Abstract
An alcoholization structure of the present invention comprises a storing body having an energy layer fixed between a strengthening layer and a buffer layer, and the buffer layer, the energy layer and the strengthening layer wrap around a containing space of the storing body, respectively. By such arrangements, the energy radiated from the energy layer can be homogeneously conducted via the strengthening layer to carry out alcoholization, and can absorb the impact force via the strengthening layer and the buffer layer, ensuring the energy layer to maintain within the bearable range of load, so as to prolong the life of the present invention.
Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to an alcoholization structure for alcoholizing liquid, and more particularly to an alcoholization structure which provides buffer protection and wraps around a storing body.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Currently, an integrally formed alcoholization structure made of energy stone has appeared on the market, and a containing space is formed in the alcoholization structure for containing liquid to be alcoholized (such as wine or drink). Since the contained liquid is directly contacted with the alcoholization structure, an unexpected chemical change will be caused, and as a result, the liquid cannot be used due to metamorphism.
- Another alcoholization structure is a wine bottle formed with an energy stone at the bottom thereof, such an alcoholization structure can only provide local radiation when storing liquid because the energy stone can only produce radiation toward the liquid in a bottom up manner, so that the radiation is uneven. That is, the radiation at the position near the energy stone is strong, the radiation at the position far away from the energy stone is relatively weak, and cannot provide homogeneous radiation to the liquid, which will influence the evenness of alcoholizing liquid.
- Further, an alcoholization label is directly stuck to a wine bottle, but such an alcoholization label is likely to be damaged when carrying the wine bottle, and after a long period of using, the radiation efficiency of the damaged alcoholization label will be reduced.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 , aconventional alcoholization device 10 includes astoring body 11 formed with a plurality of containingbags 12 in an inner surface thereof, and the respective containingbags 12 are provided for installingenergy stone 13, however, theconventional alcoholization device 10 still has some disadvantages described as follows: - Firstly, since the
energy stone 13 only utilizes the containingbag 12 to provide a buffer effect, but the buffer effect is too weak to absorb the impact force of the wine bottle A with respect to the storingbody 11 occurred when putting the wine bottle A into thestoring body 11, as a result, theenergy stone 13 is likely to be broken due to the unbearable load. - Secondly, the containing
bag 12 cannot fix theenergy stone 13 stably due to the bag design, so that theenergy stone 13 will be broken when falling from the containingbag 12. - Thirdly, the
energy stones 13 are spaced at intervals in the containingbags 12, so the liquid in the wine bottle A can only be radiated intervally, and the energy of alcoholizing the liquid cannot be radiated homogeneously, such that the alcoholization evenness is reduced. - Fourthly, the gaps formed between the containing
bags 12 will cause concave and convex surfaces in the inner surface of thestoring body 11, so that the containingbags 12 are easily to collect dust and are difficult to clean, and when the dust is accumulated to a certain thickness, the radiation path of theenergy stone 13 will be blocked and the energy conductivity will be reduced. - The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide an alcoholization structure which provides buffer protection and wraps around a storing body.
- To achieve the object of the present invention, an alcoholization structure comprises a storing body formed with a buffer layer, an energy layer and a strengthening layer. As stated above, the present invention has the following advantages:
- Firstly, the energy layer absorbs impact force via the buffer layer and the strengthening layer, so as to prolong the life of the energy layer.
- Secondly, the energy layer wraps around the containing space to enable the energy to be radiated homogeneously and to be conducted via the strengthening layer.
- Thirdly, the energy layer is fixed between the buffer layer and the strengthening layer, so as to avoid the energy layer being separated from the alcoholization structure and to ensure the alcoholization.
- Fourthly the plane-shaped strengthening layer can reduce the friction of the wine bottle with respect to the storing body, and prevent the storing body from collecting dust and to ensure an unhindered radiation path.
- The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiments in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an alcoholization structure in accordance with the present invention; and -
FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of the alcoholization structure in accordance with the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 2 and 3 , an alcoholization structure in accordance with the present invention comprises a storingbody 20 defined with a containingspace 21 having anopen end 211 and aclose end 212. - The storing
body 20 is formed with abuffer layer 22, anenergy layer 23 and a strengtheninglayer 24 orderly from outer periphery to inner periphery thereof, and these three layers wrap around the containingspace 21 of thestoring body 20, respectively. - The
buffer layer 22 is made of oak material, thebuffer layer 22 includes a plurality of rod-shaped wood chips arranged longitudinally and a plurality of ring-shaped wood chips arranged transversely (not shown). - The
energy layer 23 is made of far infrared radiation material and can be in the form of powder, particles, or blocks. - The strengthening
layer 24 is made of stainless steel metallic material and is plane-shaped. - For a better understanding of the present invention, its operations and functions, reference should be made to
FIG. 2 again: - When in use, after placing the wine bottle A with liquid into the containing
space 21 of thestoring body 20, theenergy layer 23 start to radiation and alcoholization. As described above, the present invention has the following advantages: - Firstly, the
energy layer 23 is mounted between thebuffer layer 22 and the strengtheninglayer 24, and since thebuffer layer 22 made of wood material can absorb impact force, and the strengtheninglayer 24 made of metallic material provides rigid contact, so as to prevent theenergy layer 23 from being damaged or broken, thus prolonging the life of theenergy layer 23. - Secondly, the supporting of the
buffer layer 22 and the strengtheninglayer 24 enables theenergy layer 23 to wrap the wine bottle A placed into the containingspace 21, such that the energy of theenergy layer 23 can be radiated homogeneously and conducted via the strengtheninglayer 24, so as to improve the alcoholization purity of the liquid in the wine bottle A. - Thirdly, the
energy layer 23 is fixed between thebuffer layer 22 and the strengtheninglayer 24, so theenergy layer 23 is prevented from being separated from thestoring body 20, since once theenergy layer 23 is separated from thestoring body 20, the alcoholization cannot proceed. - Fourthly, the plane-shaped strengthening
layer 24 can reduce the friction of the wine bottle A with respect to the storingbody 20, also, such an arrangement can prevent the storingbody 20 from collecting dust in such a manner that the storingbody 20 is easy to clean, and can ensure an unhindered radiation path of theenergy layer 23. - To summarize, an alcoholization structure of the present invention comprises a storing body having an energy layer fixed between a strengthening layer and a buffer layer, and the buffer layer, the energy layer and the strengthening layer wrap around a containing space of the storing body, respectively. By such arrangements, the energy radiated from the energy layer can be homogeneously conducted via the strengthening layer to carry out alcoholization, and can absorb the impact force via the strengthening layer and the buffer layer, ensuring the energy layer to maintain within the bearable range of load, so as to prolong the life of the present invention.
- While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (12)
1. An alcoholization structure, comprising: a storing body having a containing space for accommodation of a wine bottle; characterized in that:
the storing body includes a buffer layer, an energy layer and a strengthening layer, the energy layer is fixed between the buffer layer and the strengthening layer.
2. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer, the energy layer and the strengthening layer are formed orderly from outer periphery to inner periphery of the storing body and wrap around the containing space of the storing body, respectively.
3. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the strengthening layer, the energy layer and the buffer layer are formed orderly from outer periphery to inner periphery of the storing body and wrap around the containing space of the storing body, respectively.
4. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the strengthening layer of the storing body is made of metallic material.
5. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the strengthening layer of the storing body is made of stainless steel metallic material.
6. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the energy layer of the storing body is made of radiation material.
7. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the energy layer of the storing body is made of far infrared radiation material.
8. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the energy layer of the storing body is in the form of powder, particles, or blocks.
9. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer of the storing body is made of wood material.
10. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer of the storing body is made of oak material.
11. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer of the storing body includes a plurality of rod-shaped wood chips arranged longitudinally.
12. The alcoholization structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the buffer layer of the storing body includes a plurality of ring-shaped wood chips arranged transversely.
