- As the brush for the make-up of eyelash, there are a brush, which is made by twisting the Nylon hairs laid on the iron core of two strands including regular length with the iron core as much as the regular number of times, and a rubber brush, which is made by forming the disk-type comb tooth which is made of rubber to be continued and repeated.
- The brush, which is made of Nylon hair, of the mascara brushes is capable of combing and creating the curl of eyelash but there are technical problems which the user's eye may be hit or stimulated due to user's carelessness while using the brush.
- To solve the problems of the mascara brush which is made of the Nylon hair, the rubber brush is provided.
- The rubber brush is comprised of the disk-type comb tooth, which is continued and repeated and there are various types of the rubber brushes for which the consumer's needs can be satisfied by varying the structure or the arrangement of the disk-type comb tooth.
- For examples, there are Korean Utility Model Regs. Nos. 378739, 384765, 388025, 388026, 388028 and 388030, and the utility model registrations are related to the conventional mascara rubber brushes which are designed by the applicant of the present invention.
- The consumer prefers to the conventional U.M. registrations, which the material quality is very soft but there are technical problems which it is difficult to lift the eyelash up and to create the curl of eyelash.
- Thus, the applicant designed the mascara brush according to the present invention so which the demerits of the mascara brush including which the mascara brush, which is made of the Nylon hair, and the rubber brush in rubber, which is comprised of the disk-type plate comb tooth, can be improved.
- The Korean U.M. Application No. 20-2007-0005845 of those examples is related to the mascara brush, which is made by mixing the rubber hair, which is made by forming the rubber as the Nylon hair, with the disk-type plate comb tooth to be sufficiently shown a function of the mascara brush, which is made of the Nylon hair.
- The mascara brushes of the conventional applications which have advantages/shortages as described above, have technical problems which the user has to use by turning the brush from side to side when the user makes up the eyelash since the rubber hair and the disk-type plate comb tooth are divided into two up and down, and the mascara liquid is still dropped by the load since the mascara liquid, which is restored to the rubber hair, is still remained when the mascara liquid, which is restored to the plate comb tooth, is applied to the eyelash.
- The present invention is designed to solve those shortages as mentioned above.
- An objection of the present invention is to provide a mascara brush which the brush core, which is made of rubber, is divided into two in length direction and the disk-type plate comb tooth is formed to one side to be continued and repeated, the rubber hair is formed to another side in all directions, which has effects which the stimulus which is applied to the eyelash can be reduced by manufacturing the disk-type plate comb tooth and the rubber hair, which is made of the soft and elastic rubber, and the brush, which is comprised of the conventional disk-type plate comb tooth and the brush, which is comprised of the Nylon hair, can be used by forming the plate comb tooth and the rubber hair to both sides in a line along with the length direction of the brush core, which has an advantage which the eyelash can be naturally made-up without the aggregation of eyelash by arranging the eyelash by turning the brush slightly after applying the mascara liquid, which is restored to the inserting portion of the comb between the plate comb tooth, to the eyelash when the user combs hair and lifts up the eyelash.
- Another objection of the present invention is to provide a mascara brush, which can be used by turning slightly without moving from side to side when the user uses the plate comb tooth or the rubber hair by forming the plate comb tooth and the rubber hair in a line in length direction of the brush core.
- The objections of the present invention as described above can be achieved by the mascara brush, which is characterized in forming the disc-type plate comb hair to one side to be continued and repeated, and forming the rubber hair to another side to be repeated in all directions against the plate comb tooth after dividing into two along with the length direction of the brush core, which is connected with the brush stick.
- As described above, the mascara brush for the eyelash make-up according to the present invention comprising of, forming a disc type plate comb tooth (20) to one side to be continued and repeated after dividing the brush core (1), which is made of rubber, into two in a length, forming a rubber hair (30) to another to be continued and repeated side in all directions against the plate comb tooth (20) has advantages which the stimulus of the eyelash can be reduced since the disc-type plate comb tooth (20) and the rubber hair (30) are made of the soft and elastic rubber, and the brush, which is comprised of the disc-type plate comb tooth (20) and the brush, which is comprised of the Nylon hair, can be used at once since the plate comb tooth (20) and the rubber hair (30) are formed to both sides in a line along with the length direction of the brush core (10), and the natural make-up of the eyelash can be accomplished without aggregation of the eyelash, wherein the eyelash can be evenly arranged by the rubber hair (30) while turning the brush slightly after sufficiently applying the mascara liquid which is restored to the inserting portion of a comb (22) between the plate comb tooth (20) to the eyelash when the user combs an lifts the eyelash up.

FIG. 9 toFIG. 10 ) - An embodiment 6 of the mascara brush is shown, which is comprised of, forming a plate comb tooth (20) to one side after dividing into two along with the length direction of a oval brush core (10) which the thickness of one side is thick and the thickness of another side is thin when the user looks in front side, and forming a rubber hair (30) to another side against the plate comb tooth (20) to be repeated in all directions. (Please refer to
FIG. 11 toFIG. 12 ) - An embodiment 7 of the mascara brush is shown, which is comprised of, forming a plate comb tooth (20) including such a part (23) which a part of disc is eliminated to one side after dividing into two along with the length direction of a brush core (10), and forming a rubber hair (30) to another side against the plate comb tooth (20) to be repeated in all directions. (Please refer to
FIG. 13 toFIG. 14 ) - Since the mascara brush as described above is comprised of a disc-type plate comb tooth (20) including a comb tooth projecting portion (21) forming to one side after dividing into two along with the length of a brush core (10), a rubber hair (30) forming to another side in all directions, the mascara liquid may be sufficiently smeared the comb tooth project portion (21) and the comb tooth insert portion (22) between the comb tooth project portion (21) and also the mascara liquid may be smeared between the rubber hair (30) when the mascara brush is put and taken out to the container in which the mascara liquid is put for the make-up of eyelash.

- Since the eyelash, which is sufficiently applied by the plate comb tooth (20), is made up in such a condition which the eyelash is lifted up by the rubber hair (30), which is formed to another side against the plate comb tooth (20), the smooth curling may be accomplished.
- Since the rubber hair (30) is penetrated between a strand of eyelashes and the eyelash is lifted up evenly when the eyelash is lifted up by the rubber hair (30), the curling may be accomplished excellently.
- Since the plate comb tooth (20) and the rubber hair (30) are mixed and formed by dividing into two along with the length direction of the brush core (1), it may be used by turning the mascara brush slightly when the plate comb tooth (20) and the rubber hair (30) are used at the same time and the function and the use of the mascara brush can be improved thereby.
