Abstract
An adjustable pole mount includes a pair of mounting members and a fixing portion. Each of the mounting members includes a clamping portion, a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the clamping portion and each define at least one adjusting hole. The fixing portion is connected to at least one of the pair of mounting members. The clamping portions of the mounting members cooperatively clamp the pole. Guide bolts extend through the adjusting holes and are coupled to nuts. Distance between the clamping portions can be adjusted by way of adjusting the coupling position of the nuts on the guide bolts.

- The details of the disclosure, both as to its structure and operation, can best be understood by referring to the accompanying drawings, in which like reference numbers and designations refer to like elements.
-
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of one embodiment of an adjustable pole mount of the present disclosure; -
FIG. 2 is an assembly diagram of one embodiment of the adjustable pole mount ofFIG. 1 and a pole in accordance with the present disclosure; and -
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of an adjustable pole mount of the present disclosure. -
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of one embodiment of anadjustable pole mount 10 of the present disclosure.FIG. 2 is an assembly diagram of one embodiment of theadjustable pole mount 10 ofFIG. 1 and apole 20 in accordance with the present disclosure. Theadjustable pole mount 10 is adapted for fixing equipment (not labeled) to various poles with different diameters, such as thepole 20. - In the embodiment, the
adjustable pole mount 10 includes a pair ofmounting members fixing portion 16. Themounting members clamping portion 100, a first connectingportion 102, and a second connectingportion 104. It should be noted that elements with same types are labeled in the same way so as to make the figures clearer. - The clamping
portions 100 are structured for clamping to thepole 20. The clampingportions 100 of the pair of mountingmembers pole 20. In the embodiment, theclamping portions 100 are shaped specifically for generally clamping round poles but may be structured for other shapes. - The first connecting
portion 102 is connected to one end of theclamping portion 100. The second connectingportion 104 is connected to another end of theclamping portion 100. In the embodiment, the first connectingportion 102 and the second connectingportion 104 are in a same plane and substantially perpendicular to thefixing portion 16. In the embodiment, the first connectingportion 102 and the second connectingportion 104 each define at least one adjustinghole 1020.Guide bolts 1022 extend through the adjustingholes 1020 of the first connectingportion 102 and the second connectingportion 104 and are coupled tonuts 1024 to tightly fix the pair of mountingmembers pole 20. Distance between the pair ofmounting members nuts 1024 on theguide bolts 1022 to accommodate the diameter of thepole 20. - In the embodiment, the adjusting
hole 1020 is a sliding slot. The sliding slot extends perpendicular to thepole 20. Theguide bolts 1022 can slide in the sliding slots if further adjustment is needed to accommodate the diameter of thepole 20. In another embodiment, the adjustinghole 1020 is a guide hole. Theguide bolts 1022 extend through the guide holes so as to fix the clampingportions 100. As such, theguide bolts 1022 cannot slide in the guide holes. - The
fixing portion 16 is fixed to at least one of the pair of mountingmembers fixing portion 10 is connected to the second connectingportion 104. Each of themounting members fixing portion 16 and eachfixing portion 16 defines at least onefixing slot 160. Thefixing portion 16 is fixed to the equipment by afixing bolt 162. Thefixing bolt 162 can slide in thefixing slot 160 to adjust distance between the pair offixing portions 16 to accommodate the diameter of thepole 20. In another embodiment, only one of thefixing portions 16 defines at least onefixing slot 160 and the other is attached to the equipment. In this way, only the one of thefixing portions 16, which defines thefixing slot 160, needs to be moved. -
FIG. 2 is an assembly diagram of one embodiment of theadjustable pole mount 10 ofFIG. 1 and thepole 20 in accordance with the present disclosure. Firstly, the clampingportions 100 of the pair of mountingmembers pole 20. Secondly, theguide bolts 1022 extend through the adjustingholes 1020 and are coupled to thenuts 1024 to fix theguide bolts 1022. Thirdly, thefixing bolts 162 extend through thefixing slots 160 of thefixing portions 16 at a suitable position to fix the fixingportions 16 to the equipment. As such, theadjustable pole mount 10 is firmly assembled with thepole 20 and supporting the equipment. - If the
pole 20 is of a different diameter, only the coupling positions of thenuts 1024 and theguide bolts 1022, and the positions of thefixing bolts 162 in thefixing slots 160 need to be changed, to accommodate smaller or larger diameter pole. If the adjustinghole 1020 is the sliding slot, theguide bolt 1022 slides in the sliding slot to adjust to different accommodating diameter. -
FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of anadjustable pole mount 30 of the present disclosure. In the embodiment, theadjustable pole mount 30 includes theadjustable pole mount 10 ofFIG. 1 and abase portion 18. Thebase portion 18 is connected to thefixing portion 16 and structured to be assembled to the equipment. Thefixing bolts 162 extend through thefixing slots 160 of thefixing portions 16 and fix thefixing portions 16 to thebase portion 18.
