Abstract

The present describes a multi-purpose exercise device. The device permits weight lifting in a variety of the positions. The device facilitates the removal and replacement of the weights with ease. The triangular portion of the multi-purpose exercise device allows for maximum weight lifted, and efficiency achieved, in conditioning the exerciser. Additionally, the multi-purpose exercise device may be used in a self-spotting manner.

  • U.S. Pat. No. 5,380,258 issued to Hawley, Jr. on Jan. 10, 1995 discloses a rope climbing apparatus comprises a support, a length of rope and a rope accumulator supported by the support for storing a variable length of rope. The accumulator includes a dancer trolley and means for force-loading the dancer trolley to a maximum storage position. A segment of rope is presented to a user of the apparatus so that he can draw rope from the accumulator. Variable drag mechanism supported by the support feeds rope pulled by the user back to the accumulator to replenish the accumulator. The drag mechanism inhibits the feeding of rope to the accumulator unless the rope is pulled with a force sufficient to overcome the force-loading on the accumulator dancer trolley and move the dancer from its maximum storage position. The drag mechanism also controls the rate at which rope is fed to the accumulator in accordance with the magnitude of the accumulator force-loading.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 5,989,166 issued to Capizzo, et al. Nov. 23, 1999 describes an adjustable, portable apparatus for assisting weight lifters to safely perform barbell press exercises to muscular failure and assist in a forced repetition is disclosed. The apparatus includes two spaced vertically telescoping stanchions with upper ends for allowing adjustment between a minimum length position and a maximum length position of the stanchions. The apparatus further includes a cantilevered member extending horizontally from each of the stanchion upper ends and a member horizontally interconnecting the cantilevered members which allows adjustment between a minimum width position and a maximum width position of the apparatus. A lifting system is operatively interconnected to the horizontal member and a barbell that allows selectable incremental vertical lifting and lowering distance during exercise. A control system including a safety switch for actuating the lifting system to vertically lift and lower the barbell is provided. A backup safety system is provided.
  • Steams in U.S. Pat. No. 6,605,024 issued Aug. 12, 2003 discloses an exercise machine includes a frame designed to rest upon a floor surface; a back rest mounted on the frame; and a foot platform mounted on the frame. At least one of the foot platform and the back rest is movably mounted on the frame in such a manner that a person may rest his back against the back rest and exercise his quadriceps muscles in isolated, closed chain fashion. A resistance device is preferably provided to resist an increase in distance between the user's hips and the user's feet due to straightening of the user's legs at the knees.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 6,299,568 issued to Prok Oct. 9, 2001 discusses a modular apparatus comprised of a cage and various components for attaching to the cage for use as exercise equipment is provided. A top member of the cage is connected to a first adjustable member having a first pulley. The first adjustable member may be adjustably fixed to the cage through an intermediate member hollow tube connected to the top member of the cage. The first adjustable member can be part of an overall pulley device which is also attached to the cage. The pulley device is preferably comprised of overlapping upper and lower pulley devices. The overall pulley device may be comprised of a top member having second and third pulleys mounted thereon, a bottom member having a fourth pulley rotatably mounted thereto, and a floating member having fifth and sixth pulleys rotatably mounted thereto. A first cord and a second cord can be provided for the upper and lower pulley devices. A second adjustable member for providing an adjustable foot brace is disclosed. The second adjustable member may be an elongated tube which can be slid in and out of the bottom member of the cage. The second adjustable member may have two pulleys rotatably mounted to it at each end. An adjustable seating device, having flanges, can be connected to a side member of the cage. A “Smith” machine type device can be attached in a modular manner to the cage. Right and left carriages comprised of first and second rollers opposing rollers can be used.
  • U.S. Pat. No. 6,632,159 issued to Slattery Oct. 14, 2003 recites an electromechanical device that provides a spot to a weightlifter performing a weightlifting exercise. The device has a metal frame that supports two arms, called spotter arms. The two spotter arms extend out so as to be able to support a barbell. The arms raise and lower on the frame, remaining parallel with the floor and perpendicular to the frame and are powered by a motor driven lead screw. The operation of the motor is controlled by a computer control system. The input to the control system is provided by a load-cell mounted in one of the two spotter arms. When the control system is operating in the spot mode, the load-cell measures the amount of force that is placed on the spotter arm by the barbell held by the weightlifter. The control system then moves the spotter arms in accordance with the amount of force on the load-cell in order to provide a safe spot thereby increasing the effectiveness of the exercise. The load-cell is mounted within a hollow interior of one of the spotter arms. A mechanical assembly that transfers the force of the barbell supported by the arms to the load-cell is also contained within the hollow interior of the spotter arm.
  • Habing in U.S. Pat. No. 6,746,385 issued Jun. 8, 2004 discuses an exercise machine has a frame, a seat and a pair of articulated exercise arm assemblies. Each of the exercise arm assemblies is pivotally attached to the frame with a four bar linkage. Handles at the outer extremities of the articulated arm assemblies are gripped by the user to perform the intended exercise. The geometry of the arms and their pivot points is arranged so that the handles of the articulated assemblies follow arcuate paths which converge as the handles are moved forwardly. At a starting position for a press exercise, the handles are approximately in line with the shoulders of the user. As the handles are pushed forwardly against an exercise resistance, they converge inwardly until they are nearly touching when the user's arms are fully outstretched. The machine may also be used to perform a seated-row exercise, in which case the handles are pulled rearwardly against the exercise resistance.
  • United States Published Patent Application 20030134721 to Greenland published 17 Jul. 2003 suggests a An exercise machine provides self spotting for free weights while providing full range motion for the available articulation associated with the free weight. A basic framework provides structure on which a self-spotting mechanism can be slidably attached. Rearwardly-extending arm or arms coupled with articulating engagement of a free weight holder allows the free weights to enjoy a wide range of motion. A horizontal stop provides a rest, abutment, or stop upon which the free weight holders may rest in order to perform self-spotting for the weightlifter. In alternative embodiments of the free weight holders, rearwardly-extending members may either be rigidly affixed to a free weight engager or telescope within the free weight engager itself. In an alternative embodiment of the self-spotting system of the present invention, rear opposing arms may form part of the articulating member allowing forward and backward lateral travel of the free weights. The free weight holders may then have short and fixed rods or posts coupled to the distal ends of the opposing arms. Opposing arms pivot with respect to both a cross member and the articulating joints. The articulating joints allow articulation between the opposing arms and the free weight holders. A transverse rail allows rail hooks which are attached to the free weight holders to attach to the transverse rail such that the free weights may be temporarily attached to the transverse rail. The free weights may either be positioned by such hooks on the transverse rail or rested on the horizontal stop. Other alternative embodiments allow for self-spotting of free weight for generally vertical weightlifting activity.
  • Karlstrom in United States Published Patent Application 20040242383 published 2 Dec. 2004 describes a weight machine is used for acceleration movement of heavy weights, and jumping and throwing exercises. The weight machine includes a hydraulic cylinder that will retard movement of the weight under gravity, and will permit free movement against the force of gravity.

  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention describes an exercise equipment device having
    • an exercise equipment base;
    • two rear vertical risers connected with the said exercise equipment base;
    • two exercise equipment forward vertical risers connected with the said exercise equipment base;
    • an exercise equipment pivot connector connected with the said two forward vertical risers;
    • an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region connected with the said exercise equipment pivot connector;
    • an exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer slidably connected with each of the said two rear vertical risers;
    • an exercise equipment pulley attachment connected with the said exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer and,
    • a seating region connected with the said exercise equipment base.

  • With more particular reference to the drawings the following is set forth.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a multi-purpose exercise device. The device permits weight lifting in a variety of the positions. The device facilitates the removal and replacement of the weights with ease. The device further is useful for chin-ups, knee raises, and dips.
  • As best seen in FIG. 1 is a piece of exercise equipment 10. The exercise equipment 10 has a exercise equipment base 12. The exercise equipment base 12 is conveniently rectangular and may for example be four feet by four feet. The exercise equipment base 12 has an exercise equipment base first leg 14, an exercise equipment base second leg 16, an exercise equipment base third leg 18, and an exercise equipment base fourth leg 20. The exercise equipment base first leg 14 is bolted to the exercise equipment base second leg 16 and the exercise equipment base third leg 18. The exercise equipment base second leg 16 is also bolted to the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20. The exercise equipment base third leg 18 is bolted to the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20.
  • The exercise equipment base first leg 14 and the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20 are in parallel relationship. The exercise equipment base second leg 16 and exercise equipment base third leg 18 are also in a parallel relationship. The exercise equipment base first leg 14 and exercise equipment base fourth leg 20 are conveniently from about three feet to about five feet in length. The exercise equipment base second leg 16 and exercise equipment base third leg 18 are conveniently from about four feet to about six feet in length.
  • The materials utilized to form the exercise equipment 10 are, unless otherwise indicated, steel of sufficient strength to meet the demands of use. The materials utilized to form the exercise equipment 10 may be painted. Alternatively, all the parts herein may be made chrome plated or stainless steel.
  • A series of four-exercise equipment base diagonals 26 are bolted to the four corners of the exercise equipment base 12. A series of two exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 extend upward from the exercise equipment base second leg 16 and exercise equipment base third leg 18. The two exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 are located at about one-third of the length of the respective exercise equipment base second leg 16 and exercise equipment base third leg 18. Each exercise equipment rear vertical riser 30 is conveniently from six feet to eight feet in length.
  • Two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 extend upward from the exercise equipment base second leg 16 and the exercise equipment base third leg 18 respectively. The two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 are located at about one-third of the length of the respective exercise equipment base second leg 16 and exercise equipment base third leg 18. Each exercise equipment forward vertical riser 32 is conveniently from six feet to eight feet in length.
  • An exercise equipment pivot connector 34 is connected to the two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32. The exercise equipment pivot connector 34 is generally perpendicular to the exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32. The exercise equipment pivot connector 34 is located is located between about 40% and 60% of the length of the vertical risers 32.
  • As best seen in FIG. 2 an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 is connected with the exercise equipment pivot connector 34. The exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 pivots or rotates about the exercise equipment pivot connector 34. The exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 has an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 a, an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 b, and an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 c.
  • The exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 a is from about two and one half to four feet in length. The exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 b is from about three to five feet in length. The exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 c is about three to five feet in length.
  • Desirably the angle (φ) made by the junction of the said first exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 a and said third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c is between 55 degrees and 65 degrees. The angle made by the junction of the said first exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 a and said second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b is between 70 degrees and 85 degrees. The angle made by the junction of the first exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b and the third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c is between 35 degrees and 45 degrees.
  • A pair of exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region stabilizers 37 are connected at one end hereof with third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c. The opposite end of the exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region stabilizers 37 are connected to the exercise equipment pivot connector 34.
  • An exercise equipment first cross connector 38 extends between the two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 at the opposite end of the of exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 from the exercise equipment base 12. The exercise equipment first cross connector 38 is connected with each exercise equipment forward vertical riser 32 by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers.
  • An exercise equipment second cross connector 40 is located between the two exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 at the opposite end of the of exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 from the exercise equipment base 12. The exercise equipment second cross connector 40 is connected with each exercise equipment rear vertical riser 30 by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers.
  • As best seen in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 is an exercise equipment pulley attachment 44. The exercise equipment pulley attachment 44 is connected to the exercise equipment second cross connector 40. The exercise equipment pulley attachment 44 is connected to the exercise equipment second cross connector 40 by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers. The exercise equipment second cross connector 40 may be fixed in position or permitted to have lateral movement.
  • An exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46 is located between the two exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. The exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46 is in a generally perpendicular relationship to the two exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. An exercise equipment cable attachment 48 is connected with the exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46.
  • An exercise equipment vertical riser channel 50 is located in each of exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 to receive the ends of the exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46. The two exercise equipment vertical riser channels 50 are directly opposite one another.
  • The exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46 is free to move vertically within the two exercise equipment vertical riser channels 50 of the respective exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. For convenience, in a exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 and exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 both have a channel 50 in order to reduce stock keeping units, e.g. the exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 and the exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 may be identical.
  • A pair of exercise equipment horizontal stabilizers 52 extend between and are connected to each exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 and each exercise equipment forward vertical riser 32. The pair of exercise equipment horizontal stabilizers 52 are secured by nuts, bolts, and washers to the respective exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 and the exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32. The pair of exercise equipment horizontal stabilizers 52 aid in the stability of the exercise equipment 10.
  • A pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60 extend perpendicularly from each exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. The pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60 are secured by nuts, bolts, and washers to the respective exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. The pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60 are also fastened to each exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32 and are secured by nuts, bolts, and washers to the respective exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32.
  • An exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar 64 is located at the end of the pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60 at the opposite end from the exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32. The exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar 64 is a cylindrical metal bar that may be utilized as handhold for chin ups. The exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar 64 is fixed with nuts and bolts and washers to each side of the pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60. The exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar 64 may also be placed through openings in the pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces 60 (not shown).
  • A dip station 66 is attached between one of the exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 and one the forward vertical risers 32. The dip station 66 may be fixed in relation to height from the floor or attached in a way so as to be varied in height from the floor.
  • A pair of exercise equipment base extensions 68 is best seen in FIG. 2. The exercise equipment base extension 68 is connected with the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20 by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers. The two exercise equipment base extensions 68 are in a parallel relationship to one another.
  • Also as seen in FIG. 2 is an exercise equipment base extension cross piece 74. The exercise equipment base extension cross piece 74 is connected with each exercise equipment base extension 68 at the end opposite the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20 by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers.
  • An exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 extends upward from the exercise equipment base extension cross piece 74. The exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 is a pedestal for an exercise equipment seat 84. The exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 is approximately one to two feet in length and may be made to be adjustable.
  • The exercise equipment seat 84 is any conventional seat that is suitable for a weight lifting exercise. The exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 is located centrally on the exercise equipment base extension cross piece 74 and extends perpendicularly therefrom. The connection of the exercise equipment base extension cross piece 74 to the exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 and the exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80 to the exercise equipment seat 84 is by conventional nuts, bolts, and washers.
  • A seat brace 84 a is connected at one end to the exercise equipment base extension cross piece riser 80. The opposite end of the seat brace 84 a is connected to the exercise equipment base fourth leg 20. An exercise equipment pivot piece support receiver 86 is fixed to the seat brace 84 a. The exercise equipment pivot piece support receiver 86 is adapted to permit insertion of the exercise equipment pivot piece support 36 d therein.
  • A hold down belt 88 is connected with the underside exercise equipment seat 84. The hold down belt 88 may be in two pieces with each connected with the underside exercise equipment seat 84. Alternatively, hold down belt 88 may be of a unitary construction and slipped through a loop located on the underside exercise equipment seat 84. The hold down belt 88 is utilized to hold a seated user of the exercise equipment 10 in place on the exercise equipment seat 84.
  • An exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 extends through an opening in the apex formed at the juncture of the first exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 a and the second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b. The exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 is typically cylindrical in shape. One or more weights, as later described, may be placed on the exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116. The exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 is conveniently of a sufficient length that it will contact the two closest exercise equipment base diagonals 26. In this manner the exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 will not move past the two closest exercise equipment base diagonals 26.
  • A pair of exercise equipment pivot piece iron shoes 118 are mounted on the exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116. The exercise equipment pivot piece iron shoes 118 are located on opposite sides of the second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b. The exercise equipment pivot piece iron shoes 118 are in a parallel relationship to one another.
  • An exercise equipment hand piece 122 extends through an opening in the apex formed at the juncture of the second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b and the third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c. The exercise equipment hand piece 122 is conveniently of sufficient length to permit a variety of exercises.
  • An exercise equipment pivot piece support 36 d is rotatably connected with the second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b. An exercise equipment pivot piece lock 36 e is fixed to second exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 b. The exercise equipment pivot piece lock 36 e secures the exercise equipment pivot piece support 36 d from free rotation
  • An exercise equipment U-bolt 120 extends through the third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c such that the U of the exercise equipment U-bolt 120 faces away from the interior of the exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 and is disposed in a parallel relationship to the two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32.
  • An exercise equipment pulley cable 124 is connected with the exercise equipment cable attachment 48. The exercise equipment pulley cable 124 is passed upward through the exercise equipment pulley attachment 44. The opposite end of the exercise equipment pulley cable 124 is permanently connected with an exercise equipment cable hook 126.
  • The exercise equipment pulley cable hook 126 is connectable with the exercise equipment U-bolt 120. In this manner the exercise equipment pulley cable 124 may be detachably connected from the exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36. Alternatively, the exercise equipment pulley cable 124 may be permanently connected to the exercise equipment U-bolt 120 and detachably connected to the exercise equipment cable attachment 48.
  • As best seen in FIG. 2, is an exercise equipment triangular region handhold 134. The exercise equipment triangular region handhold 134 is connected between the second exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 b and the third exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 c affixed to the first exercise equipment pivot piece leg 36 a. The exercise equipment triangular region handhold 134 permits movement of the exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region 36 from a standing position on seat 84. The exercise equipment triangular region handhold 134 facilitates detachment of the exercise equipment pulley cable hook 126 from the exercise equipment U-bolt 120.
  • An exercise equipment downrod 150 is connected to the exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer 46. The exercise equipment downrod 150 is vertically disposed between the exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30. The exercise equipment downrod 150 has one or more openings along its length. The openings in the exercise equipment downrod 150 permit one or more weight extender pieces 156 to be inserted through the openings in the exercise equipment downrod 150.
  • One or more weights 160 may be placed on the weight extender pieces 156 to vary the weight resistance during the use of the exercise equipment 10. Alternatively, the weights used herein may be the stacking type appropriately affixed to the exercise equipment downrod 150.
  • In one aspect of use a person desiring exercise is seated on the exercise equipment seat 84. The hold down belt 88 may be fastened around the person desiring exercise. With the desired amount of weights 160 placed on the weight extender pieces 156 the person desiring exercise will grip the exercise equipment hand piece 122 with the hands and pull downward on the exercise equipment hand piece 122 thus moving the 124 and lifting the weights 160.
  • In a second aspect of use a person desiring exercise may use the feet to raise the weights 160 by placing the feet on the exercise equipment pivot piece iron shoes 118 and pressing toward the two exercise equipment forward vertical risers 32. The exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 being of a sufficient length will contact the frontal exercise equipment base diagonals 26 thereby limiting the downward motion of the exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116.
  • In a third aspect of use a person desiring exercise may disconnect the exercise equipment pulley cable 124 by raising the exercise equipment triangular region handhold 134 a sufficient distance to obtain slack in the exercise equipment pulley cable 124. The exercise equipment pulley cable hook 126 may then be moved away from the exercise equipment U-bolt 120. A balanced load of weights may be placed on the exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod 116 and used for low bar lifts from a standing position behind the seat 84. The exercise equipment pivot piece support receiver 86 may be used to retain the exercise equipment pivot piece support 36 d in a position facilitating handling of the exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region exercise equipment pivot piece support 36 d.
  • In a fourth aspect of use a person desiring exercise may do chin-ups by gripping the exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar 64. The exercise equipment base diagonal 26 attached to the exercise equipment rear vertical risers 30 may be used as a foot rest while doing chin-ups.
  • From the above description of the invention, those skilled in the art will perceive improvements, changes and modifications. Such improvements, changes and modifications within the skill of the art are intended to be covered by the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. An exercise equipment device having
an exercise equipment base;
two rear vertical risers connected with the said exercise equipment base;
two exercise equipment forward vertical risers connected with the said exercise equipment base;
an exercise equipment pivot connector connected with the said two forward vertical risers;
an exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region connected with the said exercise equipment pivot connector;
an exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer slidably connected with each of the said two rear vertical risers;
an exercise equipment pulley cable attachment connected with the said exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer; and,
a seating region connected with the said exercise equipment base.
2. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, wherein the said exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region comprises a first exercise equipment pivot piece leg, a second exercise equipment pivot piece leg, and, a third exercise equipment pivot piece leg, and provided further the angle made by the junction of the said first exercise equipment pivot piece leg and said third exercise equipment pivot piece leg is between 55 degrees and 65 degrees.
3. The exercise equipment device according to claim 2, further comprising an exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod passing through the apex formed by the said first exercise equipment pivot piece leg and the said second exercise equipment pivot piece leg, and provided further the said exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod is perpendicular to the plane of the said exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region.
4. The exercise equipment device according to claim 3, wherein the ends of the said exercise equipment pivot piece foot rod extend beyond the nearest point of each of the said two forward vertical risers.
5. The exercise equipment device according to claim 2, further comprising an exercise equipment hand piece passing through the apex formed by the said second exercise equipment pivot piece leg and the said third exercise equipment pivot piece leg, and provided further the said exercise equipment hand piece is perpendicular to the plane of the said exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region.

The exercise equipment device according to claim 2, wherein the angle made by the junction of the said first exercise equipment pivot piece leg and the said second exercise equipment pivot piece leg is between 70 degrees and 85 degrees; and the angle made by the said second exercise equipment pivot piece leg and the said third exercise equipment pivot piece leg is 35 degrees to 45 degrees.
7. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, having an exercise equipment downrod connected with the said exercise equipment vertical riser moveable stabilizer.
8. The exercise equipment device according to claim 7, wherein at least one weight extender piece extends perpendicularly from the said exercise equipment downrod, for when in use, the said at least one weight extender piece receiving one or more weights.
9. The exercise equipment device according to claim 8, having an exercise equipment pulley cable connected with the said exercise equipment pivot piece triangular region and the said exercise equipment downrod.
10. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, having an exercise equipment upper frame cross bar connected with the said two exercise equipment forward vertical risers.
11. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, having two exercise equipment base diagonals each extending between each of the said vertical risers and the said exercise equipment base, and having two exercise equipment base diagonals each extending between each of the said vertical risers and the said exercise equipment base.
12. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, further comprising a hold down belt attached to the said seating region
13. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, further comprising an exercise equipment triangular region handle attached to first exercise equipment pivot piece leg.
14. The exercise equipment device according to claim 1, further comprising a pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces attached to each of the said vertical risers, and provided further an exercise equipment upper frame cylindrical cross bar extends between the said pair of exercise equipment upper frame pieces.
