  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 through 3, there is shown a colorful combinative box according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The colorful combinative box includes a first wall member 10, a second wall member 10′, a floor member 30 and a ferrule 40. The wall members 10 and 10′ are separately made of plastic of different colors by injection molding and then joined to each other by the ferrule 40. The floor member 30 is attached to the wall members 10 and 10′. Thus, the colorful combinative box includes an aesthetically pleasing appearance that lasts.
  • The first wall member 10 includes a major portion 11 and two minor portions 12. The major portion 11 and the minor portions 12 are made into one piece. However, there is a fold line 13 between the major portion 11 and each of the minor portions 12. The thickness of the fold line 13 is smaller than that of the rest of the first wall member 10 so that the minor portions 12 can be pivoted relative to the major portion 11, i.e., the first wall member 10 can be transformed into a three-dimensional structure from a two-dimensional structure.
  • The major portion 11 is formed with an upper edge 111 and a lower edge 112 shorter than the upper edge 111. The major portion 11 is provided with a ferrule holder extended along the upper edge 111. The ferrule holder includes a horizontal portion 113 and a retroflex portion 114. The horizontal portion 113 is inwardly extended from the upper edge 111 of the major portion 11. The retroflex portion 114 is downwardly and outwardly extended from the horizontal portion 113. The ferrule holder is suitable for holding the ferrule 40. The ferrule holder and the major portion 11 are made separate from each other by injection molding and joined to each other by high frequency.
  • Each of the minor portions 12 includes an upper edge 121, a lower edge 122 shorter than the upper edge 121 and a lateral edge 14 extended from the upper edge 121 to the lower edge 122. The lateral edge 14 is wave-shaped. Each of the minor portions 12 is provided with a ferrule holder extended along the upper edge 121. The ferrule holder includes a horizontal portion 123 and a retroflex portion 124. The horizontal portion 123 is inwardly extended from the upper edge 121 of each of the minor portions 12. The retroflex portion 124 is downwardly and outwardly extended from the horizontal portion 123. The ferrule holders provided on the minor portions 12 are suitable for holding the ferrule 40.
  • The second wall member 10′ is substantially identical to the first wall member 10. In specific, the second wall member 110′ includes a major portion 11′ and two minor portions 12′. The major portion 11′ includes an upper edge 111′ and a lower edge 112′. The major portion 11′ is provided with a ferrule holder that includes a horizontal portion 113′ and a retroflex portion 114′. Each of the minor portions 12′ includes an upper edge 121′, a lower edge 122′ and a lateral edge 14′. Each of the minor portions 12′ is provided with a ferrule holder that includes a horizontal portion 123′ and a horizontal portion 124′. However, the lateral edge 14′ is compliant to the lateral edge 14, not identical.
  • The floor member 30 is made with four edges 31. The edges 31 of the floor member 30 are joined to the lower edges 112 and 122 of the first wall member 10 and the lower edges 112′ and 122′ of the second wall member 10′.
  • The ferrule 40 is shaped corresponding to the floor member 30. An area defined within the ferrule 40 is larger than the area of the floor member 30.
  • Referring to FIG. 4, shown is a wall member 20 for use in a colorful combinative box according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Like the wall members 10 and 10′ of the first embodiment, the wall member 20 includes a major portion 21 and two minor portions 22. The major portion 21 includes an upper edge 211 and a lower edge 212. The major portion 21 is provided with a ferrule holder that includes a horizontal portion 213 and a retroflex portion 214. Each of the minor portions 22 includes an upper edge 221 and a lower edge 222. One of the minor portions 22 includes a lateral edge 24 while the remaining one of the minor portions 22 includes a lateral edge 24′ compliant to the lateral edge 24, not identical. Hence, two identical wall members 20 can be joined to each other. Unlike the colorful combinative box according to the first embodiment that includes two different wall members, the colorful combinative box according to the second embodiment includes two identical wall members. Therefore, the cost of the colorful combinative box according to the second embodiment includes is lower than the colorful combinative box according to the first embodiment.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, shown is a wall member 50 for use in a colorful combinative box according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
