Abstract

The nature of my disclosure is to make known to the general public that my product provides a comfortable atmosphere while in the comfort of your automobile. My product also reduces stress while taking long or short trips, reduces pain in your back, neck or any other part of your body that may be irritated while driving. This product also can be manufactured to be made for your home, office, hospitals, physical therapy clinics, trucks and busses to name a few. My product is made with a high quality foam padding and polyester material that provides comfort and durability for years. This is one of the best products ever to be discovered for the general public and especially for our senior citizens who takes part across the country on our public, local, rural highways.

  • Jerry's Custom Cushion Pads is a very unique product. This product is made with the highest quality foam and material. Included in this line of products are the Headrests, Back Pads, Seat Pads, Elbow/Forearm Pads, and the Console Pads.
  • This product provides comfort and temporarily relieves back and neck pain while in the comfort of driving.
  • HEADREST
  • The headrest is made from a 3 inch piece of foam which has been cut into a half-moon shape. It is then measure on the material to be cut to its size. Once the material has been cut along with the two pieces of elastic, it is then sewn together and then the foam is inserted into the material.

  • The elbow/forearm pads are made with a two (2) inch piece of foam. The elbow pads are measure by the length and the width of the car door arms. The material is cut to the size of of the foam. Once the material is sewn together, a piece of non-stick Velcro is sewn to the inner side and the bottom of the pads. You must also use a sticky Velcro which is attached to the panel and the car door arm rest for a longer lasting hold.

  • a. In FIG. 1 shows the inner side view of the door arm pad. This product is attached or sewn with a strip of non-sticky Velcro. This will allow the door arm pad to have a longer lasting hold. You must also use a strip of sticky Velcro which is attached to the door panel of the door.
  • b. In FIG. 2 shows the bottom of the door arm pad which have-a strip of non-sticky Velcro that is sewn at the bottom of the door arm pad. This pad also uses a strip of sticky Velcro that is also attached to the car door arm.
  • CONSOLE PAD
  • The console pad comes in various shapes and sizes. This product goes on the top of your automobile compartment. This is made with a two (2) inch piece of foam. The foam is then cut to the size of the automobile compartment box. The material is cut to the size of the foam and then sewn together with a non-sticky Velcro attached to the bottom.
  • The console pad ranges from ten (10) to sixteen (16) inches in length and up to eight (8) to ten (10) inches in width.

  • a. In FIG. 1 shows the top view of the console pad that is placed on the top of the center compartment between the Driver's and Passengers seat. Two (2) strips of sticky Velcro is attached to the console compartment which allows the console pad to have a permanent attachment.
