Description

    FIELD OF CREATION
  • This creation relates to a multi-use washcloth primarily used for dispensing soap bar or liquid shower gel when used in bath or shower. It can also be used as an ice pack, and cosmetic bag
  • BACKGROUND OF CREATION
  • Most often when taking a shower the soap slips from your hand causing you to bend down to retrieve it which can cause an accidental fall that may cause injury. Furthermore the soap when left in the shower is often melts and become of little use.
  • It is useful for people with impaired hands that may have been caused by arthritis or similar disabilities, while handling wet soap while bathing. The soap may remain in the bag or be removed after use. The portability of the multi-use washcloth makes useful as an ice-pack or cosmetic bag.
  • DESCRIPTION OF CREATION
  • This idea of a portable soap holder and combination multi-use washcloth was conceived after hearing of relatives and friends injuring themselves while trying to retrieve dropped soap in the shower. The soap holder retains the bar of soap within the washcloth which makes it portable and convenient.
  • The creation is made from porous, soft and flexible cotton material The multi-use washcloth is a four sided strapless bag with hook-and-loop fasteners. It is easy to close and open by pulling the top ends together or apart.
  • This creation saves money by reducing the wastage of soap and helps avoid accidental injury.
  • BRIEF DESPRICTION OF DRAWING
  • FIG. 1 is the front view of the multi-use washcloth of this creation with hook and loop fasteners.
  • FIG. 2 is the top view of the multi-use washcloth showing the insertion point for the bar soap and shower gel.
  • FIG. 3 is the back view of the multi-use washcloth of this creation with hook and loop fasteners.
  • SPECIFICATIONS
  • With reference to the drawings, a multi-use washcloth 4 is illustrated in FIG. 1. The multi-use washcloth of claim 1 is made of cotton material that is soft, porous and flexible that can produce generous amounts of lather.
  • The multi-use washcloth 4 is constructed similar to a four sided bag with one side open and the other three sides stitched resembling a simple bag. It is cut in predetermined lengths and widths and stitched together (stitches 8 FIG. 1) on three sides 5 forming a bag with a large pocket 11 at the top. FIG. 2
  • Hook-and-loop fasteners (loop 6 and hook 7) FIG. 2 is stitched along the edges of the bag opening 11. This strip of hook-and-loop fasteners, servers as fastener for closing the bag opening 11 when in use.
  • The upper portion of multi-use washcloth 4 edge 9 and edge 10 are stitched equal-distance on the two sides of the opening 11
  • The multi-use washcloth 4 front view is the same as the back view. FIG 3
  • It can be seen that the present multi-use washcloth 4 has the advantage of providing a relatively simple, portable and inexpensively fabricated multi-use washcloth 4 adapted to receive various products (such as soap bar, shower gel, ice and cosmetics) which will make the product desirable for various purposes The present multi-use washcloth 4 is fabricated from a material that makes it adaptive for the various uses. The present multi-use washcloth 4 may, of course, be carried out in other specific ways than those herein set forth without departing from the spirit and essential characteristics of such claims. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, and all changes coming within the meaning and equivalency range of the appended claims are intended to be embraced therein.
