Abstract

A wardrobe storage accessories cabinet accommodates clothing accessories. The horizontal or middle stationary, pullout, or front sliding shelf provide hooks to suspend wardrobe accessories (tie, belt, scarf and purse) with less bending and easy access. The top front shelf provides a stationary frame and has rotating circle boards with hooks for individual storage and easy access to wardrobe accessories. The front has two, or four doors, which close central to hide or conceal all accessories.

  • The Wardrobe Accessories Cabinet is comprised of a cabinet U.S. Pat. No. D 495,526 Sep. 7, 2004 with a top panel, bottom panel, right side panel, and left side panel, the top panel has rotating circle round boards with hooks and the middle shelf has a stationary or sliding mounted shelf with hooks for wardrobe accessories. There are two or four front doors for concealing accessories.

  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • The wardrobe accessories cabinet is a furniture system. A cabinet is a furniture system with a right and left side panel, top panel or shelf and bottom panel or shelf. Wardrobe/Storage Cabinets currently have a variety of styles, colors, and sizes. Most wardrobe/ storage cabinets have shelves for folded clothing. There are shelves for hats, shoes, and extended rods for use with hangers for clothing.
  • Some have visible storage with or without front door closure. There are one door closures and two door closures. There are cabinets with open areas and drawers.
  • Most cabinets provide drawer and shelf storage for folded clothing, shoes, hats and horizontal extended rods for hanging cloths. Furniture sales are based upon the needs of consumers. Consumers need storage for clothing accessories without closet clutter. Belts fall off hangers. Wardrobe/ storage cabinets do not have easy access hanging storage for purses, belts, ties, and scarves. Scarves must be folded and put into drawers. This causes unwanted wrinkles. Belts, ties, and purses are either thrown at the bottom of a shelf or hung across a hanger and stuffed between clothing. Purses may clutter closets and cabinets. Consumers in a desperate attempt to find these accessories must dig through clutter on shelves or on hangers. Most wardrobe storage cabinets have a rod extended across upper and lower sections of the cabinet for hanger use. Some wardrobe/storage cabinets attach shelves for hat and shoe storage and drawers for accessories that can be fold up and stored. Most garments need to remain unfolded and free of wrinkles. These cabinets do not attach hooks to hang accessories or hooks for purse and belt storage.
  • BRIEF SUMMARY OF INVENTION
  • The wardrobe accessories cabinet allows consumers to have individual storage for wardrobe accessories by suspending items on hooks. The wardrobe accessories cabinet provides rotating circle boards and a stationary, pullout or sliding shelf with hooks for wardrobe items. The hooks provide personal storage for each belt, scarf, or purse. The accessories cabinet can be stored in any room of the home. The front door closure hides or conceals all stored wardrobe accessories. The top shelf storage gives consumers rotation of hooks. The middle shelf storage has a stationary, pullout, or sliding shelf (based upon consumer choice) with hook storage for easy access and less bending. The accessories cabinet has color choice preferential to original home furniture. Hook storage should give each suspended item of clothing personal storage space. The wardrobe accessories cabinet gives easy access storage for belts, scarves, purses . . . etc so that they remain wrinkle free and uncluttered. The wardrobe accessories cabinet deters unwanted shuffling through clothing items on closet and cabinet floors.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • A complete understanding of the invention will be obtained from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawing figures wherein like reference characters identify like parts.
  • For the purpose of the description hereinafter, the terms top, bottom, upper, or lower, right, left, horizontal, vertical and derivatives thereof shall relate to the invention as it is oriented in the drawing figures. However, it is to be understood that the invention may assume various alternative variations, except where expressly specified to the contrary. It is also to be understood that the specific devices illustrated in the attached drawings, and described in the following specification, are parts of the said invention. Hence, specific dimensions and other physical characteristics related to the embodiments disclosed herein are not considered as limiting.
  • (FIG. 1) A cabinet in the present invention includes a back panel 6, a top shelf 7, a bottom shelf 9, a right side panel 4, a left side panel 5, a front defining a generally rectangular space.
  • (FIG. 2) The three shelves 7, 8, and 9 are configured to fit in the space defined by the back panel 6, the right side panel 4 and left side panel 5, and the front. The top shelf 7, bottom shelf 9, are affixed to the top right side panel 4 and left side panel 5 and the bottom right side panel 9 and left side panel 5 to become stationary. The top shelf 7 has assembly for rotation (not shown) or middle (optional) of circular round boards 12 and positioned to face the opposed middle shelf 8. The middle shelf 8 is located in the interior space 17 of the cabinet forming two cavities. The middle shelf 8 lies parallel between bottom shelf 9 and top shelf 7 and is affixed to right side panel 4 and left side panel 5 to become stationary or using a full extension slide mount or regular mount assembly 19 for a laterally movable middle shelf 8.
  • (FIG. 2) All required hooks can be attached. Interior lighting is also an option (not shown).
  • (FIG. 2) Each left side panel 4 and right side panel 5 has connection assembly (not assembly) 18 and sliding mount tracks 19 on each side aligned with the connection assembly (not shown) and sliding track mounts 19 on the opposed side for movable shelf. Top shelf 7 and bottom shelf 9 and middle shelf 8 are affixed to the connection assembly (not shown) and become stationary. Middle shelf 8 is affixed to the sliding track mounts 19 to become a middle movable shelf 8 (optional).
  • (FIG. 2) The doors 13, 14, 15, and 16 include handles 21 to assist with opening and closing. Door hinges 20 must be affixed to the right side panel 4 and left side panel 5 to ensure and provide doors 13, 14, 15, and 16 the appropriate open and close location above and below the middle shelf 8 for proper pullout movement. Stops (not shown) may be added. Door handles 21 should be added to assist with opening and closing. Two doors also an option.
  • The back panel 6 is affixed to the right backside panel 4 and left backside panel 5 with nails (not shown) opposing the front.
  • Any material or style suitable for furniture may be used to construct the cabinet according to the present invention. Multiple colors of paint or wood for example, oak, cherry oak, white, antique white, black may be used for the cabinet.
  • The accessories cabinet may be used for bedroom storage yet can be put in any room in the home.
  • It will be understood that those skilled in the art that while the foregoing description sets forth in detail preferred embodiments of the present invention, modifications, additions, and changes might be made thereto without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (5)

1. A cabinet, comprising: a top panel, a back panel, a bottom panel opposed to the top panel; a right side panel; a left side panel opposed to the right side panel; with four front doors, wherein when the front doors are closed: the front is opposed to the back panel and has an open area within the periphery of the front and shelves wherein the back panel, the top panel, the bottom panel, the right side panel, the left side panel, and the front define interior space, and at least one shelf is configured to visibility of inner space.
2. The cabinet of claim 1, wherein the front includes none, two, or four doors.
3. A cabinet of claim 1, where at least one horizontal middle shelf is stationary, pullout or sliding with hooks.
4. A cabinet of claim 1, including a top panel received with said top frame.
5. The cabinet according to claim 1, including a top front shelf with rotating circular round boards and hooks.
