Abstract

A simple dry closet is assembled from typical articles in short time. When any person is defecating on this closet, then stool (defecation) was being collected inside a first pail and urine was being collected inside a second pail (stool and urine were not being mixed inside closet). Not mixed excrements (when stool is contacting with oxygen and stool is not covered by urine) have slight smell. Two pails are containing two disposable garbage bags (flexible material) inside. These disposable garbage bags (with stool and urine) are being thrown out as rubbish after fill up. Stool and urine are being collected in separated disposable garbage bags with contacting with inside face of these disposable garbage bags only. These excrements don't sully any another articles of closet. Beside this these excrements don't sully any hands any spades and so on (excrements are located inside disposable garbage bags long time).

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Dry closets are used inside dwelling without sewerage system. If dry closet got separate receiver and disposable containers, then excrements (stool and urine) had been cleaned simplify, and closet's smell had been diminished. Dry closets of the type contemplated belong to U.S. Class. 4/449 (DRY CLOSETS), subclass 4/463 (Separate receiver), subclass 4/451 (Disposable type).
  • Prior to the present invention dry closets don't have separate receivers and disposable articles (flexible material) that contacting with excrements simultaneously.
  • Example 1: U.S. Pat. No. Des. 6,763,528 or U.S. Pat. No. Des. 5,778,462 or U.S. Pat. No. Des. 904,293 describe dry closets with separate receiver. But these dry closets not includes disposable articles that contacting with excrements (excrements were smearing some surfaces of not disposable articles of these dry closets).
  • Example 2: U.S. Pat. No. Des. 6,341,386 or U.S. Pat. No. Des. 5,960,487 or U.S. Pat. No. Des. 3,142,847 describe dry closets with disposable flexible materials that contacting with excrements (any not disposable articles of these dry closets were not contacting with excrements). But these dry closets have not separate receivers (excrements (stool and urine) were mixing inside these closets).
  • Present invention describes a simple dry closet with separate receiver and with disposable garbage bags (flexible material) simultaneously. Any not disposable articles of this simple dry closet were not contacting with excrements and stool and urine were being collected inside different disposable garbage bags. That's why this simple dry closet is almost odorless without special chemicals using (without bio toilet principle using) and excrements (stool and urine) are thrown out inside disposable garbage bags from this simple dry closet very easy.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The general idea of the invention is some idea of anti-urbanization. For example: The simple dry closet (present invention) was manufactured inside cottage without sewerage system (in Crimea on shore of Black Sea) (Ukraine). Many types of construction of another dry closets are used in the neighborhood summer cottages in this locality. But neighborhood's another dry closets are not gladdened to they owners. Another dry closets stinks and excrements cleaning and removing process is demoralized and repellent. In contrast to another dry closets the simple dry closet (present invention) have been evincing very slight smell and excrements cleaning and removing process was usual simple thrown out process. Sewerage system absence and imperfect dry closets using is some motive of urbanization (some persons are leaving to big towns because they were wanting to have sewerage systems).     • 9—additional homemade box;
    • 10—door of additional homemade box;
    • 11—door-handle of door of additional homemade box;
  • Toilet seat (1), equal plastic rectangular pails (dustbins) (2,3), disposable garbage bags (4,5), rubber elastic (for money banding) bands for disposable garbage bags in pails fixation (6,7) are typical goods from household shop.
  • Toilet seat (1) is selected (in household shop) with approximately coincidence of width of plastic rectangular pails (4,5). But, width of plastic rectangular pails (4,5) can to be some smaller of toilet seat (1) width. The height of these plastic rectangular pails can to be from 40 centimeters (about 15.74 inch) up to 60 centimeters (about 23.62 inch) (optimal pails height can be selected personally by experimenting).
  • Disposable garbage bags (4,5) (for stool pail and urine pail) are standard durable disposable garbage bags of these pails (dustbins). These disposable garbage bags are fixed inside pails. If disposable garbage bags are unreliability, then possibly to use two disposable garbage bags inside one every pail.
  • Rubber elastic bands (6,7) are typical (for money banding) bands. These rubber elastic bands fasten disposable garbage bags (4,5) on plastic rectangular pails (dustbins) (2,3). These rubber elastic bands (6,7) will be using for thick disposable garbage bags tying too (FIG. 6).
  • If it is necessary, additional homemade box (9) is added on the simple dry closet. This additional homemade box can to be realized by following: —as removable cover, —as fitted (to building) cupboard. For example: Manufactured simple dry closet (in Crimea) is used in 2 variants: summer and winter. Winter variant of simple dry closet is without additional homemade box (FIG. 2). This winter simple dry closet is prescribed inside heated room of cottage (really, the winter simple dry closet smell was absent inside the heated room). Summer variant of simple dry closet is used inside additional homemade box (FIG. 5) inside fitted summer douche edifice.
  • Simple dry closet toilet seat position is moving (by to forward moving and to rearward moving) when any person was sat to simple dry closet down. The moving is necessary for excrements (stool and urine) mixing prevention (urine must not fall to stool pail down and stool must not fall to urine pail down) and for man's genital comfortable position on/in urine's pail.
  • Used toilet paper is thrown out to inside disposable garbage bag of stool pail (this used toilet paper fell down on stool). This thrown out toilet paper absorbers stool's moisture inside the stool's disposable garbage bag, and additional, diminishes simple dry closet smell.
  • Filled disposable garbage bags (4,5) are wrapped up by not filled part of these disposable garbage bags (FIG. 6) and tied by rubber elastic bands (6,7) and thrown out as typical rubbish.
  • Present simple dry closet distinguishes from another dry closets by following:
      • 1. Present simple dry closet is with separate receiver (subclass 4/463), and with disposable garbage bags (subclass 4/451) simultaneously. That's why the present simple dry closet have slight smell and lets to throw excrements (stool and urine) out more comfortable;
      • 2. Present simple dry closet (FIG. 1) are assembled from typical goods from household shop. (Any unique articles are not necessary for this simple dry closet making).
    STATEMENT REGARDING FEDERALLY SPONSORED RESEARCH OR DEVELOPMENT
  • Simple dry closet (present invention) has got slight smell comparatively of another dry closets. This result was received from real testing. The main cause of this result is differences of stool's decay processes in present invention and in another dry closets.
  • Simple dry closet (present invention) collects stool (and used toilet papers) inside plastic rectangular pail (3) with contacting to oxygen (mixed with stool used toilet paper assists in this contacting additional). Another dry closets and typical sewerage systems collect stool without contacting to oxygen. Oxygen stool's decay processes (with green/white fungus/mould) predominates inside the simple dry closet (present invention). Actually the simple dry closet smell is fungus's/mould's smell. Without-oxygen stool's decay processes (with putrefactive bacteria) predominate inside another dry closets (when stool is swimming in urine and oxygen is not contacting with stool's surface) and inside typical sewerage systems (when stool is filtered inside sewerage system (when stool is covered by water and is isolated from oxygen inside filtered sewage header)). These without-oxygen stool's decay processes produce big stink. Another dry closets are stinking. Filtered sewage header form zones of bad stink near big towns.
  • But bad stink is not main problem of these without-oxygen stool's decay processes. Putrefactive bacteria (of without oxygen decomposition) produce greenhouse gases (bio-methane, and so on) inside another dry closets and inside typical sewerage systems (when stool is filtered). Bio-methane is gas with very big greenhouse effect (bio-methane greenhouse effect exceed CO2 greenhouse effect by a factor of about 80 times).
  • Greenhouse effect is rising on the Earth lately. But CO2 pollution is diminishing recently (new models cars needs for lesser (then earlier) petrol consumption (and car's CO2 pollutions are diminished), new plastic windows saves a lot of coal/(black oil) (and coal's/(black oil's) CO2 pollutions are diminished) and so on). Apparently modern greenhouse effect is the result of CO2 pollutions marginally. Probably, modern greenhouse effect rising is coming from another gas (not CO2) pollutions.
  • Many typical sewerage systems were built in many towns inside many countries last 10 years. For example: almost all peoples of all small towns/villages of Poland received modern sewerage systems up to 2005 year. Beside this, a lot of modern typical sewerage systems built in many small towns/villages in China and India. Early most of peoples of China and India used “oversimplify toilet” (three planks). Stool inside this “oversimplify toilet” was contacting with oxygen very good (because stool remained on ground up to full decomposition). Manifestly, typical modern sewerage systems are more comfortable and sanitary then “oversimplify toilets”. But these typical modern sewerage systems filtered stool by usual/standard method (stool is covered by water and not contacted to oxygen inside filtered sewage header). That's why these typical modern sewerage systems increase bio-methane pollutions on the Earth.
  • For example: If majority of China (1,306,313,812 (July 2005 est.) population) and India (1,080,264,388 July 2005 est.) population) start to use modern sewerage systems (before this majority used “oversimplify toilet”), then decay processes of stool of the majority of 2,386,578,200 bodies were changed from with oxygen to without oxygen. That's why the Earth will receive additional quantity of bio-methane from without oxygen decay processes of stool of this majority.
  • Actually, everybody of Earth produce some quantity of pollution everyday. Probably, stool of everybody of Earth is main part of the everyday pollution. Very likely, the simple dry closet (present invention) is first step of this problem resolution. The simple dry closet lets to utilize stool inside tying disposable garbage bag. This is very comfortable possibility of separate stool utilization (when everybody stool is utilized separately for special processing, then global pollutions were diminished).
  • For example: Simple dry closet (present invention) showed two problems in real using:
      • 1. The first problem is fly's reproduction inside disposable garbage bag for stool collection. Oxygen is contacting with stool very good in simple dry closet, and a lot of fly is contacting with stool too. The lot of fly digs additional burrows in stool. The digging is factor of additional oxygen access to stool and simple dry closet smell diminution. But additional buzzing (from this lot of fly) is diminishing comfort of simple dry closet using. Stool is collected inside tying (by rubber elastic band) disposable garbage bag in simple dry closet. The cost of this disposable garbage bag and rubber elastic band is very low. That's why tying disposable garbage bags can be thrown out very often and the problem of lot of fly will be solved. But this innovation will be demanding special often separate/special stool utilization (the disposable garbage bags with stool can be throwing out to detachable every day dustbins). And, unfortunately, this separate/special often stool utilization (with special dustbins) is absence now yet.
      • 2. The second problem is a thick (by stool and by used toilet papers and by lot of fly) tying disposable garbage bag self-explosion after throwing out. The thick tying disposable garbage bag makes self-explosion (this is result of real simple dry closet testing). Oxygen with stool contact was absented after this bags tying, and a lot of bio-methane had been produced from without-oxygen stool's decay processes and this bio-methane had inflated disposable garbage bag and stool/used toilet papers/lot of fly had scattered to big distance from this bag after explosion. If try to bury this thick tying disposable garbage bag (because explosive inside dustbin or on dump can to afraid someone), then the distance of stool/used toilet papers/lot of fly scattering was increased (because bio-methane pressure increased in this case). That's why new system of often separate/special stool utilizations will help to solve this problem.
  • Really, approximately estimate give following: Everyone eats about 40 ton of food per life. If 12% of food is assimilated inside everybody, then everyone gave 35.2 ton of stool (40 ton-12%) per life. If middle life is 60 years, then everyone gave 5.866 ton of stool per 10 years. If 16% of population of China and India (for example) got sewerage system, then decay processes of stool of 381,852,512 (16% of 2,386,578,200) bodies changed from with-oxygen to without-oxygen. If stool without-oxygen decay process produces 5% bio-methane from mass of stool, then 111,997,342 tons of bio-methane (0,2933 ton (5% of 5.866 ton)*381,852,512 (16% of China and India population)) was polluted to the atmosphere of the Earth per 10 years. Probably this is a main factor of greenhouse effect increasing. That's why:
