  • The present invention relates to floorboards, and particular to a fire-proof wood board used as floorboards, wallboards and ceiling boards, wherein fire-proof liner plate is un-burnable so as to prevent from firing of the fire-proof wood board and the fire-proof wood board of the present invention is thinner than the prior art. Thereby, since it is thin, fire-proof liquid can permeate into the board rapidly.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • With reference to FIG. 1, a prior art wood proof floorboard is illustrated, which is made by wood splint, compressing wood plate, decorative higher pressure plate, etc. A wood floorboard 9 has a body 91. One end of the body 1 has a recess 912 and another side of the body has a tenon 921. The assembly of the fire-proof wood board is illustrated in FIG. 2. The tenon 921 is inserted into the recess 912 of the body 1 so that a plurality of wood floorboards are connected one by one.
  • However, due to the improvement of the technology in wood floorboards, fire-proof wood boards are developed, which is widely used in spacing doors, wall boards, ceiling boards, etc. To make the wood floorboard to be fire-proofed, the board is permeated into fire-proof liquid, dried and added with unburnable material. However, since the wood material is dense, it is difficult to permeate fire-proof liquid into the board and the cost of the fire-proof liquid is high and has the problem of environmental pollution. However, the wood board gives warm feeling to users and has a beautiful outlook which attracts people to use wood board in decoration. It can not be replaced by other building materials, such as ceramic tiles, stone plates, or plastic plates.
  • Thereby, from above mentioned viewpoint, there is an eager demand for a novel fire-proof wood board which has no defect of the prior art.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a fire-proof wood board used as floorboards, wallboards and ceiling boards, wherein fire-proof liner plate is un-burnable so as to prevent from firing of the fire-proof wood board.
  • Another object of the present invention is to provide a fire-proof wood board used as floorboards, wallboards and ceiling boards, wherein the fire-proof wood board of the present invention is thinner than the prior art. Thereby, since it is thin, thus, fire-proof liquid can permeate into the board rapidly.
  • A further object of the present invention is to provide a fire-proof wood board used as floorboards, wallboards and ceiling boards, wherein the use of fire-proof liquid is reduced so as to reduce the pollution of environment.
  • To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a fire-proof wood board with tenon engagement which comprises: a surface plate made by hard, fire-proof, water-proof, and wear-endurance wood textured plate; a fire-proof liner plate below the surface plate; and a substrate below the fire-proof liner plate and each end of the substrate being formed with a notch and a tenon; the tenon having a configuration corresponding to the notch so that the tenon and notch being engaged to connect two adjacent substrates together. The fire-proof liner plate is made of material selected from one of calcium silicic acid plate, magnesium oxide plate, cement plate, and gypsum plate. The substrate is selective from one of wood splint, wood compressing plate, decorative higher pressure.
  • The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • With reference to FIG. 3, the exploded perspective view of the present invention is illustrated.
  • It is illustrated that the fire-proof wood board 10 of the present invention used as floorboards, wallboards and ceiling boards includes a surface plate 1, a fire-proof liner plate 2 and a substrate 3. The manufacturing process of the present invention is illustrated in FIG. 4. At first, the surface plate 1 is made by hard, fire-proof, water-proof, and wear-endurance wood textured plate, such as teakwood, sandalwood, walnut wood, etc. In the step 101, the surface plate 1 is performed with fire-proof process for reducing environment pollution problem. In step 102, the surface plate 1, fire-proof liner plate 2 and substrate 3 are combined together, wherein the surface plate 1 is at an upper layer, the fire-proof liner plate 2 is at an middle layer and the substrate 3 is at a lower layer. The combining process can be performed by strong sticky agent. In step 103, the fire-proof wood board 10 can be compressed to have a concrete structure. FIG. 5 shows a finished fire-proof wood board 10 according to the present invention.
  • The fire-proof liner plate 2 is made of fire-isolation material 201 (such as calcium silicic acid plate, magnesium oxide plate, cement plate, gypsum plate, etc.) which is processed by molding so as to have a size identical to those of the surface plate 1 and the substrate 3. Thereby the fire-proof liner plate 2 has the effect of fire-proof and fire-isolation. The substrate 3 is made of wood material 301 (such as wood splint, wood compressing plate, decorative higher pressure, etc.). Furthermore, the substrate can be made by clamping two plates. Each end of the substrate 3 is formed with a notch and a tenon. The tenon has a configuration corresponding to the notch so that the tenon and notch can be engaged so as to connect two adjacent substrates 3 together. In step 302, the notch 32 is engaged to an adjacent tenon 31.
  • Referring to FIG. 6, the cross sectional view of the fire-proof wood board of the present invention is illustrated. In assembly, the surface plate 1 is at the upper side, and the fire-proof liner plate 2 is at the middle section and the substrate 3 is at a lower side. The connection of the notch 32 and the tenon 31 of substrate 3 is at a lateral middle section of the fire-proof wood board 10. The width of the substrate 3 is larger than the summation of the width of the surface plate 1 and the width of the fire-proof liner plate 2 (for example, the surface plate 1 has a width of 2 mm and is made of wood splint, the fire-proof liner plate 2 has a width of 6 mm and is made of calcium silicic acid, and the substrate 3 is a wood plate with a width of 8 mm. The total width of the fire-proof wood board 10 is 16 mm. If the surface plate 1 is a wood texture plate with a width of 0.3 mm, then the total width can be reduced). By the connections of the notches 32 and the tenons 31, a piece of floorboard can be assembled, as shown in FIG. 7. It should be noted that the upper wall of the notch 32 is a wall of the fire-proof liner plate 2 and a lower wall of the notch 32 is a wall of the substrate 3. Two walls are made of different materials. The concreteness of the fire-proof liner plate 2 must be better than that of the substrate 3 so that the tenon 31 inside the notch 32 will not be destroyed. Since the substrate 3 is shielded and fire-proofed by the fire-proof liner plate 2 so that the fire-proof wood board 10 is heat-and-thermal-isolated and deformation-proofed.
  • Furthermore, other than fire-proof, the surface plate 1 can be used to reduce the environmental pollution (the prior art fire-proof floorboard 9 of 16 mm width is permeated with fire-proof liquid, not only a longer time is required, cost is high, but also and has a problem of environmental pollution).
  • Furthermore, FIGS. 8 and 9 show application of the present invention.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
