The bottom portion has a receiving chamber recessed from a lower end of the bottom portion. An outer edge of the top portion has two ears which are arranged at two opposite ends of a radius line. Each ear has two free ends. A first strap connects the free ends of the two different ears which are at the same side. The second strap connects another two free ends; and the first strap and second strap are connected and around a periphery of the body. A middle section of a surface of the first strap has a buckle. A middle section of a surface of the second strap has a connecting portion corresponding to the buckle of the first strap.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to food containers, and particularly to an easy-carried food container, wherein two straps are added to the food containers. A bottom of the food container has a recess for receiving the straps so that the food container can be taken easily and also can be overlapped with less space for storage.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Conventional plastic food box has no carrying strap and thus it is taken by hands. However if the user has carried an object by one hand, it is inconvenient for the user to further carry the food box. If the food box and food are microwaved in a microwave box, the surface temperature of the box will increase and thus it further increments the inconvenience in carrying.
  • In the prior art plastic food box, a handle is added to the box so as to make the box to be easily carried. However the design still has the following defects.
  • The handles are installed at two sides of a bottom of the box. It must be buckled to an upper cover. Furthermore, the handle is a rigid body. If the handles are not used, they will expand outwards, as illustrated in FIG. 1, so as to occupy a larger space. As a result, the space for arranging objects is reduced. This is disadvantageous as it is arranged in a supermarket. On the contrary, if the two handles are buckled, the box can not be overlapped for arrangement. This is disadvantageous for a store with a small space.
  • The handles are buckled at an upper side, as illustrated in FIG. 2, the user will contact the lateral sides of the handles. However it is possible to hurt the hands of the user.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the object of the present invention is to provide an easy-carried food container wherein two straps are added to the food contains. A bottom of the food container has a recess for receiving the strap so that the food container can be taken easily and also can be overlapped with less space for storage.
  • To achieve above object, the present invention provides an easy-carried food container, comprising: a body having a receiving space, a top portion and a bottom portion. An interior of the body has a top portion and a bottom portion. The bottom portion has a receiving chamber recessed from a lower end of the bottom portion. An outer edge of the top portion has two ears which are at two opposite ends of a radius line. The ear has two free ends. A first strap connects the free ends of the two different ears which are at the same side. The second strap connects another two free ends. The first strap and second strap are connected and around a periphery of the body. A middle section of a surface of the first strap has a buckle. A middle section of a surface of the second strap has a connecting portion corresponding to the buckle of the first strap. When the first strap and second strap move toward an upper side of the body, the buckle can buckled to the connecting portion so that the first strap and second strap are connected together. If the first strap and second strap move toward the bottom portion of the body, the bottom portion can be buckled to the connecting portion and then they are received in the receiving chamber of the body so as to reduce a space in carrying; more bodies can be overlapped with less space.
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a plane view of the food container of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 shows that the food container of the present invention is carried.
  • FIG. 3 is a lateral view of the food container of the present invention, wherein it is illustrated that different food containers can be overlapped.
  • FIG. 4 shows the buckling operation of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
  • With reference to FIG. 1, the food container of the present invention includes a body 1 having a receiving space 10, a top portion 11 and a bottom portion 12.
  • The body 1 has a bottom portion 12. An interior of the body 1 has a top portion 11 and a bottom portion 12.
  • The bottom portion 12 has a receiving chamber 121 recessed from a lower end of the bottom portion 12.
  • An outer edge of the top portion 11 has two ears 2, 3 which are at two opposite ends of a radius line. The ear 2 has two free ends 20, 21. The ear 3 has two free ends 30, 31. A first strap 4 connects the free ends 20, 30 of the ears 2, 3, respectively. The free ends 20, 30 are at the same side. The second strap 5 connects the free ends 21, 31 of the ears 2, 3, respectively. The free ends 21, 31 are at the same side. The first strap 4 has two U shape folding portions 41 near the ears 2, 3. The second strap 5 has two U shape folding portion 51 near the ears 2, 3 for changing the directions of the straps 4, 5. The first strap 4 and second strap 5 are connected and around a periphery of the body 1. A middle section of a surface of the first strap 4 has a buckle 40. A middle section of a surface of the second strap 5 has a connecting portion 50 corresponding to the buckle 40 of the first strap 4. Thereby as shown in FIG. 2, when the first strap 4 and second strap 5 move toward an upper side of the body 1, the buckle 40 can buckled to the connecting portion 50 so that the first strap 4 and second strap 5 are connected together. However, with referring to FIG. 3, if the first strap 4 and second strap 5 move to the bottom portion 12 of the body 1, the bottom portion 12 can be buckled to the connecting portion 50 and then they are received in the receiving chamber 121 of the body 1 so as to reduce a space in carrying. Furthermore, more bodies 1 can be overlapped with less space.
  • In above mentioned preferred embodiment, a top portion 11 of the body 1 has an opened space. The food to be received therein can be received in the receiving space 10. As shown in FIG. 2, an upper cover 6 serves to cover the top portion 11 of the body 1 to prevent the food from falling out.
  • Besides, preferably, the ears 2, 3 have a solid structure as illustrated in FIG. 1 so as to enhance the strength of the structure and the user can take the ears 2, 3 directly.
  • Moreover, the bottom portion 12 has a buckling surface 401 with a predetermined area. The connecting portion 50 has a connecting surface 501 with a predetermined area. The area of the buckling surface 401 is slightly smaller than that of the connecting surface 501, as shown in FIG. 4, so that the buckling surface 401 can be pressed into the connecting surface 501. Thus when the user holds the straps 4, 5, the user's hand will not hurt by the sharp surfaces 42, 52 at the lateral sides of the straps 4, 5.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
