Abstract

The present invention provides a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, which is composed of foamed or non-foamed spherical ball skin, would be formed based on a spherical empty ball model, and an air hole was designed on the spherical ball skin; in addition, a proper thin seam would be cut on the surface of ball skin as the ball line shape of the spherical ball skin, so that some cotton can be squeezed into the interior of spherical ball skin, and the thin seams would be sealed through bonding (integration closely, suturing) to form a cotton-stuffed ball of good safety. Accordingly the inflation or pressure relief of the ball would be controlled well through the air hole for function selection of higher or lower elasticity.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1) Field of the Invention
  • The present invention mainly provides a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, in which a foamed or non-foamed spherical ball skin would be extruded with plastic or rubber materials; in addition, some proper thin seam would be cut on the surface of ball skin as the ball line shape; furthermore, some cotton would be squeezed into the interior of spherical ball skin, and the thin seams would be sealed through bonding (integration closely, suturing) to form a cotton-stuffed ball of good appearance and emulational feel. Accordingly, the higher or lower elasticity can be obtained for safety under the interior inflation or pressure relief state.
  • 2) Description of the Prior Art
  • The prior inflatable balls, such as basketball, football and volleyball and so on, all have great injurousness for their giant impact. As far as the use concerned, not only is the great and spacious space required, but also should the casting force be considered into, so that the pain upon human body or damage dangerousness to any article can be avoided; in addition, the prior cotton-stuffed ball 1 of good safety was formed by means of putting and plane cloth sheets (leather sheets) according to the outline 11 and 12 (as shown in FIG. 1) together and suture the seams 13 and stuffing some cotton into the ball 1, which is hard to make the cloth sheets 11 and 12 (or leather sheets) form true roundness (as shown in FIG. 2), and look not good. Accordingly, that ball only can be classified into a toy (not ball). Further the ball 1 loads and absorbs the impact with the embedded cotton, so the ball 1 would not bring any dangerousness to human body or articles, and only the lower elasticity can be obtained. That is the main factor that it only applies to indoor use and infant at lower age (senior ones would feel uninteresting while playing it). Accordingly the performance of this kind of balls would not be presented and the balls would not be used widely.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The primary objective of the invention herein is to provide a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, in which a foamed or non-foamed spherical ball skin would be extruded with plastic or rubber materials; in addition, some proper thin seam would be cut on the surface of ball skin as the ball line shape; furthermore, some cotton would be squeezed into the interior of spherical ball skin, and the thin seams would be sealed through bonding (integration closely, suturing) to form a cotton-stuffed ball of good appearance and emulational feel. Accordingly, the higher or lower elasticity can be obtained for safety under the interior inflation or pressure relief state.
  • Another objective of the invention herein is to provide a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, in which the spherical ball skin was molded as an organic whole based on a spherical empty ball model, accordingly, a ball of good appearance and true roundness closely can be obtained.
  • Yet another objective of the invention herein is to provide a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, in which the foamed or non-foamed spherical ball skin with different lines made with plastic or rubber were designed for different touch and quality feels for the difference while for different types and good appearance design.
  • Still another objective of the invention herein is to provide a kind of improved cotton-stuffed ball, which has good performance in waterproof. Accordingly it applies to the water activities particularly.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is the three-dimentional disassembly diagram of the present invention (including structure example).
  • FIG. 1 is the outline map of cloth sheet of the prior invention.
  • FIG. 2 is the molding map of the prior invention.
  • FIG. 3 is sketch map of the seam cutting and molding of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4-A is the cutaway view of the present invention.p
  • FIG. 4-B is the another cutaway view of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • As for the structural embodiments and utilization of the present invention as indicated in FIGS. 3, 4-A and 4-B:
  • The improved cotton-stuffed ball the present invention provides is composed of foamed or non-foamed spherical ball skin 2, which would be formed based on a spherical empty ball model, and an air hole 21 designed on the spherical ball skin 2; in addition, a proper thin seam 3 would be cut on the surface of ball skin as the ball line shape 22 of the spherical ball skin 2, so that some cotton can be squeezed into the interior of spherical ball skin 2, and the thin seams would be sealed through bonding (integration closely, suturing ) to form a cotton-stuffed ball of good safety (as shown in FIG. 3). And while puffing through the air hole 21, the air will be full of the structured interval of the cotton 4 to make the interior of ball 5 filled with air and produce enough elasticity. Accordingly higher elasticity can be obtained (as shown FIG. 4-A). On the other hand, while releasing the air in the ball 5 through the air hole 21, the ball 5 will not be full of air when no air A, and lower elasticity can be obtained (as shown in FIG. 4-B). Therefore the good utility in function selection can be achieved.
