Abstract
This invention relates to the cleaning for window glass with attached motor at the window frame. At present, Most case of cleaning the high storied building is performed with hand wiper by movement of rope carrier of people, this cleaning method is hard and dangerous work, so the services require high cost and follow risk of accident. To solve the problem in above, this invention provide to install rails at both side of the vertical frame, to install a glass width size long small wiper into the rails on the frame and to install the pull wires at upper and lower part of both side of wiper ends so the wiper is able to move up and down by pull wire drawn, and to install compact DC motor on the frame and wind the pull wires on the motor pulley so the window glass is cleaned with wiper which is controlled by motor drive. This invention is useful for keep cleaning of both side of the window glasses of the high storied building by driving the motor that simply operated.
Description
- This invention relates to the cleaning device and cleaning method for window glass or door glass with attached motor at the window or door frame. For more detail description, the ‘U’ shape rail is formed at both right and left side of the glass window frame by attaching narrow width sash at both right and left side of the inner vertical door or window frame. Then prepare the narrow width and glass width size long wiper that is formed with sponge and rubber so the wiper can be inserted into the both side of ‘U’ shape rail. Install pull wires at upper and lower part of both side of wiper ends, then the pull wires installed at upper part of both side of wiper ends guide upward to the middle position of upper part horizontal frame along with the rail through the guide roller, and guide the other pull wires installed at lower part of both side of wiper ends to the bottom side of horizontal frame through the guide roller and then guide this pull wires upward to the middle position of upper part horizontal frame along with the rail through the guide roller. Install compact DC motor at the middle position of upper part horizontal frame and attach a pulley to the motor shaft, then install motor power line jack at the middle position of one of the vertical frame. At near the DC motor location, connect both pull wires extended from upper and lower parts of both side of wiper ends so the pull wires forming a loop, then wind the looped pull wires on the motor pulley with tension to be sustained. When the motor start to rotate, the pull wires fixed at the upper side of wiper ends will be drawn upward and thus the glass surface will be wiped by upward movement of the wiper which closely touched to the glass. When the motor start to rotate in reverse direction, the pull wires fixed at the lower side of wiper ends will be drawn downward and thus the glass surface will be wiped by downward movement of the wiper. As mentioned in above, this invention related to the cleaning technique of the window glass or door glass with attached motor at the window or door frame and is organized as the looped pull wires that engaged to the motor at the upper side of door frame so the motor draw the wiper upward or downward for glass cleaning in accordance with the direction of motor driven.
- At present, the outer surface of the window glass or door at low place can be washed with a glass washing wiper or swab. Some case of cleaning the high storied apartment or building, one magnet wiper attached at outside of the window glass is faced to the other magnet wiper attached at inside of the window glass so they hold each other by magnetic force, when the magnet wiper at inside of glass window is moved, the cleaning is performed, but this method is not satisfied. Currently, cleaning of building is performed by hand descending by movement of rope carrier of people, this is hard and dangerous work, therefore, the services require high cost and follow risk of accident.
- This invention solved the problems described in above by providing followings. Prepare the rails (3) at the inner side of right and left vertical frame (21)(22) and install the glass cleaning wiper (4) in the rails (3), install pull wires (41)(42)(43)(44) at upper and lower part of both side of wiper ends, and install the pull wires (41)(42) at upper part of both side of wiper ends then guide the pull wires upward to the middle position of upper part horizontal frame (23) along with the rail through the guide roller (201)(202)(203), and guide the other pull wires (43)(44) installed at lower part of both side of wiper ends to the bottom side of horizontal frame (24) through the guide roller (101)(102)(103) and then guide the pull wires (43) (44) upward to the middle position of upper part horizontal frame (23) along with the rail through the guide roller (104)(105) so the pull wires are able to move the wiper (4) upward or downward according to one of the pull wire is drawn. Install compact DC motor (6) at the middle position of upper part horizontal frame (23) and attach a pulley (61) to the motor shaft, then install motor power line jack (62) at the middle position of one of the vertical frame (22). At near the DC motor location, connect both pull wires (41)(42)(43)(44) extended from upper and lower parts of both side of wiper ends so the pull wires forming a loop, then wind the looped pull wires on the motor pulley with tension to be sustained. As a result, depend upon the direction of motor drive, the wiper will be moved up or down to achieve the purpose of cleaning door or window glasses.
- To achieve above object, this invention proceed the step for forming rails at the inner side of right and left vertical frame (21)(22) of the door or window, the step for installing a glass width size long wiper (4) into the rails formed on the frame (21)(22), the step for installing the pull wires (41)(42)(43)(44) at upper and lower part of both side of wiper ends, the step for installing compact DC motor (6) at the middle position of upper part horizontal frame (23) and attach a pulley (61) to the motor shaft, the step for installing the motor power supply line jack (62) at the middle position of one of the vertical frame (22), and the step for connecting both pull wires (41)(42)(43)(44) extended from upper and lower parts of both side of wiper ends so the pull wires forming a loop, and wind the looped pull wires on the motor pulley (61) with tension to be sustained. When all the steps in above have been performed, cleaning of the window glasses have shown special features as the wiper (4) movement to upward or downward which are determined by the direction of DC Motor drive.
- To describe the operation of the invention configured in above, let the initial position of the wiper (4) stationed at bottom door or window frame ((24). When cleaning the glass, supply the cleaning solution through the injection hole (5) with the filling bottle to the sponge (402) to be wet. After plug in the DC power supply cord to the motor power supply jack (62), turn on the switch at the power supply. The motor (6) will start to run and the wiper (4) also move upward. During the wiper movement, the solution from wet sponge (401) is applied to the glass (1) and the rubber wiper (403) will wipe out the wet dirt from the glass (1). When the wiper reached to the top horizontal frame (23), the switch (63) DC power polarity change convert the DC power polarity so the motor to start run reverse direction, then the wiper move downward until it reach to the bottom horizontal door or window frame (24) and the wiper stopped at bottom when the motor stop switch (64) is triggered. During downward movement of the wiper, the glass is cleaned again.
- As shown in
FIG. 7 ,when the door or window frame (25)(26) is not wide enough to install the “U” shape rail, install the wire rail (6) and install wiper (4) on the wire rail (6) through the hole at the end of wiper (4) so the wiper is able to move up and down by the pull wire (41)(42)(43)(44). -
