Abstract

Provided is a vinyl pack for vacuum packing. The vinyl pack includes a body including a zipper and an air discharge hole, an air discharge valve installed on the body so as to selectively open and close the air discharge hole; and a container disposed inside the body and coupled with the air discharge valve, the container includes a pack containing an antimicrobial agent or a microbicide. Therefore, the vinyl pack for vacuum packing provides more functions and can be used more easily.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a vinyl pack for vacuum packing, and more particularly, to a vinyl pack for vacuum packing things such as bedclothes or clothes so as to keep the things for a long time in good condition.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Referring to FIG. 1, a conventional vinyl pack for vacuum packing includes a body 2 having a zipper 1 formed on an open end, and an air discharge value 4 installed on the body 2.
  • The air discharge valve 4 includes a support 4 a installed on one side of the body 2 and a cap 4 b for being detachably coupled with the support 4 a.
  • After clothes or bedclothes are put into the body 2 of the vinyl pack, the body 2 is sealed using the zipper 1. Then, air is discharged from the body 2 through the air discharge valve 4. In this way, clothes or bedclothes can be efficiently packed and stored.
  • However, when clothes or bedclothes are packed into the body 2 of the vinyl pack in insufficient vacuum condition or the packed clothes or bedclothes are not fully dried, the packed clothes or bedclothes can be damaged, for example, by bacteria or must.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a vinyl pack for vacuum packing that substantially obviates one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a vinyl pack for vacuum packing things such as clothes or bedclothes so as to keep the things for a long time in good condition.
  • Additional advantages, objects, and features of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and in part will become apparent to those having ordinary skill in the art upon examination of the following or may be learned from practice of the invention. The objectives and other advantages of the invention may be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
  • To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a vinyl pack for vacuum packing, the vinyl pack includes: a body including a zipper and an air discharge hole; an air discharge valve installed on the body so as to selectively open and close the air discharge hole; and a container disposed inside the body and coupled with the air discharge valve, the container including a pack containing an antimicrobial agent or a microbicide.
  • In some embodiments, the air discharge valve includes a bracket supported by the body and including a hole corresponding to the air discharge hole of the body; and a valve member connected to the bracket so as to selectively open and close the hole of the bracket.
  • In other embodiments, the bracket includes: an outer bracket making tight contact with an outer surface of the body; and an inner bracket making tight contact with an inner surface of the body, wherein the outer bracket is detachably coupled to the inner bracket.
  • In still other embodiments, the outer and inner brackets are coupled with each other using a hook structure.
  • In even other embodiments, the vinyl pack further includes a control stick for controlling opening and closing operations of the valve member.
  • In yet other embodiments, the container includes: a base including an air vent; and a cover coupled to an upper portion of the base and including an air vent.
  • In further embodiments, one end of the cover is rotatably coupled to one end of the base, and the other end of the cover is coupled to the other end of the base using a hook structure.
  • In still further embodiments, the container is detachably coupled with the air discharge valve.
  • In even further embodiments, the container is coupled with the air discharge valve using a hook structure or slide structure.
  • It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description of the present invention are exemplary and explanatory and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Reference will be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, a vinyl pack for vacuum packing includes a body 20, an air discharge valve 30 installed on the body 20, and a container 40 disposed inside the body 20 and coupled with the air discharge valve 30.
  • The body 20 can receive clothes or bedclothes.
  • One end of the body 20 is opened, and a zipper 22 is formed on the open end of the body 20 so as to selectively close the open end.
  • An air discharge hole 24 is formed in one side of the body 20 to a predetermined size. Air can be discharged from the body 20 to the outside through the air discharge hole 24 so as to create a vacuum inside the body 20.
  • The air discharge valve 30 is used to selectively open and close the air discharge hole 24 formed in the body 20.
  • The air discharge valve 30 includes a bracket 32 and a valve member 34. The bracket 32 is supported by the body 20 and includes a hole 31 corresponding to the air discharge hole 24. The valve member 34 is coupled to the bracket 32 so as to selectively open and close the hole 31.
  • The bracket 32 includes an outer bracket 32 a making tight contact with an outer surface of the body 20 and an inner bracket 32 b making tight contact with an inner surface of the body 20. The inner bracket 32 b is detachably coupled with the outer bracket 32 a. The hole 31 is formed through the outer and inner bodies 32 a and 32 b.
  • The outer and inner bracker 32 a and 32 b are coupled with each other using a hook structure. In detail, a groove 33 a is formed in the outer bracket 32 a, and a hook 33 b corresponding to the groove 33 a is formed on the inner bracket 32 b.
  • Alternatively, a groove can be formed in the inner bracket 32 b, and a hook corresponding to the groove can be formed on the outer bracket 32 a.
  • Various structures and methods can be used to couple the outer and inner bracket 32 a and 32 b as long as the outer and inner bracket 32 a and 32 b can be easily and stably coupled with each other.
  • The valve member 34 is controlled using a control stick 36 connected to the bracket 32.
  • The container 40 includes a pack 50 containing an antimicrobial agent, a microbicide agent, a wet absorbing agent, an aromatic agent, etc. Therefore, clothes or bedclothes can be kept in the body 20 in optical condition owing to the pack 50.
  • As explained above, the vinyl pack for vacuum packing of the present invention is designed such that when clothes or bedclothes are kept in the plastic pack for a long time, the clothes or bedclothes can be efficiently protected from must caused by humidity and bacteria.
  • Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6, the container 40 has a rectangular box shape with an empty inside. At least one pack 50 is accommodated inside the container 40.
  • The container 40 includes a base 42 and a cover 44 coupled to an upper portion of the base 42.
  • The base 42 and the cover 44 include air vents 46 so as to allow the agents contained in the pack 50 to be uniformly distributed inside the body 20.
  • The shape, location, and number of the air vents 46 can vary.
  • One end of the cover 44 is rotatably coupled to one end of the base 42, and the other end of the cover 44 can be coupled to the other end of the base 42 using a hook structure. Therefore, the container 40 can be easily opened and closed.
  • When assembled, the container 40 is detachably coupled with the air discharge valve 30. For this, referring to FIG. 6, first hooks 49 are formed on an upper portion of the container 40, and second hooks 39 engaged with the first hooks 49 are formed on a lower portion of the air discharge valve 30. Therefore, the container 40 and the air discharge valve 30 can be easily and stably coupled with each other.
  • FIG. 7 is a perspective view illustrating how an air discharge valve is coupled with a container in a vinyl pack for vacuum packing according to another embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 7, a slide coupler 60 is formed integral with a lower portion of an air discharge valve 30, and a container 40 including a pack 50 can be slid into the slide coupler 60 for coupling with the air discharge valve 30.
  • The slide coupler 60 includes air vents 66.
  • It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Thus, it is intended that the present invention covers the modifications and variations of this invention provided they come within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A vinyl pack for vacuum packing, comprising:
a body including a zipper and an air discharge hole;
an air discharge valve installed on the body so as to selectively open and close the air discharge hole; and
a container disposed inside the body and coupled with the air discharge valve, the container including a pack containing an antimicrobial agent or a microbicide.
2. The vinyl pack of claim 1, wherein the air discharge valve comprises:
a bracket supported by the body and including a hole corresponding to the air discharge hole of the body; and
a valve member connected to the bracket so as to selectively open and close the hole of the bracket.
3. The vinyl pack of claim 2, wherein the bracket comprises:
an outer bracket making tight contact with an outer surface of the body; and
an inner bracket making tight contact with an inner surface of the body,
wherein the outer bracket is detachably coupled to the inner bracket.
4. The vinyl pack of claim 3, wherein the outer and inner brackets are coupled with each other using a hook structure.
5. The vinyl pack of claim 2, further comprising a control stick for controlling opening and closing operations of the valve member.
6. The vinyl pack of claim 1, wherein the container comprises:
a base including an air vent; and
a cover coupled to an upper portion of the base and including an air vent.
7. The vinyl pack of claim 6, wherein one end of the cover is rotatably coupled to one end of the base, and the other end of the cover is coupled to the other end of the base using a hook structure.
8. The vinyl pack of claim 1, wherein the container is detachably coupled with the air discharge valve.
9. The vinyl pack of claim 8, wherein the container is coupled with the air discharge valve using a hook structure.
10. The vinyl pack of claim 8, wherein the container is coupled with the air discharge valve using a slide structure.
