Abstract

A Portable Flushable Urinal apparatus for Indoor construction site includes catch basin with a cover mean attached to it by mean, in which the catch basin is constructed so as to catch urinary fluids and direct those fluids down through a discharge tube attached to the bottom of the catch basin into a conventional toilet drainpipes, Water flow valve open to flash catch basin by mean, attached to the catch basin by mean with mean to receive water hose, a Screen mean within the catch basin to lay sanitizer and or deodorizer mean, screen also prevent abject getting into the drainpipe The apparatus can be used either by drop it in toilet bowl drainpipe, or by twist lock mean into flange installed on toilet bowl drainpipe, This urinary intend to be used by personal in under construction premises, where fully operated urine apparatus mean is not available near by, which other wise aiming urine in to the toilet bowl drain pipe in floor level or lower, splashing urine all around it, and many cases down to the lower floor creating un sanitary and smelly environment.

Description

    DESCRIPTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a portable urinal apparatus, and more particularly to a portable flushable urinal apparatus for directing an individual's urine into a toilet drain pipe in under construction or renovation environment, where permanent or other portable toilet facilities can not be installed and are not practical at the time, allowing individual to use the urinal and reducing the incidence of spillage on the outer surface of the urinal or the surrounding area while it need minimal maintenance such as adding bar of sanitizer and or deodorizer, on the other hand using a disposable urinal will require adequate disposal that may not be available.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • Portable and Transportable toilets are now in widespread use. Many jurisdictions require contractors to provide transportable toilets at construction sites wherein large numbers of workers will be employed over a period of time, to supplement permanently installed toilet facilities, those normally of large size and use for human waste and urine, having collecting tank that need to be empty by pomp to a mobilized septic tank periodically and can not be provided for example within apartment building or building structure where the lower floors are not part of the construction site, or other more compact but need to be empty after use, and more particularly for sanitary purpose intended for individual use only.
  • Known prior art includes U.S. Pat. No. 5,331,689; U.S. Pat. No. 6,081,939; U.S. Pat. No. 5,950,251; U.S. Pat. No. 5,937,452; U.S. Pat. No. 6,615,414; U.S. Pat. No. 5,560,050; U.S. Pat. No. 6,427,256; U.S. Pat. No 6,374,432; U.S. Pat. No. D354,142
  • While these devices fulfill their respective, particular objectives and requirements, the aforementioned patents do not disclose a flushable portable urinary apparatus that can be mounted and used with existing drain pipe within a building structure. In these respects, the urinal assembly according to the present invention substantially departs from the conventional concepts and designs of the prior art, and in so doing provide an apparatus primarily developed for the purpose of providing a flushable portable urinary especially for use while working in conditions mentioned in this claim.
  • 3. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The general purpose of the present invention, which will be described subsequently in greater detail, is flushable portable urinal apparatus, for indoor construction site, is herein described that comprises an upright urine catch basin joined to releasable support nuzzle adapters attachment, a support nuzzle adapters attachment interconnects the lower part of the Urine catch basin discharge tube end, so that the Urine catch basin is positioned upwardly from the support attachment when inserted or locked with toilet bowl drainpipes, A cover is provided that includes a lifting handle to open and close cover, cover also use as backsplash with lower end that is adapted to direct urine fluid to the catch basin inner chamber.
  • A grid laid within the catch basin inner chamber as platform for sanitizer and or deodorizer, the Grid also prevent larger then grid holes object getting into drainpipes,
  • A Water valve to flash catch basin after use by mean if water pressure is available, attached to the catch basin by mean with mean to receive water hose if water pressure available,
  • It is a first object of my invention to provide a flushable urinary that will enable under construction premises, working persons to utilize a urinary basin without requiring lengthily agonizing self restrain until successfully reaching to urinary facility that available to them,
  • Another object is to provide such a urinal that is very easily assembled and disassembled to facilitate its transport and storage, A still further object is to provide such a portable urinary that is simple in construction, easy to manufacture and therefore inexpensive to purchase,
  • An additional object is to provide such a portable urinary that includes adjustment features that enable its adaptation to toilet drainpipes of different size.
