through hole has a geometric center line, and the elastic arms and the pressing portions are extended towards the geometric center line.
17. The retaining structure according to claim 13 , wherein each protrusion portion and every two elastic arms are disposed beside the same external side of each retaining portion.
