Abstract

The present invention relates to a kind of high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring which fully utilizes bamboo and wood. The structure includes a filling layer made from bamboo wood veneer and other bamboo wood materials, a groove at one side of the filling layer, a flange at the other side of the filling layer, and an exterior decorative layer above the filling layer. The product takes full advantage of bamboo and wood as raw materials. This premium product possesses nature texture, color and luster of timber, and its mechanical performance and decorative effect are equivalent to or even exceeding solid wood flooring, which means it has enormous economic and social value.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to the field of construction material product, it is a kind of high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring which fully utilizes bamboo and wood.
  • With the constant development of our living standard, people's demand on the decoration, construction of their residence, office or public locales (e.g. high quality goods shop, supermarket, office building, etc.) tends to be more and more natural and simple, pretty and in good taste, trendy and fashionable, which is bound to consume large amount of resources. In order to solve the problems of long growth cycle of wood (from tens of years, hundreds of years to thousands of years), and havoc of ecological environment, people made the laminated flooring from branches and crotches of wood originally. However, later people found that though in a low price, the intensified board didn't have natural texture, color and luster, and can't access elegant places. If some one can invent a technology to take advantage of texture, color and luster of a little lumber to produce the laminated flooring, whose mechanical performance and decorative effect can be equivalent to or even exceed the solid wood laminated flooring, it will possess enormous economic and social value.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The purpose of this invention is to provide high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring made from little lumber and bamboo materials to remedy the shortcoming of existing techniques. The premium product has natural, color and luster of lumber, whose mechanical performance and decorative effect can be equivalent to or even exceed the solid wood laminated flooring, and it possesses enormous economic and social value.
  • A kind of high intensity bamboo wood laminated floor, whose feature is that the laminated flooring is composed of a filling layer made of bamboo wood veneer or other bamboo wood materials, a groove at one side of the filling layer and a flange at the other side of the filling layer.
  • Regarding the above-mentioned high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, there is an exterior decorative layer above the filling layer.
  • Regarding the above-mentioned high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, there is a cushion layer between the filling layer and the decorative layer, and there can be another cushion layer below the filling layer.
  • Regarding the above-mentioned high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, the said other bamboo wood materials from which the filling layer is made from includes bamboo slice, woven bamboo, bamboo piece, wood slice and lumbers.
  • Regarding the above-mentioned high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, the decorative layer can be made from skin or veneer of any wood, bamboo skin, bamboo slice, decorative paper and wearable paper.
  • Regarding the above-mentioned high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, the cushion layer can be made from veneer, medium board, bamboo skin or bamboo slice, density board, flakeboard, molded wood materials, and plasterboard.
  • The product makes use of little lumber and bamboo materials (period of growth of which is from three to five year; we just need to plant for once, and can cut to use permanently) to produce the high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring, which has natural, color and luster of lumber, whose mechanical performance and decorative effect can be equivalent to or even exceed the solid wood laminated flooring, and it possesses enormous economic and social value.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is the structure sketch map of the product.
  • In the FIG. 1, 1. Exterior decorative layer, 2. Cushion layer, 3. Filling layer, 4. Cushion layer.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • As the FIGURE shows, the high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring is composed of a filling layer 3 made of bamboo wood veneer or other bamboo woods, a groove at one side of the filling layer 3 and a flange at the other side of the filling layer, which are used for assembling. And there is an exterior decorative layer 1 above the filling layer as well. Bamboo wood used in the filling layer refers to veneer that glues all structures and types of bamboo woods together; other types of bamboo woods refer to bamboo materials such as bamboo slice, woven bamboo, bamboo piece and bamboo wares, or wood slice and lumbers. The decorative layer can be made from skin or veneer of any wood, bamboo skin, bamboo slice, decorative paper and wearable paper.
  • Moreover, a cushion layer can be placed between the filling layer and the exterior decorative layer, and a cushion layer below the filling layer as well. The cushion layer is made from veneer, medium board, bamboo skin or bamboo slice, density board, flakeboard, molded wood materials, and plasterboard.
  • The high intensity bamboo wood laminated flooring can be provided in rectangular, square, diamond, round, oval, triangular, trapezoid, polygonal or anomalistic shape in any dimension.
